Nickname:
White Raven: Her nickname was bestowed to her by the Jounin she murdered the day she became a criminal. He uttered his last words, "Curse you, white raven" before she brutally ended him. She allowed herself to soak up the title, however, feeling that him adding white before the raven, known for mischief, burden, and despair, was saying in a way that she is pure at heart. That she is able to become what the world calls "good." She dismissed the thought quickly, however, claiming when someone asks that she is called the White Raven because of the white kimono she kills in. Most now believe that is why, and the origins of her nickname are obscured. People now fear her in images of an evil, white spirit seeking vengeance in the form of a bird. She lets the people believe what they want to believe. She doesn't care much either way. She murders for herself, and that's it.

Gender: Female
Appearance: A head of long semi-wavy white hair that descends to her middle back and to both sides of her upper chest in parted bangs covers her head. However, the left bang does come a bit shorter than the other. She also has a solo, slightly curved bang that comes just a bit past her nose and covers a small scar she has there. Her eyes are painted a somewhat sinister silver, that can sometimes give off a purple glint that warn strangers of her danger, however this can be confused and lost in her deceivingly welcoming smile. Her hair has a slight purple tint that she tries to exaggerate with her thin, purple-stained lips. She has a mouth full of pearly white teeth, and slightly sharpened fangs.
Pale and smooth in nature, Chiyo's skin is a natural pearly white. She actually appears to be rather delicate and non-threatening at first glance. She is only 5'10" and weighs 103 lbs. Chiyo has particularly skinny arms and long, thin legs to match. Her feet are small as are her hands (with nails that are always painted purple). The only thing that may seem threatening, as stated above, is her sharp eyes and eyebrows that can give penetrating glares at times. Chiyo has a slightly toned abdomen and some bicep strength, but little. Most of her abilities come from her speed and accuracy anyway, so working out has never been in the forefront of activities to partake in.
Chiyo's attire mainly consists of a simple "schoolgirl" outfit. She wears a collared, navy blue vest with sleeves that end at her wrist. She wears a plain, collared, button-up white shirt underneath that shows just a bit at the ends of the sleeves and plenty around her collar and chest. She wears a peach brown skirt that starts at her waist and ends a tad above her knees. Tall, navy blue socks that come all the way up to her knee match her vest and make her outfit complete, in a way. She wears the basic shinobi sandals, although it's a bit of a variation in color, matching her skirt. When doing paper work or reading, or sometimes when gathering intel, Chiyo will slip on her thin-rimmed, red glasses. She likes this style because it is, for the most part, simple as well as comfortable. It also makes her look like even less of a threat when she's on covert missions.
The Raven Kimono: Her raven kimono was woven by her grandmother and is by far her most prized-possession. Chiyo only wears it when entering an important fight, or filling out a particular mission she finds especially dangerous or important. She wanted to be remembered for something, and the purple, pink, and white kimono that gave Chiyo her infamous criminal name "The White Raven" definitely did the job. It, just as any other kimono, covers her arms completely and the rest of her body. There is a white, pink-tinted band around her waist that can also hold her katana. Underneath she wears only bandages, symbolizing the scarred past the kimono holds. When she moves, the Kimono folds back and flaps behind her as a bird's wings would, thus "The Raven Kimono." Chiyo herself has stated that it is a drape of death and finality, never to be worn other than in times of struggle and strife. Chiyo has also boldly stated that she will never allow herself to die, unless wearing the kimono.
Forehead Protector: Back in her Chunin days Chiyo would wear her headband on her forehead as countless others have. She found it as the most formal and respectful way to do it. When she became a criminal, Chiyo removed her headband and threw it into her bag. She figured she wouldn't find it useful anymore, so why wear it uselessly.
Personality: Chiyo’s outward projected persona tends to be little more than a mask, but an effective one. Collected and calm, Chiyo comes across as a very mature person. She is hard-working and studious, and these traits allow her to come off as the picture perfect example of an intelligent individual. This intelligence blesses her with rational thought, understanding, and deductive ability that very few of her comrades are blessed with. With that intelligence, Chiyo has a tendency to use excessively complicated words, words she possibly shouldn’t comprehend, much less use fluently in passing speech. Whether her vernacular exists to make her feel superior to others or simply because an asset that goes unused is worthless, even she does not know. Most likely it is a bit of both. This also sometimes leads to a terrible amount of sarcasm and condescension, if she isn't careful. However, she usually can approach a conversation in a calm and simple enough manner that she won't feel the need to retard her vocabulary, or make the other person feel they are ignorant.
