APPEARANCE:- PHYSICAL: First impressions are everything, right? Well in that case, based on appearance, it is likely that Magato would make a very good first impression. At the prime age of seventeen, the youthful Shinobi appears to be the pinnacle of excellent shape, despite discrepancies within his past. Standing at only a hairsbreadth beneath six feet, Magato is quite taller than most his age, even most within his clan. To accompany the feat of genetics that had bestowed his height upon him, Magato possesses what is perhaps a slight unusual frame as a result. Because of his height, Magato’s body appears to have a rather streamlined appearance. Lacking a standard ‘big and tall’ frame, the young Inuzuka’s height makes him seem to be unusually skinny; far thinner than he actually is. With long legs and a tall body, one might assume that it would be hard for him to run properly or move in any agile way, perhaps crippling in combat, but in truth, he holds no such issues. His frame is lined, not with large, bulky muscles, but with a rather toned wiry type, which only serves to accentuate his unusually slender figure. His body is comprised of toned and lean muscles, which allow him to move quickly with ease, whilst still possessing strength despite his lean frame. His abdomen muscles are developed as should be most Shinobi, appearing to be "cut" all the way; forming the standard ‘V shape’ of one in peak training. His calf and thigh muscles seem to be more muscular in appearance and he contains a long-type calf muscle that is not as short and bulky looking.
When it comes to facial features, it would seem as if his genes wished to give him a rather cruel advantage. Over the course of his youth and teenage years, Magato has been described as handsome, both to his face and behind his back, a fact he never truly acknowledged, but nevertheless he certainly used it to his advantage. Despite the appearance of much of his clan, Magato was born with a head of thick head of raven colored hair as opposed to the standard dirty brown of most Inuzuka. He keeps his hair cut in such a way that it frames his face in the slightest, accentuating the angular nature of his features with its own messy and a bit butchered of an appearance. Yet despite the unkempt nature of his hair, it does not take away from the professional look Magato strives to uphold. Instead, he finds that it suits him rather well, perhaps displaying a more wild side to the genin.
Occasionally hidden beneath a random tuft of hair from his bangs, you will find a set of crimson eyes, appearing much like the well-known Uchiha trait. Yet there is nothing seemingly as special about the pair of eyes through which Magato views the world. Despite the unnatural color, there is often nothing harsh or frightening about them, at least not until Magato wants there to be. With ease the eyes of the young Genin can seem anywhere from kind and warm, to cold and harsh; it all depends on what exactly he wants. Yet, make no mistake there is always that subtle, hidden look of darkness inside his blood red eyes, the look of a frozen heart, of a man with no problem doing what needs to be done.
His skin is fair, pale, but not to an extent that it would seem unearthly or creepy, it is free of blemishes, the kind of skin that many would spend hours dousing themselves with makeup to obtain. Although he never knew the face of his mother, he most certainly got his the nature of his charming features from her, even if they are always alit with the darkness of his father. It is this darkness, which Magato wears most often as his face. When he does not not need to appear otherwise, his features often appear dead or dark, empty of anything that would give away the thoughts he might be considering at the time. It is not often that the young genin will allow an emotion show its severity on his features, but when it does break through it appears with quite a fury. When his features do lighten with any emotion, they seem to do so completely. This can be especially unnerving when one considers how his other features align with the feeling, simply because unlike most people his ears are pointed somewhat, although barely noticeable under the loose short hair that juts out on his head. As if to further the unusual appearance of his features; Magato’s facial features are all angled and if he were to show his teeth, any onlooker could easily notice his canine teeth being larger than average. This could perhaps be due to his Inuzuka genes; but there is no doubt that Magato does appear to be a wolf in a human’s clothing. His clan is not only given away by his wolf like appearance, but also by the two standard Inuzuka markings adorning his cheeks.
