| KOIZUMI, HIROTO.THE INFO. Name: Koizumi, Hiroto Nickname: Hiro, Zumi. Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance: Hiro is a rather physically adept male, standing up at around 6'0". His peach skin is rarely affected by a lack or overdose of light and is rather defined physically. He considers himself to be a very handsome individual, with a shade of black hair, dulled by the sun. It could be considered somewhat spikey and reaches down to his neck in the back. His back hangs over the right side of his face, barely reaching his eye. He typically wears a pair of square, black sunglassess, which he leaves nested in his hair. Isshin's facial features are something of an ideal, fitting what some would describe as their "dream guy". He has thin eyebrows and slanted, cyan eyes. He has some facial hair, located below his mouth and on his chin. He sometimes appears completely calm.
Hiro wears a white shirt with a collar that only goes about halfway around his neck, opening up in the front. The shirt is long and reaches past his waist. The bottom of this shirt has a black design on it. It opens slightly on the bottom. Over the shirt he wears a light jacket, somewhere between black and navy blue. It has a fur collar, grey and has buttons. The inside of the jacket is white and the sleeves are folded over above his elbows and above on both sides show signa of tearing. The jacket is short and stays above his waist. On his wrists, Isshin wears a sort of black, wrist tape.
Hiro wears pants of the same color as his jacket. They are, like the jacket, seemingly ripped and cut. They are held up by a black belt that has several chains hanging off and reaching around the left side of Hiro. Two crossess can be seen hanging from these chains, signalling that they're necklaces. His pants are tucked into laced-up, black punk boots. Overall, Hiro seems less concerned with his somewhat damaged and torn attire. Forehead Protector: Though Hiro goes against wearing a forehead protector because he finds them uncomfortable. If he must wear it, he wears it on his forehead. Personality: Hiroto, a man of no real importance would believe that the shinobi are a dieing breed. Brought on by his immensely troubled past of criminal involvement and lack of what is socially acceptable, he tends to be quite ignorant and sarcastic. He is ignorant, mostly due to what many would consider a simple gesture or greeting, like a handshake. All the unnessecary touching that many consider normal, he does not. He loathes the shinobi and even being called one, despite the fact he is one. He is sarcastic, only because he wants to be. He is nothing more or nothing less of a normal person.
Hiroto shows a great deal of curiousity and kindness around the topic of eijutsu. The art of medical ninjutsu is where he spends his time engrossed in, what he would describe in detail, "to learn how to turn one's enemy inside out". Of course, for all intent and purpose this is Hiroto talking and when someone so sarcastic and disconnected with the world speaks, can one truely believe any word they put forth? Despite his attitude towards others, he has no quarrel lending aid, whether friend or foe, if they are injured and he has the ability to help.
But there is always more to a person. Hiroto dislikes curious people who probe him for questions. He himself has no desire to learn about others, so he feels that others should not ask about him. Or even that they could simply converse with a cat about curiousity. He can be quite cynical and blunt to the point of things, even when details are asked. Often, he seems and probably is only in something because he feels he'll find something that can benefit him, or he was simply given no choice. Hiroto also has a zero tolerance policy about giving his life up so others can escape.
Despite his disdain for the shinobi system, Hiroto is a member of it, though he would say otherwise. He bashes it consistently, always having something to say about it. He seems to have dreams of simply living alone in the forest away from the world. Away from all the pain and suffering, offering aid to travelers in exchange for never revealing who he was or where he lived. He may mention from time to time that he wants to return to the forests and live a secluded life, but rarely will he ever mention that he would have no quarrel to help Nukenin destroy the shinobi in exchange for power. He understands the value a jinchuuriki and tends to look upon them with more respect, considering them above even a Kage. Nindō: "I would certainly know the intent if it was that kind of touching..." THE NINJA. Origin: Amegakure no Sato Affiliation: Konohagakure no Sato Rank: Genin Specialties: Medical Ninjutsu Elemental Affinities: Raiton, Suiton. Combat Style: Though typically taking it upon himself to support others instead of dealing out damage, Hiro can and will go on the offensive if nessecary. Strictly paying attention to his skills in Medical Ninjutsu. As such, Hiro can spare no time or attention to himself unless it is absolutely nessecary, as not only does he believe that a Medical Shinibi is tasked with treating the wounds of their comrades, but also subconciously. He will take the utmost care in extracting an ally in need and treating them. He can employ the use of poisons, but Hiro doesn't truely like the idea of taking the life of another in battle, instead he'd rather save a life. But if he must kill to save, he shall.