Stoic is the best word to describe the young woman. Chiyo has what seems to be a permanently bored look glued to her face. Very rarely does anyone witness emotion from her. Even when faced with a life threatening situation, a perpetually apathetic mask is donned. Gleaning any form of intent or emotion from Chiyo is terribly difficult because of this demeanor and only in the rarest of occasions is it actually dropped. It is actually very concerning to Chiyo, because she is a very kind person by nature, but it has always been difficult for her to express those feelings through what might be considered a smile. The woman’s voice is heard considerably more often than expression is seen upon her face. Very rarely does Chiyo ever keep her thoughts to herself, regardless of how censored they should most likely be and it is one of the few times that some insight can be gained in to how her mind works.
Manic barely begins to describe the inner workings of Chiyo’s mind. The woman is hyperactive in every sense of the word but those that are actually visibly shown. She processes information at an absurd rate and boasts a completely eidetic memory on top of it. When speaking, she tends to do so rather rapidly, when excited her words almost seem to cease shorten to word as she rambles. The medic's words often seem to run together as if she spoke exactly as the words came to mind. Of course, that is not true, but comparatively to a normal person, she might as well be speaking her thoughts simultaneously. This occasionally makes her difficult to follow and seemingly rather weird, but this is what gives Chiyo her most recognizable strength, not only to herself, but amongst her peers as well. Chiyo has always been especially strong in the field of critical analysis and considering her lineage’s profession, being that of master medical shinobi, she has always been immersed in activities that challenge this facet of her personality and they have only grown exponentially since her childhood. Chiyo’s brain tends to operate far quicker than most people’s just by nature of being naturally talented in the field and her range of observation tends to be absurd for someone of her ranking. Her brain tends to operate more like a computer than like a human brain at times.
Beneath the immediately noticeable quirks of the woman’s personality, she is ultimately a good person with a strong desire to save not only her village, but the entire shinobi world as well and to uphold her sense of justice. Some would consider her ruthless, but to Chiyo there are multiple ways to save people. Putting bodies in the ground saves just as many people as curing the sick or bringing life into the world. Given her already obtained advanced skills with either of the latter two, Chiyo has a renewed vigor and determination when seeking to cut off those cancerous entities in society. This gives Chiyo a strange sense of efficiency when dealing with her victims, often times coming off as merciless. With that in mind, Chiyo has always felt certain romanticism accompanied her in her actions and theatrics were certainly not below her. Monologues, usually terrible ones, often precede any foray into the unknown and the woman almost always has a quote befitting the situation, also often horrible. In addition, she has a tendency to vocally work out problems, often speaking quickly and haphazardly in muffled tones as she tries to work out a scenario.
One more notable characteristic is the woman’s close attachment to her grandmother and her village, their legacy, and their future. Her life is devoted to returning Kumogakure and the world to war. She feels it is the only way to restore its former glory and any insult, intentional or otherwise, is almost always met with hatred and more often than not, violence. The latter of which, has often been met with rather unfortunate ends for her opponent and it has always been a point of great contemplation for Chiyo… which is probably what lead to the advent of her power in the first place.

Combat Style: Chiyo's fighting style is one that people might recognize as almost relaxed. She never gets overworked nor does she let her emotions rule over the decisions she makes. Once she's in battle, she only sees her opponent as prey that she must eliminate. She treats battle as a very necessary part of being a shinobi, treating it as a formal matter, and usually spews some unnecessary speech before actually fighting. Chiyo knows death, battle, and war are all very necessary towards a better world, so she also realizes that battle is not special, nor are her opponents. They're just like every other shinobi she would engage; they are going to kill you if you do not kill them. With that thought in mind, Chiyo realizes that she'd much rather not get worked up over something as trivial as a fight, even is she is very formal in her efforts. She's a calm and relaxed fighter. Condescension and lectures are always a part of her fighting style, whether she plans the speeches exactly or not.