- CLOTHING: Magato takes a great deal of pride in his appearance and strives to appear professional even at his young age, that much is obvious not only in his personality and amount of time he spends keeping his physical shape, but also his clothing. Unlike most Shinobi whom stay in their battle clothes, or clothes more suited for battle, Magato takes a more business like attitude in terms of his appearance. Our young Inuzuka is oft to adorn a very high quality dress shirt, often red or black in color. This is often accompanied by a black suit jacket and a tie of varying decoration depending on his mood. The professional nature of his appearance is sometimes complemented by a pair of pants matching his suit or sometimes something as comfortable as a pair of jeans, depending on the occasion. Now a great deal of people have argued that his choice of clothing is not practical for a Shinobi, but Magato is well aware of their arguments and has made adjustments to account for this. Obviously, a Ninja no matter what the occasion or clothing should never be without the tools of their trade; because of this, Magato as sewn a numerous number of hidden pouches and pockets into such suits and jackets to hold his items without making them obvious to an observer or opponent. Now, because Magato obviously does not expect to go without ever fighting he has made further preparations, hidden within his common clothes. Beneath his dress shirt he always adorns a tank top of varying shades, which will allow him to remove his less battle appropriate battle clothing if ever he found it inhibiting. Additionally, he always adorns a protective wrap covering his knuckles and forearms, even when dressed for a formal occasion.
One must always be properly prepared for a situation of intense battle or training right? Magato is well aware of this and as such is often prepared for such occasions with an outfit that he often adorns on proper missions or training sessions; dubbed obviously his ‘battle gear’. In truth there is hardly anything remarkable or memorable about this gear, as ninja wear should be. When he needs to be Magato will adorn a standard black or navy blue pair of pants and shirt, which is further covered by a standard Kumogakure flak jacket, his hands and forearms covered by a pair of gloves and numerous pouches and small wraps adorning his pants. The outfit and pouch placement allowing him ease of movement in such occasions that call for it .
- FORHEAD PROTECTOR: Magato by preference and a certain degree of idealism, chooses not to display his headband openly. He instead has chosen to keep it hidden from sight, a choice that is perhaps dangerous, given that he would lack the diplomacy that may be given to him on sight of the symbol of his village. It is most common to keep his headband hidden in one of the weaponry pouches hidden amongst his traditional clothes. When he is required or forced to wear it, he most commonly wears on his left arm near his shoulder.
PERSONALITY: As a person, it is quite difficult to pin Magato down. His personality is shrouded within the events that have occurred during his young life, the good almost completely out massed by the bad. It is quite easily said that there is no one who honestly knows Magato as well as they think they do. In truth, it is doubtful that even he is aware of himself half the time. Now, there could be numerous reasons for this, ranging from either his lack of upbringing or the need to be hidden within the Shinobi lifestyle. Yet despite this lack of self-clarity, there is one our young Genin is certain of, one thing, which drives his every action. Above all things, Magato has a deep seated need, an insatiable craving for power. His every action is an attempt to acquire more of the blessed power. He believes completely in the absence of a moral spectrum.
This is to say that he believes profoundly that there is no sense of things such as ‘good’ or ‘evil’. He lacks a standard belief system that many have used to guide their action and instead believes that each action can only be ‘morally’ acceptable if it increases either one’s power or pleasure. Further, morally unacceptable actions are the opposite, if they subtract from either of one’s power or pleasure. Whilst others may have a ‘god’ or a set of rules they must follow, Magato’s only true ‘god’ is information. His only true belief is in the power of information, the only currency is the exchange of such.
Magato is perhaps a frighteningly driven individual with an impressively one-track mind. This is to say, once his mind has been set on a task or goal, he will not waver until he has sufficiently completed it to his own rather high standards. When you couple this driven nature with the young man’s constant curiosity and quest for knowledge, you must certainly understand how he has acquired a most impressive base of knowledge and understanding. Always he has possessed a innate intelligence and capacity to understand beyond that of a great many, setting him apart from others with his high aptitude and ability to learn and improvise quickly and under high stress.
These natural gifts of intelligence, curiosity, and aptitude have given Magato a rather interesting and unique philosophical viewpoint on both life and battle. "The world is the chessboard , the pieces are the phenomena of the Universe, the rules of the game are what we call the laws of Nature and the player on the other side is hidden from us” That simple statement describes Magato's outlook on life. The world is the board, it's shapes all fitting into the shape, it's environment effecting the people . People are the pieces, the hand moving them is guided by emotions, their motives never clean, pulled into play by primal desires. Any interaction with other's is dictated in strategy like a game of chess, every move in every situation is important. Battle even more so fits this mantra, every move made should be one planned stiffly, but with enough room left for adjustments as to compensate for unforeseen events. He appears also to be extremely intelligent and a brilliant tactician who almost never seems to be prepared for any thinkable and unthinkable circumstances. It is perhaps an omniscient or omnipotent way to view things and most certainly an arrogant viewpoint, but given Magato’s skillset and training, it has come to be his own mantra of sort, guiding every aspect of his life.
