Nickname:
Aka Arashi(Red Storm): Aka Arashi, or Red Storm is an alias given to Iori after an witness survived one of his Monster moments. In said moment Iori's Raiton chakra appeared to be blood red rather than the norm.
Shinku Hīrā(Crimson Healer): A much less known alias of Iori's which he is unsure of whether or not to be proud of it. This alias was given too him by the few that know him as both a healer and a killer, and know his nindo.
Age: 16, nearing 17.

Appearance: 'Aka Arashi' Iori is a teen who stands at exactly six feet in height, though his weight definitely does not match the height. This is simply because Iori weighs 140Lbs, due to both an ultra high metabolism and his body type. Though this teen only weighs said weight, he is not to be underestimated. Unlike bulkier people Iori's body type does not develop muscle en mass, rather his body type strengthens already existing muscle, making it denser, and stronger. Essentially Iori appears quite thin, and with little muscle, of course we know this is the opposite.
For Iori there are three specific things that cause him to stand out from the public. The first of which is a seemingly simple tribal-esk tattoo. Said tattoo is a deep purple in color and located directly in the center of Iori's chest. He has had it since birth, possibly a mark of his clan. Next would be his hair, which possibly stands out the most due to its natural dual color. For the most part Iori's hair appears to be a crimson color just a few shades off of the color of blood, yet at the tips Iori's hair becomes a golden-orange color. Due to the heavy crimson color most do not notice that Iori's hair is naturally a layered coloring, and that beneath the layer of crimson color is the golden-orange color that is dominant at the tips. Iori has no real hairstyle, and really just goes with the flow. And due to its moderate length, has a messy bed-head like spikeyness to it. Then finally there are his eyes, unlike any other persons he has met to the day. Full of emotion, both good and bad, Iori's eyes are a deep and captivating violet-amethyst color. Said eyes almost always show some form of emotion in them, other than when Iori has entered mission mode in which his eyes become a duller steel-like lavender color that show only a cold steel edge in them.
General/Civilian Clothes
Iori's civilian clothing pertains to the casual pair of jeans, the color of which varies in the blacks and blues. The clothing also includes t-shrits, muscle shirts, and the occasional open front dress shirt. All in all, just the usual daily wear.
'Dress' Clothes
Iori's dress clothes are simple yet elegant. A black tux, the collars(sleeves, pant legs, around the neck) of which have crimson and golden electricity stitched into the design. Beneath the tux Iori wears a dark golden dress shirt, topped with a blood red tie. To top everything off is a pair of black, crimson soled dress shoes, and a black top hat just to be fancy.
Shinobi Oufit
Aside from the standard gear of a weapons pouch or two, Iori's gear consists of the Anbu-like black pants, the hems of which are taped off with crimson tape. While it also includes a blood red shirt, black vest, and a black trench coat. The inside of said trench coat is colored crimson, and the outer portion(the black) has 'Aka Arashi' spelled out in golden/crimson marble colored lightning. Too top it all off Iori'll occasionally wear a pitch black mask which has a single jagged lightning bolt streaking diagonally across it in a golden color. The mask's bolt also has crimson sparks giving off.
Relaxed/Lazy Day
Iori's 'Lazy Day' style is quite simple, and comfortable. A simple pair of jogging pants, and a t-shirt. That's all that's really needed for a Lazy Day, aside from a pair of mocasines. On lazier day's Iori doesn't mind wearing brighter colors. Thus this particular style is usually worn in brighter greens, blues, reds, and golds.
Forehead Protector: Iori's forehead protector is the traditional Kumogakure symbol etched into a metal plate, though Iori has carved Aka Arashi beneath the Kumo symbol. The metal plate is stitched into a golden cloth headband which has crimson lightning bolts streaking through it. All in all, a completely unique forehead protector. This forehead protector is always worn in one of three spots, no matter if Iori is in combat clothing or civilian. The three spots are: His forehead, around his neck, and wrapped around a belt loop to hang at his side.
Personality:
Dedicated
As both a Shinobi and person Iori is highly dedicated to anything he decides is worth his time, or in the case of his Shinobi career any mission assigned. Iori dedicates himself heavily to training, never slacking, and never missing a chance. Essentially if Iori has decided to do something, it will be hard to deter him.
Glutton
A black hole. This is what many have described Iori's stomach to be. The teen can put away more food than even an Akamichi. Iori will eat almost anything, and will almost never have his fill. As he puts it, "Hunger seems to be a constant in my life.. past and present..".
Inner Pervert, and Then Some..
What male isn't a pervert correct? Well Iori definitely is, though he hides it quite well most of the time. That is, aside from his open compliments of beautiful women. Iori loves the female body, but even better is a beautiful woman with a great personality. Iori even has a hidden stash of erotic novels.
Though possessing an inner perverted side, Iori is usually respectable of women. In fact, if he could, he'd treat any who'd give him the time like a princess. Even with his perverted side Iori does want to find that hidden spark in life, his other half so to speak; afterall life as a ninja can be short.
Calm
Whether it be on a regular basis, or in the midst of a mission or battle Iori is almost always calm. His face itself almost always shows no emotion aside from the faintest smiles, or frowns. It's usually his eye's that show emotion, whether it be the light of happiness and joy, or the dull cold murderous aura. Anyways back to Iori's calmness. It's quite hard to break it, even in life threatening situations Iori tends to remain as calm as he can.
Heart of Ice
Despite all other aspects of his personality Iori has a heart of ice. Ever since his childhood he has never truly let anyone close, for fear of either loss or betrayal. While he isn't cold towards his peers or others, he isn't affectionate either. To break through this heart of ice and gain friendship, and perhaps more is quite the chore.
The Imprisoned Monster
Perhaps the part of himself he understands the least, and the only part that he truly fears. This is a portion of his personality hidden away deep in Iori's subconscious. On rare occasion this portion of Iori breaks through the rest of his personality, becoming dominant for a short period. During those times Iori has no friend, nor foe, just the instinct to destroy and survive. Iori becomes a brutal, relentless, killing machine. He lives for the feel of weapon through flesh, the feeling of a successful kill, the feel of blood flowing.