The young medical nin is calm and comfortable in battle. Her muscles are loose but prepared to leap at any sudden threat, though her body is at ease and her expression is nonchalant. A fight to Chiyo is just another way for her to show off her strength, and a way to convince herself that she is one more step closer to reaching her ultimate goal. It doesn't mean she'll go easy, by all means no. But it does add to her confidence and refined arrogance (if that's possible).
Chiyo has had a fortunate history that provided her with several opportunities to study combat in general. She is highly trained in the arts of swordsmanship as well as a couple basic types of martial arts. However, she has also been exposed to the more rough, merciless battle style of her grandmother's when she's seen her take on opponents. She learned how to defend herself well, and when it came to fist fights, the first thing she taught herself was how to dodge wild hooks and uppercuts thrown by angry men who's coordination has been clouded by alcohol. She later learned to apply those dodging techniques into fights against more sober opponents with more control of themselves in battle. But one can't dodge forever, and not only did those bare fights act as lessons in how to block a punch and take a punch, but her sword training showed her how to block a stroke of other weapons. Overall, she knows how to play the game of battle: Defensively.
Chiyo's primary combat styles revolve around her swordsmanship. Due to the large amount of time she had been a disciple under her grandmother, she has obtained very decent skill and control in her training with the blade. Due to Chiyo's exposure to such a variety of skills, she has formulated her own adjustable style that suits her in her strategies for combat, a style that is reserved but quite deadly.
Sword play in Chiyo's eyes is not about strength as much as it has to do with speed and precision. The result of one putting his whole weight into a stroke would have the same effect of one lightly jabbing the pointed tip into their opponent. For that reason, the kunoichi is fond of rapid, repeated jabs and slashes with the intention of thrusting the tip of the blade through her opponent's armor. It is much faster than a wide slash, and causes severely fatal damage if it punctures any vital organs. In addition, although it doesn't cover quite as much area as a slash, it cuts deeper into the skin and causes more bleeding. Chiyo is an experienced medical ninja, and therefore can identify vitals and weak spots in an opponent fairly easily from just moments of fighting.
Chiyo specializes with a light, short-mid length sword or even a katana. First of all, their feather weight give the blades much faster speed and more maneuverability. Each stroke of the sword hisses in the air, slicing through the wind as it travels at her enemy. Although the swords don't pack quite the same punch as heavier weapons, they really don't need to. The beauty of the sword is that despite the strength behind the slash or stab, it will cut the skin in the same way. Strength is irrelevant. Speed is all that matters, and when speed and a sword meet, the ultimate weapon is created.
However, although the traits of a short sword provide many advantages, they have several disadvantages as well. The first one being their lack of strength relative to other heavier weapons. Therefore, a smaller blade must always rely on its superior speed. If a sword stroke is blocked, Chiyo will, if he can see a clear opening, launch another controlled, yet rapid attack. That way, the heavier weapon or defense would have less of a chance of responding quickly enough to block it effectively. That way, Chiyo might be able to land a nice blow on her opponent.
Chiyo's battle styles tend to revolve mostly around defense. Therefore, when she is confronting an opponent in close combat, she must definitely know how to properly protect herself from opposing attacks. It is said that a good defense is the best attack. Likewise, people also believe that a good attack is the best defense. In Chiyo's eyes, she knows that the real key to unlocking true power realizes in not just good but the best attack and the best defense.
She will typically aim to end fights quickly. An important rule that her grandmother taught her when she was first establishing herself as a shinobi is to go for easy victories. There is no glory in dying needlessly after all. So Chiyo tends to strike important areas of the body such as the femoral or brachial arteries. She does not want to extend battles by avoiding lethal blows. Instead, she will use her size to dive under her opponents guard and inflict damaging blows. Again, just to reiterate, she tries to end battles quickly. Although she has a pretty well-trained endurance level, she nonetheless can get tired if the battle drags on for too long. However, most experienced fighters aren’t that easy to pick off, so Chiyo will change her tactics if this is the case.
In case of emergencies when she must retreat to heal herself or others, Chiyo is very agile on her feet and can easily retreat. Considering she travels by herself she has no use for typical medical-nin tactics, as to where she would hold back while her comrades fight. She does her own fighting, of course, so Chiyo has adapted and learned to be able to parry and space between her opponent when she needs to recuperate.

