Signature Traits: The Hayaku are known for their independence, barely even resembling each other. Many choose their own path in life, and it is rare for the children of one generation to follow their parent’s footsteps. However, there are several customs that stand strong, such as passing down the morals of integrity, honor, and respect. Each Hayaku has a different take on the meanings of these core values and how to carry them out, but each person is encouraged to live with these values to the best of their ability. Another thing that is common is their green eyes. There has never been a person with Hayaku blood that didn’t have green eyes. Hayaku tend to be highly fertile, causing families to be abnormally large.

Kekkei Genkai: Hayaku, meaning quick, is a name given to them for their special doujutsu. When activated, the entire eye becomes green, not just the pupil. When this happens, the brain processes what it sees faster. To the Hayaku, it appears that everything moves in a slow motion, when in fact, it is only their brain working faster than normal. This gives the Hayaku the ability to think faster in the same amount of time and can process what the best course of action is instead of relying on pure reaction. Keep in mind, the Hayaku move in this “slow motion” as well, so it doesn’t make them any quicker. It simply allows them to process what is happening around them at a faster rate. For example, if a bullet was fired at their chest, no matter how slow they saw that bullet traveling, they would not be able to dodge it because their body, in real time, would still only move at the same rate as normal and nobody can dodge bullets. However, assuming the Hayaku have trained with this time lag and know how to adjust, the Hayaku can appear to have amazing reflexes.

History: The Hayaku come from a long history of miscellaneous men and women performing miscellaneous tasks, causing no real impact to the world. The first Hayaku came to Kiri as ship builders, grinding away as hard as they could to provide for their families. Since then, they have moved up the food chain, many becoming successful doctors, ninjas, athletes and other professions that require skill. There has been the occasional straggler, of course, but for the most part, the Hayaku have tried to help the people of the village through every trouble. One of the greatest achievements of the Hayaku clan was when disease broke out throughout the village and Hayaku doctors found a cure and vaccine to this strange disease. That moment has encouraged many Hayaku to take their minds to becoming doctors, using their doujutsu to perform difficult procedures. Annually, the Hayaku perform free vaccines for the poor in Kiri so that there is never another serious outbreak in Kiri again. Every generation of Hayaku tries to spread the values of integrity, honor, and respect to the next generation so that the Hayaku will remain mostly enemy-less and in a position to help those that need it.

Unfortunately your clan faces a denial for the simple reason of mimicking the Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha, in other words, the Sharingan. With the First Tomoe and all other versions of the Sharingan allowing users to perceive the world in a slower motion and act accordingly. Clans are not allowed to mimic similar abilities of other clans, Bijuu or Forbidden Techniques.

In order to create a character? It's completely up to you if you do or do not want to create a character with a clan, it's not something enforced on Ultimate Shinobi. Would you like for this clan to be archived and instead create a clanless character?
