Just a note that the current links outside of the encyclopedia to the Kir-specific techniques actually link to the Kumo-specific ones. Might want to fix that. :p

If you click the "We have Kiri techniques!" link in the announcement, it leads to Kumogakure's techniques, not Kiri's. ^.^
