It's not working. My character app is labeled WIP and I can't change it so mods might go over it.

It may be an internal script error b/c that was happening to me on a different site, too.

You have to go down to the bottom of the topic and unclick the second of the three closed black bars, it'll open up and enable you to change the topic name.
