Appearance:
Suoh is usually characterized as a tall, slightly pale young man of a little more than average athletic build. Standing at a mere five feet, 8 inches, with a posture that suggests how highly he thinks of himself; weighing roughly one hundred and forty-one pounds, he’s not the smallest thing in the world. From just one glance he does not appear to be the most intimidating individual, especially due to the ever-present humbled look that seems to be plastered on his face.
Long, Platinum blonde hair tops Suoh's head, hanging loosely down just above his shoulders. Silky in appearance, the ends of his hair seems to be razored, almost as if it had been longer at one point, but then cut shorter with a rusty blade. Usually he chooses to keep it slicked back; exposing his smooth forehead and his forehead protector, a few random strands may fall out of place from time to time, which he may brush back into place in order to remain his composed appearance. A small patch of hair around his left temple is absent, due some burns that coursed over his skin.
With high cheek bones, accompanied by a finely chiseled jaw that comes down to a slightly rounded point. His eyebrows are thin and slanted slightly downward toward his nose, the bridge of which is straight-edged shaped leading to a slight point with small, rounded nostrils. Suoh resembles something of an elfish descent, though his small, rounded ears are evidence of the contrary.
What really sets him apart, are his deep-set eyes. Shadowed, with irises that shine a light Emerald encased in utter darkness (pure black scleroses), his gaze is enough to bring the weak-minded to their knees. It is also said that one could determine Suoh's opinion of someone just by the way he glanced at them, at least someone who possessed the capable means of understanding such a thing. Almost always preferring to vent any emotion he may have through his eyes rather than a facial expression. Suoh's eyes may be soft and gentle one moment, then stern the next.
In terms of muscle, what you see is what you get. Suoh sports a well toned six pack just below a fine set of pecks that protrude maybe half an inch or so outward from the rest of his body. Three ribs are slightly visible underneath and to the side of each breast. Overall he is a rather skinny individual, which works to his advantage. Suoh's arms are mildly thick with muscle, yet they are still in proportion with the rest of his body. His legs, though hidden under his hakama, are rather muscular as well, contributing to his agile and speed.
Suoh's entire body has a bloodless complexion and is virtually void of blemishes.
- Casual Attire:
Suoh's casual apparel isn't really anything special; at least in his thoughts. He usually goes shirtless if he had the option to, but the elders beg him to somewhat look put together and hide his body from the view of the younger women and children. Not everyone wants to see his scales and exhilarating body apparently. The black jeans that he does wear everywhere however; stick to his toned legs like glue. They don't move an inch whenever he does take long strides and so forth. They might wrinkle a few times, especially around the zipper, hur hur, but other than that; the belt that keeps them tightly against his body remains loosely fit. He doesn't even need the belt to be honest but, it does make a nice little accessory to throw on.
Even though he does choose to go shirtless most of the time; he does have a shirt and favorite coat that he cherishes for personal reasons. The coat that covers the most of his body has black fur just wrapping around his neck and pushing over his collar bones. The fur could be artificial; he never really asked the person if it was real or not. It didn't really matter; it looked cool enough, right? Right. A plain white and tight T-shirt would do just fine underneath all of that.
- Training outfit:
Oh the glorious training outfit of Suoh! It's actually -not- that much different from his casual attire besides the fact that he goes shirtless underneath his coat. Most of his upper body is exposed from behind the adjusted coat; with extra baggy sleeves that he added just for training methods. He usually wears this when it rains so that the water collected at the end of the fabrics could easily weigh down his motions somewhat. He would also use his forehead protector to blind his self so that he could get in more tone with his senses of smell and hearing. He didn't really have to rely on touch all that much, but whatever the cost of training took, he didn't mind pushing his body to its limits. His hair still remains slicked back in the common hairstyle that he is seen with.
This outfit is only used when he trains his own cell team for missions, or to sleep around in. Once he puts it on, his mood changes and all he thinks about is training and getting what needs to be done, done. The fabric of his coat makes it so that his body actually has to move to get free of the fabric's grip. It acts like chains in a sense; keeping his body back from its natural and fluid movement.
- Mission attire:
This is probably the most common outside of his normal attire that people will see the Genin in. Since he is actively on duty and sometimes has to leave the country himself to get some work done, this uniform is a custom uniform much different than the ones of higher up Kumogakure ninja. He chose this to not only be easily identified, but it allowed him to be comfortable while actually working and that is the most important thing to be, right? A long-sleeved white shirt is underneath an ebony vest that is buttoned up just to his collar bones. His fore head protector would remain at his right temple, just covering his burn marks and letting the white fabric fall to down to his lower back. His training robes tied around his waist allows him to sheath his weapons just beside his thighs and quickly allows him to drop the tied coat.
Suoh's lower body surprisingly remains unchanged; the boots and lower clothing remaining in this outfit due to his lazy and boring nature. On his hands are the special ops gloves from the Kumogakure Anbu unit for protection from the hilt of his blades. He doesn't care when they get raw, but he rather keep the feelings of his hands just so that he can keep track of his handsigns in his mind. The village is rather accustomed to seeing him going around in this little attire. Even though that Suoh doesn't really care what they think about his looks, he 'attempts' to look somewhat decent with the added vest to his usual lower attire.
Forehead Protector: He usually straps it to his forehead in most every outfit that he has, the only time he moves it is in his training outfit; which it then would be over his eyes.
Personality:
The way that Suoh's personalty works is from the hue that his eyes carry throughout the conversation. They can change at will and thus changes his mood and personality as well as his manners when speaking to people.
Crimson; Prideful and rude: Needless to say, Suoh is rather arrogant and proud; his pride and his arrogance stem mostly from his mind, so formidable and mighty, and his natural abilities. He is smarter than most (personally believing less in ’most’ and more in ’all’, and his successes in life certainly support his views thus far) and with his powers, he can treat his own 'death' with nothing more than contempt, for a situation where he would be in any real threat of dying is virtually unthinkable. Naturally, this leads to Suph having no fear whatsoever, and why should he? Dying is more an inconvenience than anything else, physical harm is ultimately meaningless, and his allies mean nothing to him. Their loss is at worst an inconvenience, at best a triumph. He has no friends, no need for things like love…and so he has no fear for the safety and lives of others either.
