Those who use the Buruzuaigan are gifted with precision and accuracy, able to hit their mark with ease and pull off superhuman feats. This can range from catching speeding projectiles in midair, to slicing numerous paper tags in half before they have the chance to activate. Everything peered through with this eye is vivid and clear, and minor details are easily seen. If there is a small point of weakness, this eye will surely spot it and lead their user into hitting it with precise strikes. Their aim truly becomes extraordinary.

Ko-Seido's Prerequisites:
Because of the Ko-Seido's genetics, they are born with a incredibly powerful sense of vision, and with a supreme attention to detail. The clan's doujutsu is awakened, not born with the clan member. Because of this, before the clan's doujutsu can be awakened, the members of the clan must have already trained their eyes a considerable amount. Because of this, in order to awaken the clan's doujutsu, the Ko-Seido clan member must first have the following special characteristics: Pin-Point Accuracy, and Improved Perception, which are below. Until both of these special characteristic are trained, a clan member will be unable to use either their doujutsu or the clan's jutsu (and will thus not be able to have the clan jutsu on their app during creation).

From a combination of practice and natural talent the ninja starts to acquire pin-point accuracy which allows them tohit multiple targets in precise locations along with hurling their weapons at a greater speed.

[b]Description:[/b] The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time.

Buruzuaigan (ブルズアイ; Literally meaning "Bullseye") is the kekkei genkai of the Ko-Seido clan; a kekkei genkai that centers itself around high level assassination techniques and incredibly precise movements. Members of this clan are known to hold themselves in a very noble way, carrying the mentality that everything in the world should be done with extreme precision and without mistakes. The kekkei genkai of the Ko-Seido is a doujutsu of high value, granting all those who unlock it the ability to view the world with an inhuman level of perception and detail. Because of the level to which this eye raises the clan member's perception, they're able to make strikes without the fear of missing, and even allows to accomplish feats that would normally be deemed superhuman or nearly impossible. This can range from slicing a number paper tags in half before it has time to detonate, or catching projectiles and weaponry with the tips of their fingers and launching them right back. While the Buruzuaigan is activated, the clan member is able to tap into jutsu that they would otherwise be unable to use should the eye remain dormant. These abilities grant the clan member abilities that highly increase their effectiveness in combat. For example, the Buruzuaigan gives the user the ability to mark a target with a specifically placed "bullseye" using their eyes. Once this occurs, the bullseye (i.e. the target) will appear on that specific area that only the user can see. With this target here, whatever projectile is thrown will hone in on that target no matter what or where the person is headed, forcing them to have to block. The eye itself is only in one socket. Meaning one eye will be a normal eye, and the other will be the doujutsu. It is always active and takes the form of black ripples leading into the center red pupil of the eye. The eye, itself, has a tendency to glow once being removed from its patch but only for a few seconds. Once the patch is removed, all its jutsu can be used. However, when on, none of its techniques or traits can be used. Those who use this doujutsu will see their skills in weaponry and other forms of combat, skyrocket to ridiculous levels.

The Ko-Seido is often mistaken as a new clan, due to its recent introduction into Kirigakure lifestyle. While this is not completely untrue, it is not true to the degree that most think, seeing as the Ko-Seido clan was actually around during the times of extreme racism within Kirigakure, and even served under the cover of shadow for the Kirigakure government during the civil war on those with Kekkei Genkai. The clan formed quickly from a group that had managed to augment their genes into creating an eye that could be used to perceive the world in inhuman detail, through the use of chakra, right around the time of the first real out break that led into Kirigakure's war against those with Kekkei Genkai. Quickly, the dark and manipulative government of the Bloody Mist reached out to numerous clans that were considered bloodline clans, offering them safety if they helped purge the village of the rest of the bloodline clans, however almost every bloodline clan turned down this traitorous offer and entered the fight with their fellow bloodline shinobi. The Ko-Seido were different, however, being one of the only bloodline clans of noted power and size to actually join those without bloodlines in purging those with bloodlines. Paired with other elite ninja, the Ko-Seido were sent out as the hunting party to find camps of the "enemy" and destroy them all, acting as a vital part in the government's plan. However, the Ko-Seido acted on one condition: that their activities and support for the government of Kirigakure no Sato be completely left out of the data books, and never spoken about; they did not want it public that they had done what they had done to save their own skins. As such, only the higher ups in the village with access to the more restricted files really know of the Ko-Seido's "loyalty" to the government, but they have been treated well in comparison to the other Kekkei Genkai holding clans by the government. Now, the clan is respected for their power among Kirigakure no Sato, and is in close ties with the government.