Further Magato is honest to god riddled with a great deal of “negative personality traits and attitude problems” as according to his personality field test. He is narcissistic, self-obsessed, conceited and is hindered by trust issues and a dark attitude, trademarked by a sardonic and sarcastic sense of humor, edge with a bitterness and shined with a touch of hating the world. He is far from your cheerful, happy go lucky shinobi, rather he is not only dark, but also moody and at times depressing. This attitude has been with him since a very young age and cannot be singularly attributed to the shit he has experienced over his young life.
Bearing that in mind it is rather uncommon for Magato to form close personal relationships, in fact the few people that he has been honestly close to is quite few and far between. Namely noted to be one person in the span of his early teen through adult life, in terms of most people he merely finds himself incapable of establishing the empathetic bond which would be required for any legitimate personal connection. Thus it is highly common for him to be seen as the lone wolf/loner type that he is and many people might just find him rather difficult to trust because of this.
It should be known that even when Magato owed his allegiance to Kumogakure, he never truly aligned himself with the village. He knew how regimes could fall, allegiances could be bought. Hell, he had probably brought down a few in his line of work. That being said, Magato is capable of realizing, unlike a great deal of the members of Kumogakure, that the will of lightning, is not infallible. He understands, much as he has been taught to, that the leaders of all regimes are capable of fallacy and it is because of this that Magato simply follows the will of the village until he finds something which could he could better benefit from.

COMBAT STYLE: As a ninja and a martial artist, Magato focuses on training his body and his mind both equally. Even though he does not at first seem to have the proper stature, he is not to be underestimated as a shinobi. When focusing on martial arts aspects, Magato likes to play with more of a speed-based agility style than brute force strength. Even though he plans on one day learning how to use his muscles, he prefers to use his agile body to get in and out of situations quickly and efficiently. Since he does not use muscular strength to punch and break things, Magato often always keeps a kunai or some type of sharp object in his hand to supplement. Instead of making punches he makes quick jabs and stabs which are most always more fatal.
As a ninjutsu user he focuses on using his abilities to take control of the battle. Earth style taijutsu allows him to cloak himself from the opponent and attack from most people's greatest weak point... The ground. As he learns more about Doton style, it will eventually open such doors as learning to reinforce his body and or weapons for a greater defense. For now he knows little about it, but plans to use it with the utmost efficiency. As a lightning user he likes the offense that it brings to battle. Quick, concise, pin-point strikes that do two types of damage. Physical burning and nervous paralysis allow one quickly aimed attack to chain off into other attacks. By combining these styles of ninjutsu and taijutsu together, he is the type of shinobi that has versatility on the battlefield and never wastes a move.

| THE BACKGROUND.
HISTORY:- Spoiler:
• Stability was never something Magato could have hoped for in his life. He was born seventeen years ago in the depths of a frozen winter. To put it lightly, one could say that Magato had been an unplanned child; to put it harsher you could say that he was unwanted. His mother had been scarcely into her teens and his father… well it is easiest to say that he obviously didn’t stick around. Thus from the date of his birth, it would’ve been clear to anyone that Magato wouldn’t be one of those children with a normal and happy childhood. There would never be a house with a white picket fence for this young Inuzuka.
• His Mother, at the age of sixteen had run from her clan with only her infant child and her own nin-dog. Perhaps she couldn’t bear the looks she was given by her fellow clan members and left to avoid the alienation that the taboo of her pregnancy had caused her. Or maybe the reason was far more sinister, someone she couldn’t stand to be near any longer, knowing what they had done to her. Yet, whatever the reason, the slums and streets of Kumogakure became the home of the only family she really had anymore. Herself, her companion and her son.
• The next few years were the hardest for the teenage mother and her child. As it can be imagined, it was quite difficult to keep both a woman and a child healthy when there is no guarantee of food for days at a time. Yet, she did as any mother should do; it was quite often that she went hungry or put herself in danger in order to prolong the health and safety of her child. The things she did during those first five years of Magato’s life might have been shameful or taboo for some, but she did them for the safety and health of her son, the only person she had left in her life.
• Just on the cusp of his sixth year of life, his mother had become the favorite plaything of a small time crime boss type, a man with just enough power that he could terrorize the members of a small village within the lightning country. To him, she was merely a possession and Magato was just a nuisance that came along with her. At the tender age of five, Magato was little more than a house servant and his mother merely the man’s own personal whore and punching bag.
