So! It was my 18th birthday... a while ago now, actually. But I finally uploaded some pics from the party!

For those who don't know what I look like, I'm the one crouched in the middle with the kick-ass lipstick and monochrome dress:

So its been a while, and to celebrate my return... I give you deliciousness.

Brooklyn cut steak with a sundried tomato quenelle, and homemade fries tossed in

Berry Bruschetta with watermelon soup and raspberry sorbet.

Banana berry tart with raspberry sauce and whip cream.

White chocolate mousse and red velvet cake...it was for an anniversary dinner it was an alternating dessert to be served to every other guest

The other alternating desert...raspberry chocolate mousse with choclate ganache. So one black dessert one white dessert it went over well at the tables.

Cake for a wedding rehearsal... it was for a lovely couple that was finally able to get married once gay marriage became legal... they seemed happy.

i work at a private club in NYC called The Harmonie Club... its not open to the public tho..and a membership there cost $14,000 a month... but I can cook for you if your ever in town.

Depends on what the pay is and how long, unless its awesome pay then I would stay for a while. I can't do it this summer because I am going to cook in Hawaii for a month in november...but I will be available after the new year. Tell them to forward me the info, and I will send them my portfolio and resume