"Too cause pain and also heal others pain, that is balance." Light and Dark, Yin and Yang, Good and Evil. These are other ways this specific Nindo could be interpreted as. But for Iori it simply means accepting both sides of himself, whether it be the healer, or the killer.
"Live in the moment. Treat everyday as if it were your last." In the field of being a Shinobi one cannot predict when they will die. They may life long and have a successful life, or they may die young in battle. As such Iori believes if one takes to the lifestyle of a Shinobi, then they best live everyday as if it were their last. Enjoy every moment you have, and try to make every memory precious.

Iori's physical fighting style could be considered a mix between street brawling, wrestling, and martial arts. Iori is also quite skilled with the blade, adding to his skills. In mid-long range fights Iori sticks too weaponry, and any Jutsu he can use at the time. But whether it be close or mid range, Iori tries to tie Nin & Einjutsu into his physical style when he can.

Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kumogakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will place their hand over their head and cause a large amount of cloud to gather. This cloud is extremely difficult to see through from someone not of Kumogakure, who are used to looking through heavy clouds, and are more able to do combat while within said cloud. The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the cloud, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of cloud. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick cloud but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the cloud. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can blow the clouds away.

Description: A medical technique used to cause external harm on the victim’s body. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two.

The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures.

The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed.

Description: Short and straight, this blade takes a similar form of a katana, but without the curvature in the blade. With the blade measuring no more than one and a half feet, and a square guard on top, this weapon has been popularized by many ninja, especially the ANBU, hence the name.
Storage: Worn slightly above Iori's Medium Scroll, in a horizontal position. If not worn there, than it is usually on Iori's back.
THE BACKGROUND.
History:
- Birth of a Child:
Iori's birth wasn't much, nor was it easy. The child's father had left once finding his mother was pregnant with him. The mother herself was slipping into sickness as his birth came nearer. And the small village of a few dozen was suffering at the moment. Bandit's had been raiding nearby village's leaving the Hidden Villages to root them out. Unfortunately the tiny village of Iori's birth would be one in which a large scale battle would occur. By the end buildings were either ablaze, dismantled, or flooded. Many innocents had lost their lives in the conflict. In the end none of the bandits lived, and few of the villagers were left. A single survivor would eventually find a newborn beneath some rubble, taking it under his elderly care to ensure the child's survival.
After three years of caring for Iori the Elderly man passed away, his age having caught up quickly with the stress of caring for a newborn. This had left Iori to the care of an orphanage, and fortunately for the three year old it was a well established one. There Iori would not only have a warm bed and roof over his head, but he would have three meals a day. He would also be educated in various areas before finally going to the Academy. So until the age of six Iori lived in the orphanage, growing close to the other children there for a time. Iori would have continued to live in the orphanage if it were not for a single incident that caused several changes in the boys life.
- The Nightmare-ish Past:
It had been late, Iori had been out with a few of the other children and they had lost track of time. This had caused Iori and his four friends to be locked out of the building. The group of five had tried several things to get in aside from breaking in, they didn't want to get into further trouble after-all. Things that night turned worse once several drunken Shinobi happened upon the children. Unfortunately these Shinobi weren't loyal to any village, as they had become Missing-Nin. The Shinobi had found them, and immediately had the idea to make some quick cash; selling children to other Villages. Normally they would have waited until stumbling upon a child with some potential, but the idea being sudden, they could care less.
And from there, things would become increasingly worse for a third time. A few hours later, after the group of Nin had taken the children, they were well on their way to first Kirigakure, before then heading for Kumogakure, and so on. A few days later it was down to just Iori, and his closest friend; a teal-haired girl with green eyes. The two had suffered immense emotional trauma, having seen their friends sold off, along with the treatment from the Nin. The children were given food and water once a day, some of the Nin mentally attacked them, while others used them for light practice so to speak.
This had already begun to cause several changes in Iori, they had noticed him becoming quieter and quieter, as if drawn in upon himself. Even his friend could barely get him to talk at this point. Iori had even become disturbingly calm at random on several occasions. But the greatest change occurred the last night they camped out before arriving in Kumogakure. Not only had the children been attacked mentally and physically that night, but Iori was forced to watch as one of the Nin raped his friend.. and though the NIn was later killed by his comrades, the girl was broken, a crying, shaking mess. Iori's mind went blank, and that day a Shinobi, and monster were born. Iori's chakra had begun to rampage, so much that even Iori's affinities rampaged. Lightning sparked from the chakra pulsing around the child as he grabbed a nearby kunai. Running forth Iori failed to noticed the now electrified kunai as he stabbed the closest Nin in the back of the neck, not only killing him, but frying his nerves. Nearby a bucket of bathing water was being affect by Iori's chakra, and suddenly burst forth before splitting in several directions killing all but two of the Nin.