| THE BACKGROUND.
History:
- Prologue:
In the clan structure, Chiyo belongs to the sub clan ruled by the religious leaders, and craftsman of the clan. Her father belongs to the religious sub clan. Her grandmother is an elder of the clan, and it is most likely that her mother will end up being the next elder. Thus she is part of the main family of the religious sub clan. She was required to learn eijutsu arts, the religious teachings, and craftsman skills of the clan. She was shown at an early age what was required to have gone through and what kind of people earned the rights of the clan. The special seal placed onto those that were considered the strongest of the clan, the makings of weapons and armor for the elite, and above all, to praise the gods for these gifts bestowed upon the clan.
The order and the ways of the clan, which were woven together so intricately and intently, were soon heavily tested by a mysterious murderer who targeted members of said religious people. The serial killer was simply known as "evil" among the clans members, and it was a time that truly brought the people together. Whether it was to gossip, pray, or hide, the murderer, in a strange way, actually united the people. Of course, it was never seen as that way, and Chiyo's thinking wouldn't be molded into that until her later youth.
- Grandmother:
Her grandmother was considered an extremely strong ninja in the warrior sub clan. She taught Chiyo the way of that sub clan. She was considered one of the strongest warriors among the people, and was pretty-well known around Kumogakure for her shinobi prowess. She was a Specialist and highly skilled in the Kenjutsu arts of twin swords, and a master of eijutsu arts. She had bonded with Chiyo when she was still very young, and Chiyo with her. Chiyo and her grandmother, Fuuka, became great friends quickly, and Fuuka a role model and master to Chiyo (even more-so then her parents).
Fuuka was the daughter of two strong members from both sub clans, so it was destined when she was younger that she would follow both paths; which she did. Given both extremes, body and mind, Fuuka would pass on her abilities and skills to Chiyo, who, through her grandmother's teachings, would have a strong influence from both. Chiyo is destined to be the elder someday in the far future, or even a leader given both families high standings. Her parents, whom Chiyo finds rather weak compared to her grandmother even though they carry high ranking, decided they did not want to become the elders due to their wanting to grow and mold Chiyo into an excellent shinobi. Whether Chiyo wanted to become the next elder, or simply be a basic shinobi as her parents were, was completely up to her.
- Becoming a Shinobi:
Her training, unlike those of the rest of the clan that started at age eight, started at the age of four. Her grandmother took her on as an apprentice, teaching her that a shinobi must be molded from the time they are just beginning life. Her training was extremely grueling, having to receive both extremes of body and mind. She had to study the religion and past of the clan, and learn eijutsu and the manufacturing arts of the clan. A top of this, she also had to train endlessly with her grandmother. She was trained by Fuuka in Kenjutsu. She was trained in the same art form as her at first, but twin sword combat never suited her. Chiyo eventually decided upon one-handed short-sword combat. But she also had a strong ability in eijutsu and taijutsu, as required by the clan. Though she did take to it pretty well after all, it was in her blood.
Her favorite training was ambush training, where she was required to stay within designated, and defend herself from attacks without leaving the area, and also if she could, defeat her attackers. She was quite adapt at this training. The problem was her unusual ability to sense when others were coming to attack. She was well prepared for the attacks, and stayed her enemies off. Even when she way young, Chiyo seemed to have a strong ability in perception. One training mission was meant for a loss quickly after 5 days of survival, and they even lessened the area to a 5 foot area, a much smaller area then they trained children at. She managed to live out the attacks and living on the small piece of land for 8 days.
All the while, although days were happy and rarely spent thinking about problems in death, the allusive murderer that plagued the clan was still running about, escaping easily after brutally executing some of the top officers they produced. Chiyo, although typically apathetic towards others, putting herself in a place above her clansmen, did often feel sadness for those who couldn't defend themselves against the murderer. And, as the detectives had deduced, the patterns of the killings were definitely done by a shinobi. Chiyo felt she would never be ready to face said killer if they were to target her. It scared her to the point where she couldn't sleep at night. It was around this time in her youth (11 years old) that Fuuka began to really install her ideology in her granddaughter's head. The idea that life and death coincide with each other perfectly. There is never an untimely death, or grief that goes without strength. Chiyo didn't understand at first, but eventually she adapted to her grandmother's thinking and began spewing out these teachings at her parents.
