Yoroi Kaguya

Travelling past the geysers and a lot of other interesting sights to see, the snake and the hunter walked across the land of fire. Yoroi could not help but notice that for some reason, Shakreido had seemed awfully distant and distracted, almost as if his body was here with him, but his mind was somewhere else entirely. He did not really feel like asking him what was wrong, having quite a long way left to go. Yoroi did not want to make things uncomfortable when traveling, so he figured he would just keep his mouth shut while putting his energy in his legs, rather then his mouth. Yoroi wanted to go and look for civilization soon, hoping to learn something about the place he was now, things along the line of this country and it’s name. He might be a hunter and a self proclaimed predator, though he was as clueless as the next person that stumbled into another country unprepared. Looking over at Shakreido, it seemed as if he had not even noticed that Yoroi had stopped in his tracks, slowly slithering onward towards a destination unknown to Yoroi. It seemed like Shakreido was sick, though the snake would be far too proud to ever tell him about such a thing, pushing onward as if nothing was wrong.

For now, Yoroi figured it would be best to just follow him and see where all of this would take them. Shakreido never led him into any traps, nor has he ever pointed him into the wrong direction, which was exactly why he would trust the serpent enough to follow him. Moving through one mountain after the other, he could tell that this country was very different then the place he came from. Sure, the land of fire had a lot of mountains too, though none of that was as excessive as this. This place had massive fields filled with geysers, it had a large volcano that was spitting large amounts of ash from it’s opening, which was why Yoroi gave it the nickname “Mt. Ashhole”. Passing one last ledge, Shakreido suddenly came to a stop, Yoroi stopping right new to him while looking at the snake with his eyes full of confusion. That was when he saw it, massive trees and countless other plants growing at their foot, as well as in the many sun spots that shot into the forest from the sky. Looking over the entire glade with awe, he had not ever seen a piece of nature that was as beautiful as this.

“Do not eat any of the animals or people in this place Shakreido, we are guests here so we should act the kind. If the natives of this country see us as a threat, we might get into some serious trouble, so try and contain yourself”

It had to be said, knowing Shakreido very, very well, well enough to know that if he got the drop on someone, he would probably try to consume them as fast as possible. He could tell that Shakreido did not like to be told what to do when it came to eating someone or not, though he usually respected Yoroi’s wishes. As the both of them went their separate ways, Yoroi started looking through the various forms of plant-life that grew here, noticing that none of these species grew in the fire country. Despite that, he could tell what types of plants and ferns they were, making it easier for him to figure out which plants were harmless and which could truly screw with his body. While he was going through the plants, he uprooted several of the plants entirely, carefully putting them into a dufflebag. He was not sure about just how rare these plants were, though he wanted to plant some of his own back in the fire country, maybe even causing the population of the flowers to grow, though all of that was just Yoroi’s wishful thinking.

Putting the plants with healing properties into one bag while making sure all the harmful plants were put into another, he took two of every kind, just to make sure that his plan to grow his own little garden would become a success. Having several small leather satchels hanging from his belt that had been used to carry nuts and slices of dried meat, he figured he could use those to carry a fair amount of seeds from others plants as well. Being caught up in all of the pretty flowers and plants, it did not take him all that long to get covered in dirt when he carefully sorted through the vegetation, almost like a kid looking for a trading card he still needed to complete a set. Most people would consider him strange, though that was a conclusion that was not all that hard to come to. Going by the fact that he wore furry leather boots, leather gloves, a cloak made out of several pieces of fur and wore the skull of a bore on his head to hide his face, most people might even come to think of him as some sort of rare animal.

The day was hotter than Naiya would ever want a day to be. For somebody who actually really liked cold weather; the places she stayed in weren't very chilly at all. In fact, Lightning country wasn't the coolest place in the world, she'd admit. If she had to relocate, she was definitely moving to an ice covered country where she could lay around in the snow all day and nobody would be there to stop her. That was Naiya's ideal destination. If she was ever to leave this town in search of the family she lost, she'd look for them there first, end up getting lost herself, and never wanting to be found. Naiya got up from her small, twin sized bed and looked out of the window. She was still draped in her small white sleeveless nightgown. Her dark blue haired flowed down her waist in long thin bunches. It was certainly time to do some exploring. There was no time for a girl to sit at home and wait for things to happen to her.

She stretched and headed towards her bathroom to take a shower. The place Naiya stayed in wasn't much. It certainly wasn't the cozy home she used to have; but the absence of other inhabitants made it that much cosier. There were no bad memories to look back at in this home; there was only the sight of crispy dry paint peeling off the cemented walls. Her floors were wooden and a little squeaky and the tiles in her bathroom definitely needed to be changed. Naiya sighed grabbing her usual choice of apparel from her closet as she dried off. She slipped on her jumpsuit, her gloves, shoes, and topped it all with her favourite red scarf. She looked over in the mirror and grimaced. No matter how much she aged, she always resembled her mother in some way. It was hard to even think of herself as 'pretty' ( which, by the way, most people did think of her as ). But when she looked at the reflection all she could see was the spitting image of her mother. She tied her dark blue hair up in a large messy spiky bun that rested on the centre of her head. A shiny forehead protector soon acting as a hairband completed her image.