The last two look to Iori who's amethyst eye's had become a cold steelish lavender color. The first of the two charged the child, his anger and fear causing him to hope for an easy kill. That Nin had fallen when Iori thrust his electrified hand into the Nin's heart with power no child should have. The still unaware child ripped his hand from the Nin before staring at the last one who had begun to run. Iori's anger and hatred spiked in realization that the man may get away. The anger seemed to react with his chakra as crimson sparks began to erupt from the kunai he held. With a vicious flick of the arm and wrist Iori sent the kunai sailing towards the Nin for it to perfectly pierce the skull. Iori then fell to the ground having blacked out from fatigue and low chakra levels. When he would wake Iori would see the carnage with no idea of what had happened aside from his poor friends condition. At the thought of his friend the lad surged forth on weak legs, going to her side. At first he thought her to be asleep, but when there was no rise nor fall of her chest he knew the worst... she had died a horrid death. That had been when Iori changed completely, and with nowhere to go, the young boy continued towards Kumogakure, his mind and heart broken, and his body tired.
- A New Life, a New Home:
Iori's life in Kumogakure didn't start off smooth. Rather, once the Nin who had brought him there had spoke with the Raikage Iori was taken to an orphanage. Once there Iori was told there was a sole difference between he and the rest of the orphans. Unlike them, Iori would be trained before entering the Academy. He wasn't told why, and thus was left curious as to how come he'd be trained. Of course his training wouldn't start right away. Being new to the village as a whole Iori was given a few days to get used to the area and his new life.
Once finally somewhat used to Kumogakure Iori would begin his training. Daily Iori would be woken at 5 am before being told to do laps around the village. After the laps Iori's training began with stretching, and light shadow boxing. After a few hours of this he would be allowed to rest before beginning Taijutsu practice until lunch. After lunch came theory and history for the remaining few hours. This continued on for a while, until it was determined Iori was ready to learn Chakra Control, Ninjutsu, and anything else he may show talent in. Thus by the time the Academy came around Iori already knew the basics, and had a good start into Ninjutsu and Eijustu/Medical Ninjutsu. Beyond that Iori had also determined that he had a Primary affinity for Raiton/Lightning, and a Secondary for Suiton/Water elements. And further beyond this Iori's Chakra Control was advanced for one his age, possibly a natural talent combined with his growth in Eijutsu.
- Academy Years:
The years spent in the Academy were as if they were a simple blur. Having been trained for a period before joining Iori was already well ahead of some of the class, and seemed to be doing as well as several Clan Heirs in his classes. For the first year the Academy taught History, Theory, and the Academy Taijutsu style. The second was much the same, although previous points became harder, while the beginnings of Chakra Control and Ninjutsu would be taught. That second year allowed Iori to show his near-mastery of the basics.
The years continued on, with each year introducing new things about the life of a Shinobi. And by the end of the Academy Iori had situated himself as one of the top 3 in the class. Though through the whole period he made little to no friends. This partially because Iori cut himself off from others. Though never appearing truly cold to others, he rarely showed anyone any sort of affection. But in the end Iori had made it. He had taken the end of the Academy exam, and came out in the top 3, if only because his Taijutsu and Weaponry skills lacked compared to his others. During the exam Iori showed he could use Shousen no Jutsu(Mystical Hand Technique), Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique), Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder, and finally Gōmon no Muchi (Torture Whip).
- Graduation and the Present:
The day had finally come. After years of training, and the Academy, he had finally graduated and become a Shinobi. Iori was quite energetic on this day. Appearing in his classroom decked out in his full Shinobi gear. Today Iori truly looked to be a Shinobi. He was wearing a black trench coat of sorts, under which Iori also wore a black combat vest, and a dark crimson shirt. His pants were similar to the Anbu's, and came in a deep black color, and were then taped off at the hem with crimson tape. As Iori walked by his fellow classmates they noticed the back of his trench coat, which had 'Aka Arashi' spelled out in golden/crimson marble colored lightning. Hanging off a belt a black mask could be seen, though the detail on it could not be seen. Topping everything off Iori had his forehead protector worn on his forehead for the day, beneath the Kumgakure symbol one can see that he took it upon himself to add 'Aka Arashi'.
All the hype for today bothered Iori though. Sure he had graduated. Hell he was even happy about that. But he still had to sit around in the stupid classroom for god knows how long to find out if he'd even have a sensei immediately. And what do yah know! After a few hours of waiting, Iori along with roughly 5-8 others had yet to be assigned a squad. So Iori did what he does best... went off to fill his gluttonous stomach. And so, the new Shinobi made way to find a food stand somewhere... maybe he'd try that 'Ramen' he heard one of his classmates talk about so much....