Believing that an elder shouldn't be speaking of death so flippantly, they began to grow suspicious of Fuuka's teachings. When Chiyo would speak of the necessity of death and despair, it would scare to the point where they would purposefully make up silly missions and chores to keep her away from Fuuka. Eventually their suspicion rose to the point where they banned Chiyo from seeing her completely. Chiyo, enraged and confused, ran away from home in the night, sprinting to her grandmother's house in hopes of finding comfort in her large cloak and wise words. As the clock struck midnight, and it was officially Chiyo's fifteenth birthday, she unraveled a secret that ultimately changed her shinobi way.
- Rebirth:
Chiyo didn't understand. There was one lone candle on a low table in the center of her grandmother's home. It was dark, and all around the table was pitch black. Chiyo made her way over to the table, sat down, and began to read the paper that was laying there plainly.
"Dear Chiyo,
I have realized that you have grown into a splendid young kunoichi, and an even better young woman. Your mind and body have been torn apart and reconstructed, and all together you have grown to learnt eh truth of the world. I have not been able to stress how much I love you, because I know that no matter how many times I say it, it will never match what I feel. I hope that, after tonight, you continue on with my will. My teachings have gotten you this far, and I hope to watch from above as you bring to the world what is necessary. Please comprehend my words. Understand what I have taught. Live for yourself, and live through the shinobi way I have spoken.
You lose everything today, your fifteenth birthday, but you are reborn anew. Leave the clan if you feel the need. Leave Kumogakure all together if you must, but never forget. Remember today.

And a lone heart with a line through it at the bottom of the page. Chiyo felt her heart beating quickly, her soul burning her insides and boiling the blood under her skin. She screamed for her grandmother, calling her name as she ran through the small cottage. She sprinted out her home when she realized she wasn't there. She headed straight back home, where she burst through the door and stopped in her tracks. Red. Blood painted the walls and floors, and her mother's head was severed and rolling towards her as she stepped inside. Surprise, shock, betrayal covered her empty face. Chiyo's legs shook, but she quickly corrected her stance when she caught a glimpse of a shadowy figure over her father's cut up body. It moved away quickly and gracefully. Chiyo began to move towards it, but she knew all to well who it was. The murderer, that had tortured their village for several years. But it wasn't the realization that she was standing before a killer that stopped her pulse all together, but that she knew it was her grandmother; Fuuka. Chiyo understood; she nodded at the figure, which was now turning and leaving the house through a shattered window. Chiyo could have sworn it looked back at her, but she wouldn't entertain the thought.
Chiyo immediately grabbed a bag of hers and poured everything she would need into it. Medical supplies, books, ninja tools, etc. She busted open the safe her parents kept under the floorboards in the kitchen and took what ryo was there. She flicked open her father's lighter and dropped it behind her as she left her home.
The roaring flames behind her burned bright as she escaped. She ran, only to be quickly intercepted by a jounin shinobi. He immediately took suspicion to her fleeing, grabbing her in attempt to capture who he thought was a murderer. Chiyo made quick work of him, using her katana to slice and pierce his skin. That night, Chiyo became known as "The White Raven," for she had slipped on her grandmother's white kimono and became the new bringer of death. She would continue the work her grandmother had, for some reason, needed to finish.

The tired Kage slowly made his way through the crowd of people before him, smiling and shouting towards him as he walked by. He smiled politely in response, but never stopped to make chit chat. He was assuming he was already late, having left the house only five minutes before their designated meeting time, and it's been far more than that. He stretched his arms far above his head, still trying to clear the sleep out of his grey orbs. He yawned and fixed his long white scarf, which he was sporting on the irregularly cool day, along with his black shirt and grey sweats he had no reason to change out of this particular morning. He sighed as he saw the Sunagakure pass placed strategically before the village gates. With his leadership still ripe, and removal of certain corps and business, Shinai was forced with setting up precautionary barriers for the village. He walked weakly up the tall staircase to the gate entrance, narrow and dark. He was greeted by a couple random chunin guards, continuing through to just outside the village borders. He took a breath of the dry, summer desert air and waited patiently for the arrival of his partner.