By default, all Ninja are his ‘enemies’ (but if any were willing to become ‘allies’, then Suoh would be the very last who would turn them down – he isn’t about to discriminate in such matters), but they only become true enemies, real annoyances if they actively oppose him personally, actively hinder his nefarious plans. Only for a true enemy will Suoh bring himself to fight seriously; whilst it is true that in almost any fight, Suoh will seek to defeat and preferably kill the opponent in the fastest, most efficient means possible, he would much rather not fight at all. In favorable circumstances, Suoh would only fight those he deems true enemies…in the end,. Suoh is otherwise mostly reluctant regarding battles, doing his best to stay away and let others do the work – he is an artist in death, and fighting is the time wasted before the killing. A mastermind of death should set the scene, and eventually let the dominoes drop…but the hard work, the fighting itself, is best left to the pawns. However, if he must, Suoh will not hesitate to enter the battlefield, for the simple truth remains that whilst others might be asked to fight; only he can truly ensure that everything works out for the best.
Generally, Suoh is comfortable in his skin and that comfort radiates as his almost arrogant confidence in his body. If he had it his way, he would just walk around naked when it was warm and humid. Clothes are not necessary to perform most tasks done in a day, and it's actually more comfortable to him. It's common for him to be nude in his own home, even with company over, or to be wearing as little clothing as possible while training or swimming, ect,. Men or woman, the gender does not make much of a difference. It's easy to get Suoh in a flirty mood, but it's still the lazy confidence of a man who is used to getting his way. Rejection doesn't faze him, and if anything makes him strive harder with a trickling determination. It's the only thing he ever does patiently.
Green; Calm and respectful:
But, to the other likeable aspects; Suoh isn’t exactly a man of few words; he enjoys the sound of his own voice, and engages in conversations most often with delight. Even to those he intends to kill, Suoh can be quite charming, and furthermore, although he has not a care in the world for love, the beautiful ladies of the shinobi world are hardly going to be ignored. Of all beings, they are the last on his list of individuals to see dead…for Suoh is not one to completely abandon more human pleasures. Suoh also enjoys a few indulgences; the man is rather fond of wine and a few select foods from the average human when relaxing, Suoh might also be found reading, or perhaps even walking around the village, peaceful, calm…and so very unlike his fellow Kumogakure shinobi.
In this stage, Suoh is a polite and very kind person. He may seem arrogant in his words and quite self-centered, but many assume that's just the influence of youth. In fact, he is very giving and just self-confident; he does tend to have a little bit of Tsundere in him. He's very charming, loving to smile at women and making friends with them, and helping those in trouble. He seems relatively harmless and loyal to his friends, but when angry, will and can beat the living shit out of you. He tends to dislike violence, unless aggravated and annoyed. He has a fondness for coffee and seems to not have any ability in household chores ever. Minus cleaning. He likes cleaning. And clean spaces equal a happy Suho. He's a bit OCD like that: liking things organized, proper and very well, clean. He does have the tendency to throw things, when irritated and blushes when complimented by someone he likes. After all, it's a pain to go through his sarcastic comments and treatment in order to become in that friendzone : but once there, it's worth it.
Orange; Fierce and merciless:
Souh is rather ruthless. If his friends are in danger, or himself or his beliefs are wronged, then there is no safe place to hide. While most of the time he seems rather lazy and unmotivated, it takes only a small ounce of his passion to spark for a raging inferno to ignite his determination. In most of the above possible cases, he is not afraid to end the life of another human being or creature if it will satisfy the need for either protection or justice that drives him. It's almost a scary type of bloody lust that pushes forward in these times that Suoh himself does not always understand, yet does not attempt to fight it when it works in his favor. His style is a series of switching between defense, dodging, and fast paced attacks that strike high and hard in the vital areas; the face, chest, and joints. He won't hesitate to snap a bone or pull and enemy to the ground before dispatching them in their moment of weakness. Those who are normally strong and then become weak are less than those born weak, and deserve no mercy in his eyes. It's just the way the man thinks, and that will never change about him. If he had to call himself good or evil, it would take him weeks to justify either one with a good explanation.
There would be times where he would even attack his own allies from his own rage.
Likes!
- Silence - Complete and utter silence allows Suoh to clear his mind and re-examine his past actions. This is usually a thing that is hard to come by, as his somewhat juvenile companions can rarely stand a moment without making some sort of racket.
- The Open Night Sky - Such a thing gives Suoh a sense of luster and freedom, something that is rather rare in his case. He often finds himself gazing up at the starless sky above kumogakure and inevitably losing his train of thought.
- Candy - Since Suoh was a young lad, he always had quite a sweet tooth. He rather enjoys sour candy, though the sort of "numbness" of his taste buds that follows isn't as enjoyable as the actual candy.
- Art - As a child, Suoh was oddly intrigued with art. This fascination followed him throughout his life; he would still find himself stopping to marvel in the beauty of certain things for quite some time. It wasn't just wondrous tapestries or sculpted creations that caught his eye, simple things, such as a child's chalk drawings upon a sidewalk would ward a moment of silent contemplation for Suoh.
Dislikes!
- Loudmouths - Suoh has a strong dislike for those who, in short, have an inability to keep themselves quiet. He finds any random babbling an unnecessary annoyance and will not hesitate to silence anyone getting on his nerves. Normally, he finds the people who insist on being the loudest believe themselves to be the most powerful, which is easily one of the greatest exaggerations in existence.
- Confinement - Suoh is rather claustrophobic, in a sense that he dislikes being trapped small, confined spaces where he is unable to "stretch his wings", in a hypothetical and literal sense. If he finds himself in such circumstances he will go into a blind rage, doing anything in his power to break free of his prison.
- Ignorance - Many may claim that ignorance is bliss, but Suoh believes this to be far from reality. Those who are blind to the truth and refuse to accept valid proof of the contrary to their beliefs annoy him to no end.
- Tobacco Smoke - The stench of tobacco is possibly the world's most disgusting and unattractive scents in Suoh's opinion. Not only does the slightest whiff make him want to gag up every last bit of his stomach content, but if the scent lingers on his cloths, he very well may set them ablaze on the spot to rid himself of its nuisance.