• It was in this broken setting that Magato had his first minor taste of Shinobi training. A man who had been employed as a bodyguard to the man whom currently ruled every aspect of Magato’s young life. The elder man had once been a Shinobi of Kumogakure, but had long since abandoned what he referred to as a ‘more honorable calling’. Having taken a liking to Magato, when they both could get away, he began to learn the basics of chakra concepts as well as other elementary things someone in training to be a Shinobi should know.
• As if his life had not been marked enough by a lack of a safe and proper upbringing, at the age of seven Magato’s life was exposed to a further trauma. Lost in a fit of rage, the man who owned both the young Inuzuka and his mother was determined to take his rage out on the young child, the useless sap of resources whom he truly hated. In the fury of anger, the larger strong man would have probably killed Magato had his mother not stepped in the way forcing the man to explode all his anger on her weak and frail form. Her last act of protection had saved Magato, but forced him to endure the trauma of having to watch his only guardian, his mother, die right in front of him.
• After the death of his mother, every member of the household knew that it would only be a matter of time before Magato would follow her into the void. Even at his age, the young Inuzuka could sense what his fate would soon become if he did not leave this house. Yet he was quite helpless on that front, after all how would a six year old child survive on his own in such a setting, let alone escape a house where he was for all intents and purposes held captive.
• Yet, unbeknownst to everyone in the household, there was one who never had any intention of letting Magato die. Metsuki (the bodyguard) had formed plan that would save the child whom he had come to care for and once some of the hype over Magato’s mother had died down, Metsuki put his plan into action amidst the dead of night, one summer night whilst Magato was still awake crying for his mother. It did not take Magato much convincing to leave with the elder man and in the quiet of night they fled to the nearby village of Kumogakure.
• After a short period of adaption, Magato seemed to thrive in the village. With Metsuki posing as a father, the young Inuzuka was able to, in a small way reestablish himself as a member of his clan, albeit in an outcast sense and learn a number of the clan technique. During this period, Magato was also able to enroll in the Shinobi Academy.
• In the Academy, Magato truly thrived. He found the challenges and vast amount of knowledge it presented to be the ideal area for him. In terms of learning, he excelled in areas such as strategy as well as taijutsu and ninjutsu. He developed a deep respect for the art of Genjutsu but found that he lacked much talent in its use. It was during these years that Magato’s personal issues first became known.
• Although he thrived in learning the strategies and techniques, it was quickly realized by his superiors that Magato was lacking one key area of Shinobi training. Magato found it nearly impossible to put any trust or faith in the actions of others, thus every single teamwork exercise he engaged in, nearly always failed. As the years progressed, this attitude only worsened and Magato developed an numerous amount of antisocial tendencies. Despite these issues, Magato graduated from the Academy at the age of twelve, with high marks in most areas.
• Over the years since, Magato has declined any offer or chance to be put on a squad, downright refusing, or not showing up to any such gathering if he could avoid it. Instead he prefers solo training rather than missions with a team and over the several years since his graduation date he has learned nearly all of the clan techniques he is capable of as well as focusing on training his mind and body.

It was annoying... Adalrich really had little patience for occasions such as these. Music, dancing, copious alcohol consumption, dresses, suits, people, appearances; it was all a giant façade and it was one Adalrich new too well. The old vampire found that he could tolerate each of things a great deal better, even to the extent that he might find them enjoyable if they were merely separated. One does not go an innumerable number of years without enjoying the feel of music or the taste of a drink, maybe even the occasional dance (even though Adalrich, despite living for a few thousand years, still had no talent for it, even with his unnatural vampiric grace). And yet, he found that when each of these things was put together under the mask of a party, a dance, a ball, they only contributed to two things; ego and lies. Sure, everyone had those small lies they told themselves; “This is going to be the last time”, “I’ll start dieting tomorrow”, “I love him” and then there were the lies they told to others; “Yes, you look fantastic in the dress”, “I’m glad to help” “I’m sorry” and worst of all “I love you”. These types of social situations were filled with useless social etiquette and Adalrich always found they were more about inflating egos, both of the guests and the hosts over anything else and it wasn’t really something he really found much enjoyment over participating in; although, perhaps he just a possessed a bit too much of the bitterness that can accompany eternal life; the torment of boredom.