Mamiko dared look up from her position huddled on the floor by the gates, her face buried in her knees. She smiled, so solemn it was almost untraceable on his face as she watched the Kazekage walk right past her. She wasn't sure if he was waiting for her to address him, or he actually didn't see her; either way, Mamiko decided to be the first to speak up.
"H-H-Hello, Hateshinai-s-san," Mamiko started, "H-How are you.. tod-d-day?" Mamiko became frustrated with herself and her inability to speak, but the guards that were near by made her slightly uneasy. The only person she truly felt comfortable around was the man before her. She let an uncomfortable giggle slip past her lips as Mamiko noticed her.
He was slightly surprised at the familiar voice and turned to meet her eyes. "Hello Mamiko," Hateshinai replied, smiling. "Now I actually would love to talk to you for a little, but there are much more pressing matters at hand. The village is virtually defenseless at this point. We need to have some way of protecting our people from intruders," Hateshinai turned from the sitting girl to look across the vast desert, before turning back to her, "And you are the only person capable of barriers strong enough to defend us. Head of Barrier Corps and Medical Institue, Mamiko Hyuga." He made it a point to smile brightly again at the girl. He truly did love her like she was his own daughter. He knew this would be strenuous on her chakra and strength in general upon activation, so he felt the need to build up her confidence. He hates seeing her hurt, already being destroyed on the inside beyond repair, unfortunately. He felt so bad for her, looking in her broken, blank eyes. He offered her a hand, still smiling.
"O-Of course." Mamiko forced herself to smile wider back at Shinai. She fully understood what had to be done. She knew she was one of the only people who had the ability to do so. She took his hand gratefully and nodded to herself when she was up. The man almost towered over her tiny figure, even though he wasn't that all himself. She twirled the ends of her dress absently before looking back up at Shinai. She wasn't positive whether or not she should take the first action, once again. After a moment of standing around awkwardly, she decided to continue with her own decision. She decided to take charge for once, walking to the center of the gate entrance, her back to the desert.
She took a deep breath as she began to form handseals slowly. There were several to make but she was a Jounin, capable of remembering. She began to mold her chakra as she completed the last handseal. She carefully turned to face the desert now, and gestured for Shinai to stand back. She closed her eyes for a second, before re-opening them with a glint of determination and strength in her eyes. A flash of light and a rainbow-like wall busted from the ground. It was transparent enough to see the desert on the other side, only visible because of the colors reflecting off it and the fast pace movement as it expanded and circled around the perimeter of the entire village. All the sides merged and connected at the top , forming a dome-like structure around the entire village, reaching fifty feet above the tallest building, and ten feet underground. As it stilled and the jutsu was near completion, the wall became literally invisible, not only to the eye, but completely untraceable to sensory ninjutsu. Mamiko was breathing heavily now at the extreme amount of chakra excursion it required. She dropped to her knees, but managed to lift her head to smile at Hateshinai.
"The Thirty-Six Layer Self Repairing Barrier Jutsu, otherwise known as Sanjūroku-jū no Saisei Kekkai. This technique normally utilizes the chakra force of an elite team of ninja, linked together by their chakra, to create a thirty-six layered barrier which if damaged, will constantly repair itself with said chakra that emanates from their bodies. The barrier also prevents those outside of it from sensing anything inside it through traditional methods.
It has also been known to be able to stop and contain any individual jinchūriki, and it proved to be strong enough to take a direct Tailed Beast Ball, with only nine of the thirty-six barriers shattering." Hateshinai took a pause to catch his breath, and weave a tiger hand seal. With it, he channeled his chakra through his fingertips to Mamiko. He stood up, then, not offering her a hand this time, knowing it would take some time for her to adjust and her chakra to restore. He folded his arms and simply stared at the girl as he continued.
"Needless to say, despite your high rank, this is an incredible feat. And at your age, you are truly an amazing child." He finished.
Mamiko began to tear up as she listened to the kind words of the kage. She stammered to get words out as she stood up as quickly as possible, feeling a little dizzy still. "T-T-T-Thank you, Shinai!!" She sniffled as the tears streamed down her face. She knew this was only the beginning, however, and she still would need to be inputting a solid amount of chakra to this barrier. And while most of her help is needed inside the village, it is the "loss" of a valid shinobi. She'll have to stay behind in the village, as of today, to maintain the barrier around the village. But in the same way, she felt like she truly was fulfilling her destiny. She decided a year ago she was to live for this man's will, and his will is to protect the village. Now, she truly was defending it to the absolute best of her abilities.