Hiro does not typically enjoy being the sole combatant, as he believes he is set at a major disadvantage. He will put up an effort to fight, but only when he knows that help will be coming. He doe not believe in wasting time on a pointless battle, nor does he enjoy seeing resources squandered in battle. He doesn't even enjoy battle for that matter, and as such is why he focuses on a support role. He can, however come to rely on his Suiton and Raiton ninjutsu if need arise. The waters always churn up, and the deeper you go, the darker it becomes. In combination with his Raiton ninjutsu, Hiro can vastly hold his own, and support his allies without question. Name: Evasiveness Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: None. Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their ability in more advanced evasive maneuvers which serves the purpose of avoiding enemy attacks. The survivability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips and dodging basic forms of physical attacks by reading an enemies movement.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Born to where the sky never stopped shedding it's tears. Much like his native homeland, Hiro often felt the tears of his country upon his body. Throughout time and time again, a young man may cry, but never sheds a tear unless he truely means it. Life was never meant to be fair, nor was anything thrust to this young man to expect greatness. He built a life based upon what he hoped he could have, instead of his damnable reality. Every loss became something, a wound, that he had to live with. Without a burial or a proper farewell, he would always move ahead without turning back. He didn't seem fond of actions that would open up old wounds, but when one has no choice, they can only drift along the expansive sea without a true home, or destination.
Even when faced with the overwhelming guilt and desperation, he perservered and found a light. Found what he was searching for. A place where he could be accepted and sheltered from a reality he knew all to well. Though he knew it was far too late for him to go back and be able to protect himself, he could still protect those that come to see him as a friend with the utmost of care and respect. A fitting tale can never truely end with a happy, or sad finish.
To begin, Hiro truely never spent any time under the care of his parents. His mother, a woman who suffered from illness, went into cardiac arrest after giving birth. Hiro's father, was killed several nights later. Afterwards, Hiro went to live with foster parents of sorts. He had no distant relatives that the village could name, nor could they just leave an infant to his death. Perhaps death might've been a more fitting tale, but Hiro will never know. His first set of so called, "legal guardians", were very anal about everything. Controling, they could never understand what Hiro thought. They believed Hiro was a nusiance and often tortured him physically. Hiro eventually took his anger out against them, moving onto another home at only the age of 6.
At Hiro's second home, he found the parent's were much more open and negotiable. They paid attention to every child they kept in their home, which was many. Hiro wondered how they did it. As the youngest and newest he had an easy greeting, his older 'sibling-figures' showing him around and explaining how things worked despite the lack of money the family had. Hiro was, at this point in his life, most reclusive and often stayed in his room. He had been given special permission to by the guardians, as they had understood completely who he had once lived with. They even made sure that he had an understanding and protective roommate. It was a boy, about 4 years older than Hiro himself.
The boy, Yo, was the only one who could truely coax Hiro from within his room. Yo was a fantastic talker, always entering conversations with people and keeping track of them. He would always include the troubled Hiro in hopes he would start expanding outwards and talking to others. Surely, Hiro's attitude eventually lightened up and he began talking to others. His overall health improved to. Yo and Hiro became the best of friends. It was also Yo who introduced Hiro to his first love, another boy who was a year older, named Kuro.
Kuro joined their dwindling family in the waning days of Hiro's happiness. Kuro made an impact on Hiro's life, showing him what true love could be and protected him from danger. Hiro would later treat anyone he loved the same way he was treated by Kuro. Kuro and Yo became the two people that Hiro was closest to. Not to travel into the detail of how intimate Kuro and Hiro were, or that Yo was quite concerned about Hiro. But the three of them grew up close to each other and Hiro took what he could learn. However, one unfortunate day, tears fell from the sky. Yo and Hiro had went out to try and buy a gift for Kuro, but upon their return, everything was in disarray.