Truth be told, the man was only here because he thought it might be best to reconnect with the ‘natives’ after having been away for so long. He was, after all a ‘member’ of one of the families who had founded the city as well as a philanthropist of sorts, having donated large amounts of money to various causes within the city. Remarkably Alaric had arranged this influence over the city, despite not having been within 100 miles of the city in over a century. When he had originally settled, he had intended to make this city a sort of permanent residence, but after a century or so, he found it was hard to maintain the anonymity he so avidly desired. Ever since then, the vampire has made regular stays within the city over the great many years since its founding, but never staying for too long… although given that vampires gauge time at much different rate than humans, he might stay for a decade, feeling as if it was only a few days in comparison. Since his original leaving date, Adalrich has kept his influence over the city by excessive donations and various methods of correspondence with certain members of the populous by means of whatever communication has been available over the years. The advent of the internet and email, instant messaging and the various other methods of communication that had come with it, only made Adalrich’s process of maintaining his influence much easier and for now he had decided to make his return to the city, after many years of running away from the city and it’s many places, all of which hold a great deal of memories for Adalrich.
“Well…”A woman had come traipsing her way over to Adalrich as he stood amidst the crowd,“Whom do we have here?”Alaric felt her gaze run up and down his form before she turned her head up to his tall form, clear signs of approval in her gaze. The woman was certainly not hard on the eyes herself, yet not quite the vampire’s type he knew as he looked her over. She was just the right height, not too tall, nor too short; her hair long but help up in some complicated knot designed to elongate her cheekbones, her skin a dark shade, but the vampire knew she was not of African descent.“Hmm… Perhaps it would be good for you to know me as Demetrii”Alaric spoke, using one of his great many aliases as he looked the woman in her chocolate brown eyes before running his gaze down her form in a manner of false temptation. She wore a strapless blue evening gown, a rich navy color which was curved in all the right places to enunciate not only her hips and breasts, but also her long shapely legs. This woman was certainly on the prowl for more than just an evening of social conduct tonight, despite the small pale line from a recently removed wedding ring the vampire had noted during his inspection of her. Having looked her over, as he knew she wanted, Adalrich flashed her a smile of the most charming in nature, the kind that would make the most untrusting person feel the most at ease with him even in the slightest way.
“R-Ria…”the woman stammered, much as the vampire had wanted her too under the intensity of his gaze. It however, was all false interaction, Adalrich was merely showing the woman what she wanted, knowing that Ria desired to… feel desired,“Ria Torres”she finished, trying to regain her former confidence and also breaking the ‘golden rule’ of this type of party which was, anonymity or more so false anonymity. After all, one cannot send invitations to a Masquerade Ball without first knowing the names of your guests, but the attractions to this type of upper-class party was that you could theoretically do anything and no one would know just who you were; this only working under the assumption that none of the mortals would be smart enough to recognize your body language, voice and other mannerisms. False names can only get you so far after all. Yet still the attraction still lies within being able to reveal your hidden desires and secrets without having to divulge your identity, much like Adalrich assumed Ria intended to do.“Now now,”He scolded in a playful tone as he leaned slightly closer to her, away from the crowd behind him, a gesture designed to seem inviting, to display interest in a subtle way most people would pick up on,“I thought the whole idea ofthesetype of parties was to remain fairly anonymous..”He chuckled softly while taking her hand in his and bringing it up to his mouth and pressing a soft kiss against it before letting her pull it away,“Regardless it is a pleasure to meet you my dear.”He spoke softly, whispering slightly to her, allowing her to enact her desires in the slightest way.
Despite his act, it took an immense amount of the ancient vampire’s self-control to even stand this close to her. It had been quite some time since he had fed and even still, his current diet was rather unsatisfying for his eternal appetite, which only made his hunger wear his endless self-control down much quicker. He could hear the heartbeat of not only her, but everyone in the near vicinity, but it was not this that had set the beast within him stirring, it was her scent. He could smell her, her natural scent, the scent of her arousal, the scent of the alcohol she had ingested, but most temptingly the scent of her lifeblood. Truthfully, she was far from Adalrich’s type, she had come to him a bit too willingly. He was after all a hunter, despite how he tried to suppress that urge and yet, with her scent so close to him, he was finding the prospect of having just a taste a bit too difficult to refuse, her scents mixed together to form this almost rose like smell but with an exotic mix. The sound of her heartbeat was like a song serenading Adalrich to what he desired as the middle aged woman babbled on about matters trivial to the vampire at the moment, she was unhappy with her marriage, her rich family was suffering in the economy, all this vain unimportant bullshit that the vampire paid no heed. He was instead focused on constant drum of her heartbeat, hypnotizing him down a path he did not wish to take and yet… that was the point of these parties right? To be able to divulge your inner desires, those beasts that live under your flesh always trying to claw their way to the surface. It was well within his power to lead her away from the rest of the party, he was sure this mansion had a great many rooms of which they could hide I and he knew she clearly wanted to be tempted by him, to have him lead her away so she could divulge her own fantasies, considering she had come over to him, much as a hunter would approach its own prey…as Alaric would hunt his own prey.
