    Sai has glowing silver eyes that tend to give off a sometimes an eerie vibe, depending upon her mood and the lighting in the room. Smooth black hair falls from her head and falls to just below her shoulders. These strands hold mild curl ear the end but for the most part her hair is flat against her head. Her bangs are also grown out and tend to tuck behind her ears unless they slightly fall in front of one of her eyes. She rarely has her hair tied up unless she is trying to be formal or avoid it getting cut; taking pride in it's length.

    For her body she stands at about 5' 6" at the moment but based upon her the doctor's analysis she should grow to about 5' 8" altogether by the age of 17 and remain there. She has some muscle on her, especially in her legs to provide speed, but do not expect her to be able to pick up any large boulders or punch them in half. She doesn't weight to much and is light on her feet, giving her the ability to run more smoothly then most individuals. For a more precise weight, roughly 103, give or take a few pounds (not very good at deciding this). Her skin itself is fair and she does not burn very easily, meaning she tans more, so she is rarely seen pale. This also does not mean she will be seen with a dark complexion either.

    Finally, for clothes she normally wears more comfortable clothes. This means she is normally in t-shirts baring her clan symbol and cargo pants with black running shoes. This way she is ready for anything and can move more easily; not being held down by tight clothes.



    Personality:
    Sai is a rather interesting person, or so she's been told. She comes off rather mysterious majority of the time and although some people claim to know her true persona; they most likely do not. With that said it is obvious that she tends to keep up a facade, one designed from studying and watching other humans so that she may make it so others have a hard time figuring out the real her and her true intentions. It is rare her emotions slips through, but when they do they may get at least the slight glimpse; if they can figure out that she is being true.

    On the inside, she is an ambitious and extremely loyal girl to those she believes she can trust completely, even though these numbers are few. She is also rather loyal to Kirigakure itself, ready to take up any sort of mission she feels she can accomplish with accuracy. One thing she can be well-known for is her strong will, never giving in even when there at times she truly should. She hates to bow down before anyone without at least putting up a fight, sometimes leaving her beaten and bloody.
    Her determination is set high and thus why for most of her life she has trained to try and become the best she can be, only wishing to grow stronger and prove herself to not only herself but the others around her. She is rather honorable as well; avoiding anything that may disgrace her or her clan and will fight to the death if she must. At the same time though, she isn't one to simply give in and die either.

    Some say her persona can also resemble that of a wolf at times, only attacking or acting aggressive if provoked or if those close to her are threatened. Overall, she can be someone just about anyone could get along with; despite her mysterious personality.

    Kekkei Genkai: The Bloodline limit of the Koori clan is purely elemental. This meaning that they are one of the few ninja in the world that on top of the regular elements that all ninja have an opportunity of access to, they can also access a singular advanced element. All members of this clan have the basic elements of wind and water. They can combine the properties and fundamentals of both to create the ice element. This is done by the wind chakras adding a chilled factor to the water chakras, causing it become an over all colder chakra. When exuded from the body, its heat level is to low to be liquefied water, and instead takes the form of solid ice.

    All of their clan jutsu focus around this singular concept of creating and manipulating ice. A user is capable of taking pre-existing bodies of water, large or small, and manipulating them into ice, as well as pre-existing ice formations and using them for their techniques. This ice is generally very durable and difficult to break, taking an excessive amount of physical damage for most techniques, and is also, in contradiction to naturally occurring ice, displays a resistance to fire, though is not purely immune to it its melting effects.

    Name: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Description: Using their kekkei genkai, Koori members can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. They can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror the user is in is broken, they can leap out of one of the fragments and continue their attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Their movement becomes progressively slower the longer they maintains the mirrors. Roughly a B ranked amount every two posts. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are imbued with enough chakra to resist fire almost completely

    Name: Ice Disk Technique

    Description: This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas. They can also be used defensively, creating highly durable shields or disks to stand on to hover in the air.

    Type: Ninjutsu

    Description: This technique requires the user to use either water from underground which they can bring up, ice underground which they can bring up, or water in the air in a highly saturated environment. If using water as a source it will cost an extra D rank amount of chakra due to having to freeze it first. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. This jutsu is strong enough to withstand basic fire jutsu, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows this jutsu to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.

    Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice or water in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size. If using water will take an extra C rank amount to freeze the vast supply into ice.