Now she was ready for an adventure of her own. Having lived in Kumogakure for all her life; she practically knew the village by heart. She knew the ladies that snickered in the background when she'd pass by them, but would cowardly shut up when she'd turn to look at them. She knew the men who'd work hard doing their normal civilian lives. She knew the children who'd play on the streets then stick her tongue out at her when she'd scream at them and tell them that it was dangerous. She also knew the resident stalker of the whole village — Unmei, and her other crazy boring stalker team mate —Raiden. She met a whole bunch of people who inhabited this place. Some of them absolutely retarded, and some, were tolerable. If there were that many idiots who came dwelled in the village, there were probably millions more outside. Naiya sighed.

She realised she was already standing in the main entrance of the whole place. There was no time to turn around now. It was time to go exploring outside the village and run into wildlife that probably couldn't be contained. Perhaps she'd learn new things while she was at it. Hopefully, nobody else was out here venturing like she was. She'd hate to run into anything that caused her even more pain. Naiya, as you could probably tell, didn't like to socialise much. Perhaps it was a bit of a guard that she'd keep up since everything she held dear to her either left or died. Being only fifteen, it was a lot to take in. She couldn't imagine a worse life. Heck, being dead sounded like a better plan. But no, she had a goal to live by. If she could only meet her brother and her father again…

Moving through the forest, Naiya saw what she wanted to see. Birds, plants, all kinds of things that existed in this ecosystem. Nothing seemed out of place except for a strange animal covered in dirt. Naiya grimaced and yelped. "What the hell is this weird thing?" She said aloud, wondering if the strange new creature could hear her. "What the heck are you?" It seemed to be harvesting plants. What a weird, furry creature.

Yoroi Kaguya

Turning his head when he heard a girls voice from his side, he turned his head, thus pointing the bear skull towards the kid too. Noticing a girl that was shorter then he was with dark blue hair, she had quite a few traits that reminded him of his own when he looked upon the surface of the water to see his reflection. Standing up straight to show that he was quite a bit taller then the girl was, he started walking towards her with big steps following up the next in a rapid pace. When he got close to her, he started looking her over a bit, walking around her in a small circle. She had her mouth where it should be, speaking quite easily at something she did not know anything about. She believed that he was an animal, a weird furry animal. When he stopped circling again, he placed his hand near his chin, dislocating the lower jaw of his skull-cap, making a loud cracking sound. Holding the jaw in his hand, he used the other to take off the biggest piece of the skull, allowing his long hair to drop down his head and face again. Without his Skull to cover up his face, chances were that she would be even more amazed at the person that stood in front of her, showing that he was not an animal at all.

“I’m not an animal, I am Yoroi. Are you one of the native people living here in this country? If you are, could you tell me where I am and maybe what your name is?”

Placing the skull on the ground by his feet, he smiled at her, having learned that doing such a thing made people feel more at ease around him. Maybe the girl would pick up on his emerald green eyes, his turquoise colored hair that almost fell down to his shoulders or even the red markings beneath his eyes, finding something which she could relate to. Yoroi hoped that she would be able of responding to him by answering with what her name was and where he was at the moment. He had no idea about what this land was, nor did he know the girl that had been startled by him. He had not told her what his last name was, but that was not because of the Ninja code, it was because he did not have a last name at all. People tried to make him believe that he was a Kaguya because he had the Kekkei Genkai the clan had been known for, though he was not raised in their tradition, nor did he have any parents who cared enough about him to stay. If that was what people wanted to believe, they could believe that he was a Kaguya, though he refused to be portrayed as a cold, ruthless savage that was only good for overreacting and killing people.

When he payed closer attention to the girl, he noticed her eyes, another thing he related to on such levels. Something about her eyes seemed so incredibly similar to his own, though he had no way of really being sure if they had the same origin or not. When he thought about how they were similar, he meant the fact that during his life, he had tasted abandonment several times. He had been abandoned by his parents when he was still but a toddler. After they had left him to his fate, Tora had found him and raised him for several years, teaching him how he had to hunt and kill his prey. It had been his teachings that made him into an animal and a hermit, learning his primary skills needed to survive out in the wilds without the protection of village walls. He had the body that was as strong as a tank going for him, making it hard to take him down, though all he learned from Tora was how to use his wits when on the hunt, something that worked for both animal and human prey. From what Tora had managed to teach him, he was capable of building up his skills as a craftsman.

When Tora also disappeared on a faithful day, he was left alone yet again, this time staying alone for several years in which he lived like a feral beast. Had it not been for Hani, he probably still would have been just as beastly as he was back then. Thank to Hani, he had learned how to read, write, fight like a normal Shinobi and even learn several Ninjutsu. With her, he had seen all of the fire country, having a great time every second of the day when he was with her. When she had to go on a mission for Konoha’s well being, she told him she would be gone up to a month, though it had been well over a year on this day. By now, he linked the meaning of Family directly to being picked up and knocked back into solitude. He knew abandonment quite well, and it seemed that she did too.

Yoroi Kaguya

The girl seemed rather frightened of his mask, though she was caught by surprise even more when she saw that there was a human beneath the skull cap mask. Keeping her distance from him, it seemed that she did not really want to have anything to do with him now that she knew he was human, though that was really just fine. He had not come to this place for conversation, not now that this entire village was filled to the brink with Kaguya. He did not want to have any part in any of that, that much was certain. As things stood now, he would just finish gathering his things and then get the hell out of the country before the Kaguya came around to seek him out. He had no intention of meeting any of them, so time was of the essence,

“Well, it's been nice meeting you, though I need to be on my way. I still have a lot of picking and gathering to do, so don't mind me and do whatever it is you came here for, I promise I won't bother you kid”
