| I was just wondering if I would be able to eventually change my weaponry specs for short and mid to short and long? I would give up all my mid ranged weapons I just really want to have long ranged weapons instead. |

But yeah, no, most likely not. While a seemingly minor change, it's still effectively changing a specialty, which is a big no-no. Or otherwise it'll just be argued as "unfair," since users of other specialties wouldn't be able to achieve similar effects, like how it got nixed in the sub-spec system for a weaponry user to learn long-range from a long-range specialist and "improve" their weaponry spec. |

People cannot change their specialties, it is as simple as that. Changing a range = changing the specialty even if it's just a small part of it.
That's at least how I see this, I don't know if the rest of the staff will agree. |

| Unlike the cold-hearted folks who know nothing more to say than no, I would say it would depend how long your character has been allowed. I would totally allow a new Genin who in reflection after being approved has realized he's made a grave error, misread something, or was told the Weapon he actually wanted was a different range than he was specializing in...
However, you're an experienced Genin, so I expect your character has around longer, so I too would hesitate to allow the change. |

| Mostly because we don't know if Noisy has read his answers yet, and hasn't had the chance to either say he understands or provide reasons for disagreeing. |
