When it comes to most sites, Sadly to say, Administration dont normally bring in people when they request to be a part of staff. I am certain though for when Staff is going to require more members. Adam, Cookie, and the whole staff team will seek out and offer you the invitation. They will choose themselves who has the qualities and character they're looking for in a staff member.