All it would take was one small nudge of his charm and she would be eating out of his hands…and soon he would be eating from her…just one taste, the smallest drop… but would he be able to stop? Adalrich knew this line of though could not go on for much longer before it became action and he also knew that he could not allow his self-control to drop for even a second; because he knew he would not stop with one taste, the monster that he was would not be satisfied with just a drop, he would want more and more until he descended back into that darkness he had fought for so long to pull himself from. If he went back now than the many centuries of trying to change would be for not, but still he couldn’t stop himself as he leaned closer to her, his hand moving as if on its own to stroke his rough fingers very faintly down her cheek and over her neck, feeling the blood flow beneath it as he moved against her jugular, the vein would bring so much of her blood into his mouth…one small bite was all it would ta-
“No”the vampire audibly growled out, mustering all his self-control he forced himself to pull back from her, taking a cold and defensive posture while speaking through his teeth, his fangs noticeably elongating slightly in hunger as he bit back the need to feed.“I am sorry Ria..”he spoke with forced words, trying to maintain a polite disposition as he adjusted the masquerade mask obscuring his face, “But there’s something I need to be” His words were quick and he did not await her response before turning and rapidly pushing his way through the crowd, his keen senses heard the click of her heels as she had tried to follow, but as soon as he was sure he wouldn’t be noticed he moved with supernatural speed, disappearing instantly to the human eyes in the room.
✠In the Past✠
“I remember when Rome was just a few small groups of people banded together, now it’s grown into an empire that’s conquered nearly half the world”Alaric mused in his thoughts as he stepped into a small room of the tavern. It was the shady sort of place, hidden among the back alleys of Rome, the kind filled with whores, thieves and various other types of vagrants. It was the kind of place where one went to when they needed to conduct only the darkest of deals involving less than lawful activities. So Imagine Adalrich’s surprise when he found one of the most attractive women he had seen in all of Rome, sitting at a table in the back corner.
She wore a hood, presumably trying to hide her identity… indeed, even being a female without a reputation in this kind of place open you to be the receiver of various kinds of them most depraved torment and torture. But it was not her appearance that first drew Adalrich, it was her scent. Even in a place filled with all manner of vile smells, ranging from alcohol, body odor and fluids of a great many kind, Adalrich was nearly overwhelmed with the smell of the most beautiful roses.
”Well well...someone like her, in here? I do believe something interesting is afoot”Adalrich mumbled to himself as he stepped around a very large man who guarded the door and up to the bar, an aged counter made of wood marred with having been repeatedly cracked and sanded over. He seated himself on a stool facing the door, that way he could see not only who came in but also the young woman in the corner, his gaze always and very obviously wondering back to her as she had sparked his interest.
✠In the Present ✠
Adalrich stepped back out into the ballroom with his pale mask back in place and his dark suit smoothed out. For the most part he was back in control of his desire for blood, yet his eyes still retained the telltale crimson color of his thirst, an aspect that made his eyes look all the more intimidating as they flared with his hunger. The crowd had not changed much in his short absence, still everyone in the room was focused on the false interaction, secrets and lies ran rampant in the air, the truth hidden by the masks that each of the guests donned on their faces. For how could they be truthful, when everything about them was a lie, this much Adalrich could at least empathize with, for it was nearly impossible to find someone who knew the entire truth of Adalrich’s being… by his count there was only two or three still living.
