Description: By channeling Chakra into the stomach . The user is able to fire a stream of a gel like substance from there mouth. This gel is extremely flammable and also very sticky and will explode into flames at the slightest spark. A target hit with the gel will not be able to get it off of themselves for 3 turns or unless a c rank water jutsu or higher is used to wash it off

| This is in no way a C rank technique, and the whole 'gel' thing is putting me off here, as I don't see any reason for your character to be able to turn the Chakra into a gel like substance that has these attributes.
This doesn't sound like any 'normal' sort of Katon jutsu, and I must deny it.