Combat Style:Even if Suoh was proud of his clan; he would be using his puraton a lot more often than he did. There was nothing wrong with going up close and personal with someone to get their senses kicked in. Being specialized in using a halberd, Suoh chooses to use that as his main ways of combat. He does, however, know ninjutsu enough to get by. He doesn’t really use it unless it boosts his own abilities with a supplementary ability, or being able to hit the opponent at long range. While he can keep his cool fairly easily; there are moments of him being controlled by his kekkei Genkai. It is something else to be able to make explosions come from a gas you can only set off! Raiton would be the main form of jutsu that he uses the most if he chooses to do so.
Being able to use his halberd as a ‘rod’ to extend the reach of lightning to some degree was one of the few reasons that he chose to use that weapon in the first place. He isn’t one to go charging in a blind fight filled by pure rage (Given, when his personalities switch, this whole idea can be voided as he just charges in with no hecks to give.) He only really uses futon to increase his thrusting power of his halberd. It seems like cheating to a degree, but why not use wind to your advantage while you have control over it, right? He also uses another weapon that he seemed to adore in the academy; A ninjato. Even though its highly stereotypical of a ninja to use such a thing, he does enjoy the close encounters a little too much to fully ignore the blade.
There are the rare times of him mixing his fuuton with his weaponry; Making shuriken and the likes increase in speed in which they fly towards the opponents. He usually only does this against faster enemies, combining kenjutsu with Fuuton to increase the throwing speed and power.