Too say Raiza was surprised would be a huge understatement. The teen was in utter shock. Not only did he have an upcoming B Rank mission with the Raikage himself, he had just recently been informed of an urgent A Rank mission he was assigned too. And truthfully Raiza couldn't really wrap his head around it, why send a Genin on an A Rank? But then Raiza took a few moments to think about it, perhaps it was a test of his skills as a Kumo Genin... or maybe it wasn't... Either way Raiza didn't plan to let his Raikage down.
At this point Raiza knew the mission involved Sunagakure, Kumogakure, and the Land of Rivers, and that he was to add the Suna Nin. He also knew that there would be two others on this mission, though in his rush too make sure he had everything he couldn't recall their names. Double checking his things quickly made sure he had all of his supplies. Slinging his Ninjato onto his back Raiza began to go through his list, "Alright.. Ninjato check, storage scroll... check, ninja wire... check, kunai & shuriken.... check... aright looks like I'm ready!" At this point Raiza couldn't help but feel some level of excitement about the mission.
Soundlessly Raiza opened his black leather trench coat and pocketed his storage scroll, while making sure his kunai and shuriken where tucked into easy to access locations. Passing a hand over his shoulder Raiza made sure to double check that he could draw his blade through his cloak as per usual via the hole he made for it. Today Raiza wore his Kumo forehead protector around his neck, letting it hang infront of him. Finally ready he turned to his door, quickly moving to it, opening it and leaving only after closing and locking it.
Sending chakra to his feet the platinum blonde rocketed towards where he was supposed to meet his team for the mission. It wasn't long before the blonde finally came to a stop in a cloud of dust, his excitement now hidden behind a mask of passiveness. As he neared the meeting spot Raiza began looking around for the team, unsure of exactly where they'd be. While looking around Raiza's ears picked up what seemed to be a complaint of sorts, "Where are these guys? I was told they were briefed that this was a mission of urgency. Guess if they don't hurry up I might just go solo."
With that Raiza knew where to go and quickly followed to the voice. At that point Raiza reached the location of the voices owner, a man with a scarf wrapped around his head. Keeping his passive mask Raiza nodded at the man, before speaking quietly. "Waiting for one more then?" It was more of a statement then a question, Raiza being eager to go.

| This is an awesome app, and well done also. It's always nice to run into these kinds of apps that are easy and simple to mod, seeing as they are straight forward and clean. Now. Down to business. Seeing as I see no issues with this app, other than a possibly short Combat Style, I am going to go ahead and stamp my approval on here. So consider my half of the approval given, have fun, and enjoy!