Hiro would never forget what he saw before he ran that day. Kuro, headless like the others, hung in various, painful positions with blood painting everything. Yo seemed to die, and Hiro couldn't cry. The sky was crying enough and Hiro could feel it. He loathed it, despised it and became a criminal of sorts. There was only so much a 14 year old could do without a home, but one of them was leave Amegakure. His last, the former living guardians he had, insisted that all their children and such learn at the nearby academy. Hiro had that to live on as he trudged across the ground, soaked not just from the rain, but from his own tears.
Time would prove that Hiro would deserve happiness after a year of traveling. He enjoyed the site of many countries and lands, but eventually settled in Konohagakure no Sato. He would then spend the next two years of his life dedicated to the knowledge of Medical Ninjutsu, sometimes called Eijutsu. He also took up -insert other specialty here-. Hiro chose not to spend anytime under a teacher, as he would rather experience a bit of the freedom he had. After all, he didn't take too kindly to those who made rude of immature comments about him.

The dark. The curtains closed for the final show, to signal the end. A time for actors to rest. To rejoice in the completion of yet another show. Even if the actor was derranged, lost within her own mind and perversely twisted beyond belief. Past comprehension and understanding. But the closed curtains, stained the room with little light. One could barely tell there was anything other than simple furniture within the room. A humanoid shape sat on the ground, wrapped within herself. The rough, pale skin seemed to glow, though miniscule in comparasion to the picture of night painted by the room.
The girl, kunoichi, had a name and title. The Hand of Retribution, Miu Kimura. Former criminal redeemed and permitted home hidden by the leaves. But the girl could not abandon the schism that tore, broke and shattered her mind. Events beyond her control deemed her irresponsible. She had no family, no love for those around her. Isolation was her only gift, and she had time to learn what she was. Ruthless, violent. She felt... inhuman . A tortured soul without equal. The emerald eyes peered towards the curtains. They were stained red. Red with the blood from her.
She sat on the ground, having accepted her fate and who she was. Afraid to face what she could become, what she would be driven to do, and finally, what she should have done. Deniel and fear absorbed her final moments when the curtain fell upon her final act. But yet, relief washed over her in a sea of red. Her head tilted backwards, her blood soaked attire was her final gift. An act of charity perhaps, as she gave her last breath with wide eyes and a bright smile.
Hours before
Miu sat, cross-legged on a roof. The sun, rained down on her and her bright smile matched the unusually happy day. Many found it strange, even a rare sight that someone like Miu, who seldomly came out on such days, would. Let alone smile and wave, say hello and good-bye. It was almost a nightmare... that people could enjoy. Many did not question because many seen nothing wrong. None could tell. But who would pry into the life of such a person.
Miu was nonetheless, the happiest person hiding amongst the leaves. The fire burned around as she enjoyed the sun. Little did anyone, other than the kunoichi know, that a curtain was about to come crashing down to signal the end of a magnificent play. The final act, last scene would be played sweetly, innocently with a sunny personality. Acceptance of the end, the kunoichi felt that she had been happier than she had ever been before.
Before long, the sun had begun to set. Much like the curtain, it signaled the end and beginning. But it was a cycle that could repeat, where the curtain would never rise again. Miu slid from the roof, to the ground and took a final bow at the sun. She entered the home she had been given, to live in. She didn't care. She casted aside what she thought. What she believed and what she wanted.
In one swift motion, the curtains fell and so did the actress. A pool expanded, arms retreated to her chest, one over the other. She prayed forgiveness, she prayed as the dim light watched the sorrow. Red. Black. A darkness of a final act, as the curtain falls to end the show. Yet, the play ends, placing a twist on such a misdeed. The smiling maiden, giving her life up so willingly, would she find forgiveness, or be condeemed?

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Onnetsusei Nami - Thermal Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Seiryou Nami - Cool Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Kisoku Kuchidashi - Airway Interference Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will focus chakra to their hands and release it to either the throat, in order to loosen the air ways, or the chest, in order to help the lungs expand. This will help the user or the patient breathe easier. A bastardized use of this technique causes the airways to constrict making it much harder for the target to breath. This technique lasts one post without continuous contact. Chakra Cost: 6 [3CP for continuous use]
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8, B: 13.
Name: Ningen Sukiningu Shuhou - Human Skinning Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts. Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post), B: 12CP (4 per post), A: 20CP (6 per post)

If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a solid bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Chakra Cost: 9 (2 per post)
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his/her gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. Name: Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands.