Description: Many people have vibrant, stunning personalities. Others can be colder than a Yuki's heart. Whatever the case, these people have personalities of such extremes, it even influences their chakra. While giving it no particularly special features, morbid individuals may find their chakra to carry a blackened tinge, carefree and happy ones may be surprised to find they emit a yellow glow, and those who are quick to anger might find a red surprise reminiscent of a Bijuu host.

THE BACKGROUND.
History:

Birthing Arc The birthing Suoh wasn’t the worst thing in the world to happen. There were no labor complications, nor were there any health issues from both baby and mother. From being inside his mother for 9 months, Suoh finally graced the land with his father, Hiroku, and mother, Jasia looking over him with pure excitement and adoration. He had no other siblings that he knew of, nor did he expect to have a certain ability grace his genes a few years from now. Growing up near the outskirts of Kumogakure, Suoh kept near his nomadic parents, who at the time were under protection of the local clan headmaster. He was fairly well mannered and listened well with the other children and adults while his body slowly grew. As far as being around the village, there were times that his mother would carry him with her once she needed to go to the market. This was his very first adventures into the village at the young age of 4. He would be able to get a decent look at what his future would be like in the upcoming years. His family still remained on the outskirts of the village while the years passed; Not really forcing anything on their child. Slowly getting there Naturally, there was going to be a time that he would in fact see a ninja or a group come out of the village gates and depart out on a mission. Once he caught eye of the white forehead protectors that graced their foreheads and various areas; he knew what exactly he wanted. Having not being taught in any sort of physical training, Suoh started to run as soon as he was able to keep balance. At age 6 you would think it would be pretty easy to get speed up with the everlasting energy, right? In Suoh’s case, there was nothing that could keep his energy up. No matter how much he ate, no matter how much he slept and rested; his energy was constantly being drained from him. With his parents in worry, they took him to the headmaster of the clan, asking for advice and to check on their child. He spent days in the cabin of the headmaster while he talked with Suoh’s parents, explaining what is happening, why it is, and what he was going to do. It turned out that Suoh was born with a passed down gene that allowed him to emit a gas from his body and manipulate it. The con of having such ability, was at his age and size, it constantly drained him of his energy. Thus explaining his ways of being tired no matter the rest that he received; finally calm, his parents asked the head master what was going to come of their son.
With a depressed, and disappointed look, he explained that Suoh would no longer be in there care while he has no control over his ability. At the young age of 10, Suoh stayed with the headmaster, being constantly monitored and not being able to leave the perimeter. Academy arc Being constantly with held in a house would cause Suoh to get random outbursts of anger. For a 11 year old, he did have some kick to him with his temper being out of control. His parents could hear the yelling and hitting against the side of the house everyday while they walked into the village. Being exposed to the gas for so long interfered with his nervous system somewhat, causing his brain to switch 'modes' if you will. This allowed him to come up with a multiple personality disorder; which would be activated from breathing in the colored gas that surrounded him. He simply doesn't have control over this little mishap. While in the gas, his head would shake violently while the emerald orbs slowly changed color from the gas, allowing a certain 'personality' to control his body. With Jasia now with newborn, Suoh caught glimpse of his sibling, noticing the blond hair that rested on his crown. Was he being replaced with such a thing? The constant thoughts ran through his head. This did not help the gas that was emitted from his body. With his structure much larger, the gas was more potent, not even allowing the headmaster into his own house without giving 1st degree burns across his skin. It was obvious to the headmaster with his duty. The ability that Suoh possessed was that of a bloodline trait of his clan; “Plasma release” as they called it in the village later on when he went to the academy.
