MIA for an Unknown Period of Time

Hey y'all.

Some of you may have noticed my absence and for those of you that I'm in a topic with, I'm severely sorry.

My girlfriend just under a week ago got into a severe car crash and this has been the last thing on my mind. I will be gone for an extended period of time and the exact duration is unknown. She's the woman I want to marry, so I kind of have to make sure she doesn't die on me.

She's been unconscious since the crash, so as cliche as it sounds, please keep her in your prayers.

My goodness, that's so awful! My prayers are most certainly with your girlfriend right now; I hope she pulls through. And like Meg said, you're always welcome with us, so just focus on what matters. We'll hang around. <3

Catherine woke up from her coma two days ago and is planned to be discharged from the hospital within the next week or so. She's suffered a major concussion along with a leg broken in three places. Lucky for her, her knee wasn't shattered with the collision and it's assumed she's going to be able to walk and run like normal if all goes well. Along with that, she has a broken collarbone and a pretty ugly left side of her face.

I still think she's real pretty though - but only like Two-Face.

Anyway. Thanks for all the support and prayers for my girl. I'm still goin' to be gone for a bit.

I'm so sorry I missed this when you first posted it, Onyx. Immensely glad to hear she's come out the other side. Regardless, you'll both be in my thoughts. Wishing you the very best.

As a final update from this end, I want to say good-bye.

In order to do this, I need to say my apologies to Winged Blade, one of the most supportive people I've met. I know you're young, but you're one of the most mature people I've met and I can only begin to show my respects to you as an individual.

I'd like to apologize to my team for my abrupt absence and in addition, my exit from the site. The recent events in my life have opened my eyes to what's important and the fact that my fiance, although safe and relatively in one piece, needs a lot of help. I don't know how much time is goin' to be available for time-consumin' pleasures like writin' so I want to do what I believe is best and give my position to someone that deserves it.

I'm also sad to see you go. I may have not gotten to know you like some others here, but you seemed like a pretty cool dude. Totally understand what you're saying though, and that your priorities lie with your fiance - like they should. Best of wishes to you both! <3
