The Protection Service Ninja Profession

So being that it fits my character, I was looking at the Protection Service Ninja profession to see what it all entailed. I discovered something that I did not fully understand. It seems that it is tailored specifically for Konoha ninja, however it does not have being a Konoha ninja as a pre-requisite which leads me to believe that it is meant for any ninja of any village of the appropriate rank that would wish to pursue that path.

Let me show you what I mean

So I suppose based on this that they can only use this shield technique if they are one of Konoha's protection ninja. Wouldn't it be fair to either change this or make separate techniques that utilize something other then leaves for the other two villages?

This jutsu seems incredibly useful and is again, limited to Konoha based on the wording.

And the same thing is found here.

Now I would assume that this was not intentional and just where someone forgot to alter it or change it. But it does need to be brought to light because in this game, wording is everything, and this wording here leaves only 1 technique available for PSN other then the Konoha group. I think this would be a great oppurtunity to get creative and perhaps make a different set, more or less just variations of the already existing techniques., for the other two villages. I would be more then willing to help with this because I know staff has a lot on their plate at all times.

Yeah, the professions were made while Konoha was the only village open. You can choose any profession you wish, the village doesn't matter.

I believe the protection the konoha implications is merely left over from when it was originally written. Even if you reside in Kiri you can join the protection service, anbu, etc and have access to their skill sets and bonuses.

I understand this, like I said I thoguht it might be because they simply hadn't been changed, but shouldnt they still be edited?

They'll be edited in the near future to incorporate and include different villages. Until then, feel free to use the default Konoha jutsu regardless of the village you're in.