    Name: Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

    Description: This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.

    Name: Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger

    Description: his jutsu allows the user to create a giant tiger made out of ice. The user needs a nearby source of ice or water in order to use this jutsu. When using water an extra C rank amount of chakra is needed to freeze it for the technique. This jutsu is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with.

    Name: Ice Release: Ice Spikes

    Description: This justu unleashes great spikes of ice that come out from the users body. They cannot be specifically controlled and are not for attack, strictly defense for a quick and uncontrolled technique. They do not bear any resistance to fire as some other Koori Ice jutsu do. The Ice created from this can be further used for other Ice techniques as well. This defense is fairly weak and can be shattered with the simplest of techniques of almost any kind only being able to turn aside the most basic taijutsu (simple punches and kicks with no chakra added), and basic weaponary (simple nonenhanced metal or wooden weapons with no added chakra capabilities.)

    The Koori clan are The Mist Villages second most well known clan as its co-founder and unique ability to manipulate and create the ice element. In the time before the great villages were constructed they were one of the lesser clans for hire but they were still well known all the same and held a certain level of respect and honor. Unlike the accursed Kaguya clan they are actually quite peaceful by nature though quite deadly in battle. Despite there grand foothold in the society of Kiri, they at one point, just like the Kaguya were persecuted by the normal villagers for there arcane abilities which were beyond what normal shinobi could do. There faith in the village never wavered though, and unlike the Kaguya, they never struck back against there critics.

    When the Kaguya rebellion came to pass, they led the resistance to the struggle and were the main cause for the ending of the feud. As a result of this they single handedly brought their village closer together and ended the persecution, the two clans gaining more respect and stature then ever before amongst their home. For many years they have served as the primary protectors of the village and its most well known family name.

The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing.     Name: Tei Higyou (Air Swipe)

    Description: Upon performing the necessary hand signs the user uses their hands to generate Fuuton chakra. With the swipe of their hand, the user can then form an air swipe. This air swipe is a dual defensive and offensive technique in which the user conjures a crescent-moon shaped construct of solidified air. This air is capable of deflecting colossal projectiles and sending them off-course.
    The jutsu is even capable of deflecting these weapons right back at the opponent if there is
    1) enough power behind the attack and....
    2) if the weapons are smaller then the powered attack.
    The user can normally perform this attack back to back but, of course, it takes more chakra per swipe.




    Name: Tei Kyuushuu (Air Suction)

    Description: Upon performing the necessary handsigns, the user uses Fuuton chakra to take control of the nearby wind. The user then draws there hands in towards them, causing the wind to create currents to draw in the opponent towards the user.
    Normally there's a second attack soon to follow depending on how far the opponent is, etc. The clan mainly used this as a means of attack to defend from those whom tried to steal from them, much like the rest of their attacks.




    Name: Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)

    Description: After bringing their hand to their mouth, the user will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

    Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards their target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

    Description: Utilizing water element, upon performing the necessary handsigns the user is able to use water to create a mist around the area. The density of this mist can manipulated so that the mist can be very light to the point where there is zero visibility.




    Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

    Rank: C
    Element: Water
    Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for them. The range of the clone is limited however; it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.




    Name: Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds Technique)
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Description: Upon performing the necessary handsigns, the user conjures up water element and expels it from their body as a black mist. This mist will then rise into the sky and create black clouds that will rain down black liquid. This liquid is a flammable oil that can create mild flames capable of up to 2nd degree burn at the highest.




    Name: Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field)
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Element: Water
    Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.




    Name: Mizurappa (Violent Water Wave)
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Element: Water
    Description: Performing the necessary handsigns, the user will release a strong jet of water at the opponent from their mouth. This jutsu can go as far as 15 meters, but the further it gets the weaker the force also gets. This jutsu can be mainly used to create some water in the area, knock the opponent or projectiles back, put out or pierce through flames, and various other ways.




    Name: Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
    Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak. However, the one imprisoned still has to maintain the ability to breathe.

    Description: Allows the user to turn small bodies of non-moving water (such as a puddle or small pond, not a lake) into ice. If the user does not wish to turn the whole thing into ice, they may just coat the surface with a sheet of it instead.