This was his first time being out of the house since he was snatched from his parents; a few years since he was last out in the market with his mother to be exact. The very first being he saw was the Kumogakure ninja with the pearl like hue headband’s wrapped around their foreheads. For a few seconds, Suoh’s anger was compressed while he gazed with awe at the ninja. There was nothing like being a part of a much larger group than the little nomads he knew for his lifespan. The life of being restricted was something that he would have to get used to while he was enrolled into the ninja academy. Right when he got done with classes, the head master of the clan would be waiting mere inches out of the door to carry Suoh back towards the house. While in the academy, Suoh showed potential in mid-range combat with Halberd type weapons. His ninjutsu as well got more controlled while the teachers showed random techniques to their students. His anger slowly and eventually started to calm down as the years passed by. At the age of 14, he reached the end of his academy years; a completely different person from when he first entered through the doors. His ‘gas’ was much more controlled to the manner that he refused to use it unless he strictly was ordered to. Current times Since becoming a genin, Suoh has worn his headband with pride and honor while going out towards the outskirts of the village. His parents had no idea that he had graduated and became a full-fledge ninja! Approaching the outskirts barrier, he looked over the various huts that gathered around in a small circle; looking for his hut. There wasn’t really much difference from the various huts that gathered around the area. He heard a light voice yell his name, while he turned around only to be embraced quickly by a torso. Keeping his arms to his side, Suoh looked up to see a blonde woman, with tears in her eyes, gripping his cloth tightly, smiling while she held him. He slowly raised his arms around her, feeling her warmth envelop his body while he muttered; “Hi..Mother.”
Roleplay Sample: - From Six path:
It was rather uncommon for Suoh to be in one area for longer than an hour or two. It didn’t really make sense for a kage to be in their office all the time and just do paper work all day. No no, he wanted to get out and see what his village was up to. Visit a few people, and just get somewhat along with the villagers and other ninja that call Iwagakure home. He’d rather do that any day of the week for however long that he needed to. Opening the door from the Hokage building, Suoh slowly ran his digits through his fiery strangs, fixing a few spots where the hair fell from spot. It aggravated him to a certain extent when he needed to look somewhat put together and his hair falls down. He rather liked it slicked back and stylish; it was a lot easier to work with that way. Letting a smirk play on the corner of his lips, Suoh took a few steps down the stair sbefore stumbling slightly. He quickly caught his balance while he looked over the area to make sure no one really saw him attempt such a event.
“That was a little.. Hm.” His emerald eyes fluttered slightly while he bit his lip. It would have been embarrassing if someone did see him after he almost tripped and fell down the stairs; Albeit long stairs, and made his head bounce off the ground like a ball. It would have been something that the village talked about for days, even weeks with the possibility of a new nickname to come a long with that incident. He just didn’t feel like dealing with that, to be honest. Going on the streets of Iwagakure was a completely common thing that he got to do since he was even a genin. He loved the smell of all the cooking and various street vendors that sold all kinds of food. The smells that ran up his nostrils reminded him of his late childhood when he first came to this village. The soup and spicy dumplings that he cared deeply for. He could eat his own weight in those dishes; it was something he wouldn’t mind doing in front of people if he had to.
Turning his head to his assistant that followed the moment that he left the kage building, Suoh started to speak slowly with a tender voice. “Fetch an anbu for me. I need to start making my move to the land of waves for this kage summit that I’m supposedly supposed to go to. I don’t see why they can’t come here.” He shrugged softly, placing his digits in the depths of his pockets while he stepped away from the man.
“Have him meet me at the village gates with his gear in hand. He’ll be the only one that I need to take on this little journey that we are supposed to go on.” He nodded for a few moments before turning his back towards the elder man and heading towards the gates of the village. If he needed to go as a kage, he would be wearing his casual attire; no need for the kage robes or any of the sort. It was just a meeting, right? No wars being called against others, and no battles are to be expected; at least he hoped so. Suoh wasn’t against attacking the other kages if he needed to. If it was a threat to Iwagakure, then he would try to end it on the spot. Even if Noburo didn’t really help with her power, Suoh was going to get over that milestone when he could.
As he got closer, and closer to the gates, he stopped by a local vendor and leaned down by his waist, looking over the food that laid before him on a grill. “Oh. That one looks tasty.” He pointed towards a Kabob of various meats and veggies. If it was up to him, he would eat it raw, but he dind’t know how people would exactly take that when they saw their leader ripping into red meat with his own teeth. It would probably send off a wrong signal. A simple shrug followed after he leaned up, holding out his hand with cash folded between his index and middle digits while his opposite hand grabbed the wooden skewer.
Oh the joys of the simple village life for some people. Only worrying about what type of dish to cook; if they knew what kind of information that Suoh had lingering in his mind, it would most likely cause them to fled to another village of better protection. If anything, Suoh would put his life on stake just so that his village could prosper. Even if he died, he was sure that Noburo wouldn’t be the happiest thing in the world, so maybe she could deal with the people that would eventually make his life end.

Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures.

The energy pulsates with the color of the Puraton before it launches at the target. Upon impact, the ball brightens then explodes with an explosion radius of 5m. Does the equivalent of 2 explosion tags of damage. At B rank, The user can channel more chakra into it to increase damage with every 5 chakra channeled is another explosion tag of damage.

Description: One of the few jutsu's of the Kyokkuo clan that require no hand seals; the user would take in a deep breath of air making their gas form in their throat; they will release it, allowing the gas to spread outwards for 10 meters(C), 12 meters(B), 15 meters(A). This would allow them to be able to ignite the gas in a much larger area, as well as making 1st degree burns(C), 2nd Degree burns(B), and 3rd degree burns(A) form on the skin of the opponent caught in the gas. Once ignited, the gas would turn a bright orange, showing it all instantly to the opponent so they could see the gas surrounding them. This ability can only be used every 3 posts; with the chance of being moved around with fuuton jutsu. If suiton jutsu comes in contact with the gas, it would instantly end the jutsu.

Using this technique can allow to user to knock back a target who is not significantly stronger than them by a meter or two, giving the user swinging room for their weapon.

Description: Raitoningu no Kengen is a weaponry technique utilizing the lightning element. Using their lightning affinity, the Kumogakure shinobi is able to enhance any weapon they possess and coat it with lightning chakra to give it a more powerful hit. The lightning will be able to numb the area where the weapon strikes and also cause minor burns. Any weapon can be enhanced by this attack, Kunai, Shuriken, Blades or even Arrows. The technique can only be used on weapons though, once the weapon has struck something the lightning will fade away.

The cloud will be able to cover a ten metre radius around the user and only the user is able to sense where others lurk within the cloud. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick cloud but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the cloud. If a C - Rank or above fuuton technique is activated, then the cloud will be blown away.

Name: Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Raiton Description: Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes electricity to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Raiton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Raiton Bunshin is injured, the clone will disperse in a discharge of electricity with no offensive capabilities. Chakra Cost: 7 (Per clone) Restrictions:
- No weapons, armor, or equipment can be replicated to have above C-rank quality.

Chakra Cost: C (5), B (10), A (20) Name: Kangekiha - Inspiration Wave Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Raiton (Lightning) Description: The user will first create a protective wall of water (must be done with a water technique, it is not included with just this technique). They will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through. The electricity only affects the water for the post it is used, and the stunning effect only lasts as long as the user is making contact with the water. Chakra Cost: 6

If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9 Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. | A very well written application that was a joy to read through. There were just a few things:
First of all, do you have the permission from the creator of the clan to join it?
- I'd like to ask just how exactly his eyes are changing colour. Does it have to do with his clan ability?
- I'd prefer if you state in the forehead protector area where the forehead protector is, depending on the uniforms etc. People are maybe required to quickly go check up, and would perhaps not want to have to read through the entire appearance description each time.

Alright so, first the gas has to have been released into the surroundings for this jutsu to work right? If I understood correctly. Does that happen within this jutsu, or is there another jutsu which this one would follow up on? If this jutsu is the one dispatching the gas, I'd like that part to happen in one post and then in the second post the user would breathe in that gas.
I'd also like it if you'd mention that the gas has a colour once it get ignited into the plasma. If I read that clan correctly, each member has a specific colour aura right? I'd not want a dangerous technique like this to just slither on without not only smell but also invisible.
I'd like to see the specific range for each rank.
I also want it to cost more, seeing that it requires no hand seals:
C Rank: 8
B Rank: 14
A Rank: 25
And I'd like for it to have a cool down, or even be limited to one use per battle. (And do I understand correctly that it is for one use only before dispersing or does it actually have the ability to drag out over more posts, because if it is so I'd like to see a per post count). |