Description: Using the Bullseye, one can mark an opponent or a certain area, once concentrating their eye upon it [if they are in range]. Once doing this, a bullseye will form upon that specific area that only the Buruzuaigan can see. With this done, the user can throw any amount of weaponry, and the target will attract the items towards it to hit it in the dead center. This forces the attack to be blocked, as the projectiles will continue to come back at them, even when dodging them the first time. At C rank, only 1 target can be placed. At B, 2 Targets can be placed. A, 3 targets. S, 5 targets. Note* The user can deactivate the target at anytime. The target lasts for 5 post before dispelling itself. If the user wishes, he/she can choose which of their projectiles will go towards the target, and which won't. Once a projectile is in range [from the ranges placed above] it will automatically begin to home in on the target. If the target can escape the range of the projectile, then it will stop its honing. [For example. C rank used, 10m. If a projectile is thrown and reaches this vicinity of the opponent, it will automatically begin to hone in on their person. However, if the opponent can successfully get away from the range, and exceed a distance of 10m, then the projectile with simply fly straight like a normal one.

Description: Utilizing their kekkei genkai, the Ko-Seido clan member will pump chakra through their bodies and into their Buruzuaigan in order to have their perception jump to the level of allowing the user to seemingly see things in bullet time, as well as speed themselves up. Because of this, the user is able to complete a stung out series of attacks with incredible speed, in a nigh instant fashion and with remarkable aim. If watching this from a third person view, the user's arms would appear to be blurs, as all that would be left to stand out would be the shining metal from their blades, moving at swift speeds. When this occurs, the user can choose exactly where they wish to slash or stab at, and will have the possibility of pinpointing their mark unless the attacks are somehow dodged or blocked. The attack, although it can be used without weapons, is based on the use of weapons such as a knife, kunai, or sword of some sort, among other sharp weapons, uses quick and precise strikes and thrusts, as well as slashes, to disable the opponent and render them/their defenses useless.

- I feel the removal of the special characteristic "Ko-Seido's Precision and Accuracy" is necessary as there are already two special characteristics that effectively characterize the derived characteristic in Pin-Point Accuracy and Perception, both of which are C-ranked.
- Now, what this means is that as Genin only start with one characteristic, the second characteristic must be trained for and is required for the Genin to utilize the jutsu; therefore no jutsu can be in the creation app unless trained for. Allows for balancing issues in jutsu later down the line.
- For the jutsu themselves, Seikakuna Deshimēshon, I feel the jutsu can be characterized into a reaction time technique and as I discussed with you via chat methods – with the D-S rank levels, different reaction times refer to the different ranks so edit accordingly.

Okay. So.
1. Kaguya clan's Tsubaki no Mai jutsu allows Kaguya to make so many slashes, and at such a speed that their arms and body blur. In that same jutsu, they are also able to create a sword of bone that is harder than steel. That jutsu is D rank.

2. The Hyuuga clan's Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms attack allows them to make 128 strikes in such a fast speed that the world literally slowed around Neji when he made the attack. That is S rank, and allows 128 attacks that close of chakra at that speed level, mine only suggests 90, and that would not close chakra point or anything other than the strike.

3. Even the Hyuuga clan's Sixty Four Palms allows them to make 64 strikes in a very short amount of time, and that's at B rank and also closes out chakra points.

This is just slashing your sword really fast.