    Description: Utilizing combined water and wind chakra, the user is able to form an ice weapon of any sort that is made out of water and is rather sharp due to the wind. This weapon is normally made rather thick and resembles their origin*. These weapons created normally has the capability to cause cuts on skin, cut through rope, and other materials that are easy to slice through.
    Of course, it is still ice and can be rather easy to break with enough force; unlike most metal objects

    *Meaning: An ice katana will look like a katana, ice kunai like a kuneai, etc; except without the metal of course

    An average length katana with the usual metal blade. The hilt of the blade is all black with a crystal orb on the end to make it a bit more unique. Other than that, it is just a mostly normal katana.

    Origin: This katana was simply given to her as a gift from her father upon graduation from the academy.

    Name: Methanol Bombs

    Natural Abilities: These small bombs look a lot like ordinary smoke bombs except sizes are between 5cm to 2 in around and are filled with Methanol; a light, volatile, colorless, flammable, liquid with a distinctive odor that is very similar to but slightly sweeter than ethanol (drinking alcohol).

    When encased, this smell is mostly masked except to those with strong noses, however once the bomb is lit and goes off the smell becomes stronger. Upon setting off the wick with lit fire chakra, or fire, the user has 2 to 10 seconds before the bomb goes off.

    After combustion occurs, a methanol flame is lit; a flame that is almost colorless in bright sunlight. Carbon Dioxide and a small amount of water are products of this reaction as well; due to combustion.

    Another trait to Methanol is that it is toxic, especially to humans. If ingested, as little as 10 mL can cause permanent blindness by destruction of the optic nerve and 30 mL is potentially fatal, although the usual fatal dose is typically 100–125 mL (4 fl oz). The toxic effects take hours to start and effective antidotes can often prevent permanent damage. Due to its similarities to ethanol (the alcohol in beverages), it is difficult to differentiate between the two chemicals.

    Natural Abilities: This regular ninja wire has Mercury(II) Oxide inserted throughout it and should only be handled with gloves. Unlike regular wire, due to the mercury within it is a rather poor conductor of heat but is still a fair conductor of electricity.
    Mercury oxide is a toxic substance which can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol, through the skin, and by ingestion. The substance is irritating to the eyes, the skin and the respiratory tract and may have effects on the kidneys, resulting in kidney impairment. Mercury Oxide also decomposes when exposed to light. If heated above 500°C (Around 932°F) it has the capability of producing highly toxic fumes, including mercury and oxygen, which increases fire hazard.




    Name: Fireproof Gear

    Type: Clothing
    Natural Abilities: This variety of gear, consisting of: a long sleeve under shirt, pants, socks, two forms of gloves, and a cloak; are all designed for not only a comfortable fit but to ensure the users safety from fire based attacks. In short, they are all fireproof.
    This gear consists of three layers: an outer shell, a moisture barrier, and a thermal barrier. In between these layers are pockets of air referred to as "dead zones". These layers of air along with the three protective layers help to further insulate the wearer from the extreme environments of fires; while giving the outer shell the extra bonus of being able made out of a water repellant finish.

    Name: Gokan Sakusou Powder

    Natural Abilities: This odorless powder can be dispersed into the air for an opponent to inhale. Once inhaled, the toxin will confuse an opponent’s senses, causing severe dizziness, confusion moving, and other hallucinations. The powder is complex and cannot be dispelled with an antidote. Effects last at least 7 of the user's posts. (Contained in small metal flasks)






Background Information

    History:

    Childhood

    As the sun began to set and bring forth the night; a bright and clear full moon began to rise higher into the dark back drop. The mist village would then begin to adjust to this natural occurrence once again as it did every night. In each house, the lights began to flicker on as people began to settle in for the darkness before they would later be turned off. Eyes would then shut and the people of the mist would then allow slumber to take over their tired bodies; giving the moon full reign as it also became the main entity of light. Soon enough a soft mist even began to come up from out of the waters, like a beast from the darkest depths, spreading around the village and creating a cool atmosphere to aid in their slumber. The moon’s light began to spread far and wide, lighting up the land and illuminating the mist as if bringing it to life. It was then time for the nocturnal purple flowers began to bloom as well, opening their buds to soak in this light as they swayed ever so slightly from the sigh of Fujin (Japanese Wind God). He would then go to sleep as well, creating a very calm and still atmosphere. All seemed perfect, serene; the purple beginning to fade into a black background as the night progressed into it's nearly complete darkness.