Hateshinai grinned, picking her up and holding her in his arms as they made their way past two utterly shocked and impressed guards. He nodded towards them as he made his way back through the village with the young jounin. He easily ignored the strange looks he got from the villagers, stepping passed crowds and avoiding confrontation with any of the gangs that still hate him so.
He took the moment to think about what further barriers would need to be placed, and in the midst of his thoughts found himself thinking about the girl's strength once again. As he thought back to her exceptional chakra control, medical abilities, and hyuga bloodline as well, it was a wonder this girl wasn't the Kazekage yet. He knew that, however, if ever he was to pass (he chuckled at the belief that he never will pass away) that he would be leaving the village in her capable hands. Emotionally unstable yes, but able to step to the occasion.
"You will be payed properly and in full for this, Mamiko. You deserve it. This can be considered as a B-Rank mission." He informed her, not completely sure she was still listening.
In fact, she had dozed off thinking about the further good she could do for the village. She dreamt (a rare occurrence for her) of leading the village with Hateshinai. Rampaging through the other villages and conquering the world as a team together. They were indeed foolish young thoughts of a young girl, but acceptable ones at that. But she was content with being in the arms of the Kazekage. She woke at the sound of his voice, rubbing her eyes over his shoulder. She spoke softly, "Shinai, I'm tired." An appropriate enough statement. She drifted off again, but was immediately woken again by terrible nightmares. One of the repeated ones of the uncountable visions she had. She began to tear up, but in her moment of strength, fought internally not to ruin it. She bit her lip, and instead kept her tears and nightmares to herself.
"I know, I know," Hateshinai chuckled. "But you will be payed, regardless of whether you're listening or not." Hateshinai was greeted by two guards at the Suna mansion, who opened the door for the two entering. He nodded to them, silently thanking them. Noticing that Mamiko had doze off again, he just walked over to her bedroom and placed her down in her bed. He was afraid she was having her nightmares again, but didn't want to bring it up in fear of making them worse. He sighed as he closed the door behind himself and headed back to the mission hall.

Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. The process itself is extremely painful and requires the subject be restrained in order for the process to work. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. In order to inflict this on an enemy they must be touched. At C-rank, the enemy's jutsu cost will be increased by 2 CP per jutsu for 1 post. Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user concentrates chakra in their gullet and lungs; before inserting a toxin into their mouth. Upon exhaling, the toxin is transformed into a gaseous state, and expelled into the air to create a 5 meter radial cloud resembling the characteristics of the poison used, in its gas state. The cloud diffuses through the air into a harmless chemical combination after five posts. The poison must be inhaled for a minimum of 2 posts total to take effect, unless stated otherwise in the poison description itself. The poison used must exist in the user's arsenal and be readily available. The properties of the poison must be stated in conjunction with this jutsu. If the poison has no gas state, or the gas state requires a high boiling point, this technique cannot be used with the corresponding poison.

Description: After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Special Abilities: The katana is extra light and thus is able to be wielded much quicker than most swords. It was ideally made for Chiyo's battle style, being able to make quick jabs and slashes at an opponent with little to no effort. It is able to make 100 small slashes within 15 seconds against an inexperienced ninja. It is very difficult to dodge and is easy to combo with when Chiyo begins hitting her opponent.

| Given that I've given you approval for both Nukenin and the Rank, I might as well run down the first moderation as well.
- Your image is broken, you cannot direct link from Zerochan as they have restrictions on it which results in the broken image, you need to host it in another fashion.
- The weaponry specialty requires you to select a dominant and secondary range for your character to specialize towards from the three following ranges, Close, Mid and Far. Your dominant range can utilize weapons up to your rank and your secondary range can utilize weapons one rank below your level.
- In regards to special characteristics, you need to start with the lowest rank available to those that you choose, this means that your Acrobatics SC will need to be replaced with the C - rank Evasion SC as they have been updated and Acrobatics has been changed to Evasion.
- In regards to the rest, I'll moderate them once the weaponry changes have been made.