    Within the hospital, a mother’s plea was then heard, causing the calm atmosphere within the room to break; the doctors racing about. Besides the woman, a man only a few years older held her hand as he tried to comfort her and hide the worry that was building above his brow. His burning silver eyes shifted to the doctor that soon stepped forth, placing on plastic green latex gloves and wearing a mask as they then moved on with the procedure. The woman cried out as the man held on to her hand still, beginning to hum a soft lullaby to her to try and calm her down before soon it would all be over.

    The doctor held up a the newborn the woman so desperately protected for 9 months, his hands bloody with the being before him. The father doing the honors to cut the umbilical cord, like most traditions. Not even a cry was heard as the child came out of her mother’s womb or when it was cut, the child taken for cleaning as she rested peacefully. At first they believed the child may very well be sick or there were complications during birth but after quite a lot of testing she was a perfectly healthy baby. Handing her to her father first she smiled up at him before her tiny hands reached up, her eyes crossed for a while much like most babies had at birth. She giggled as she was then given to her mother as the woman lie in bed still, taking the child in her arms and caressing her as if she were the most fragile thing on earth. Which, in a way she was. Her father held his wife as the doctors gave them some time.

    "What should we name her?" the mother asked, gazing up at her husband as she tried to calm herself back down from the birth. After a bit of thought the girl smiled up at them again and giggled, her silver eyes glowing much like her fathers, "Sai... Sai Akiyama."

    Life was rather easy for this young girl although her parents were always at work. Her mother owned a bakery that was known for selling some of the finest pastries; their donuts the best. She was normally around to watch Sai from dusk to dawn before returning once more. Sometimes they were off on weekends, but due to lack of a lot of workers; she held a busy life. Sai’s father, however, was around when he could but the schedule was unpredictable. Her father was Kiri Jounin and one of the finest. He was well known of his ice ability and was actually proud of it unlike their ancestors in the past. He was normally home dusk to dawn as well although sometimes missions requested him to go too far away lands. From the sandy dunes of Suna to the vast forests of Konoha. For the most part, they were a small happy family, but in her early childhood Sai was closer to the babysitter more than her parents. They both wished for her to be the best she could ever be though; the next leader of the clan and most powerful ice user to be particular. That is, if she had the ability to make ice like her father.


    Academy Arc

    Sai’s academy years went by smoothly. Being an introvert, she was rather quiet and rarely talked to anyone unless they came to her first. She was a rather smart kid though and thus tried as hard as she could to come first in her class and be the best she could be. At night she would usually study, since she didn’t get out much, or practice her aim with basic weapons. She learned a lot about chakra, the different weapon types, how to perform jutsu, the elements, and practically everything else a ninja should know. Whenever her father was around, he already had her practice her main element, water jutsu, believing she may very well have the same bloodline as him. Sai learned quickly and absorbed the information, although her memory sometimes bit her in the hind every once in a while and she tended to forget the smallest details.

    It took a while for her to finally warm up to be people, her true nature kept beneath of a façade as she came off as a very nice and innocent girl; noted for her quietness and how she never seemed to get in trouble. In truth though, she was like a shadow. She remained in the background studying humans until she found a way to fit in. It was then she would begin to set up scenarios and test their emotions. So in truth, although she was close, she was never THAT close.


    Losing her father to a mission only increased this nature as she became more introverted. By then he had taught her a lot with her water element while her mother and the babysitter would do whatever they could to help teach her wind element. Her father didn't want to hog all the training but he did managed to get her to learn a few ice jutsu before his death. To this day her mother says he died a happy man and that it is Sai who must bring honor to his name.


    Genin Arc
    Upon graduating from the academy her now widow mother gave up the bakery in Kiri and decided to move to Suna to start a business there. Upon moving to Suna, Sai has aided her mother while continuing her training; depsite the strange location (from misty waters to sand dunes). It was her father that taught her all she knew, even going as far to begin to teach her arts of her clan. However now she is merely left with whatever her mother may know and whatever the other members of her clan may teach her.

    For the most part, she is just waiting to see where the tides will take her.

Genin cannot have 'B' ranked weapons. Also, since you do not have weaponry as a specialty in main or sub, you would only be able to have a 'D' ranked weapon. I probably should have stated this earlier, I apologize.