The guests to the party were all required to wear masks, as was a must for a Masquerade Ball. The woman tended towards the more extravagant masks, those with feathers or jewels adorning them, whilst the men tended to lean towards the more simple, with a few decorations or (like Alaric’s) a solid color. However Alaric’s mask, unlike the others was more than just a cheap piece of plastic, it possessed properties laying within the mystical realm, allowing him to appear exactly as he wanted at any time. Which made him wonder for a moment, when surrounded by liars, why did he choose to be himself? Especially when he could be anybody in any real of existence, any mix and match of physical features to make a new face, yet he still chose to be himself. Yet it was perhaps fate for what would happen next…
As the age old vampire scanned his eyes over the guests, finding the newest way to insert himself among them, yet he found nothing or no one that seemed to interest him. Sure, he could feel the heat emulate from their bodies whilst he heard and distinguished each of their heart beats, but he found no interest in their petty discussions of riches and false charity, of music, food and of course their constant quest for sex was both humorous and pathetic in many ways. The women seemed to wear dresses that were either the most hideous or the most elegant dresses, both bearing the same intentions as to attract an adequate ‘dance’ partner. The men all wore suits, nearly the same design, the same color, all of which echoed of their riches and influence, a feeble attempt at displaying more power than those around them. Yet the vampire knew that it was unlikely that any of these men or women had experienced true power, this much he was sure. Boredom was a peril of the ages and the age old vampire was feeling it’s wrath in full, none of these humans seemed to bear anything that would entertain him, yet despite this fact he scanned through the crowd once more.
It must have been the intervention of fate this time. A phone call, or physical urge had caused a few members of the crowd to shift position revealing something that immediately struck the interest of the Vampire. “No…” He thought, his body immediately tensing up as he felt a wave of compulsion run over him, “.. it can’t be her…” Despite his lack of blood recently, Adalrich felt the heat of arousal spread through his body and his fangs to extend slightly in a vampiric display of the feeling. There was only two person who could inspire such a reaction by mere presence alone and he was one of them, the other he had thought to have disappeared within the ages. As she turned Adalrich was sure, the dark green hair and the shapely form were a dead giveaway. Adalrich forced himself to look away for a moment, knowing that the longer he gazed on her, the longer her drug would inhibit his mind, for he had not the blood to resist its strength, a fact which now made him nearly regret not taking a bite from the woman who had clearly desired him earlier, for it would’ve given him the strength he desperately needed now.
It did not take Adalrich long to recover from his shock and upon seeing her he began to employ a dangerous game… a game that had once nearly led to his undoing; nearly at the hands of the venomous woman he now looked upon. Yet, Adalrich could not resist asserting control over her, inspiring the fear that she would feel knowing of his continued life, not only that, but she always seemed to bring out the best and worst of him. Knowing that she had not seen him, busy as she was with whatever male desired her attention this time, he stepped in behind her suddenly and with his vampiric movement, used so she wouldn’t be able to sense his presence right away. Within an instant, he was behind her with the looming appearance of an angel of death stalking it’s victim before he would lean over to whisper into her hear, his hand finding it’s way to the small of her back in an intimate touch, knowing how she despised unannounced or unwelcome contact.
“Might I have a dance dearest Ligeia ?”, he used a name that had not been uttered in a great many years, a name that he would be the only to know her by, a name that would give away his identity despite the mask he wore. This could end very badly considering his lack of strength coupled with the unique brand of compulsion she controlled, the kind the buzzed in the back of his head just the slightest despite his age over her and his natural resistance, the kind that made him want to take her now even with all those that surrounded them… it was far from a subtle notion.“I do believe we have some catching up to do…”

Name: Rin Nickname:-- Age: 7 Species: Inuzuka Nin-Dog Appearance:Where most Inuzuaka dogs are of only the purest of breeds, Rin was the runt of her litter. The offspring of a true wolf and the standard Inuzuka hybrids, she would’ve been put to death had she not been saved by Magato’s mother and trained the young pup herself during Magato’s youth. Because of her unique parentage, Rin has a rather unique body type and coloring. In terms of form, she is similar to that of the rare Grey Wolf. Weighing in at just above the standard 45kg, she is not only large but also quite heavy for others of her kind. Rin is a slender, powerfully built creature with a large, deeply descending ribcage and a sloping back. Like most Gray Wolves her abdomen is pulled in, and her neck heavily muscled; with limbs that are long and robust. She appears much like the standard Gray Wolf, except for a few areas that her mixed breeding has gifted her. Physically she possesse three distinct traits which differ from her gray wolf parentage. Firstly, her paws are slightly bigger than the relatively small size of a grey wolf's paw, this allows her to possess a more forceful blow whilst not slowing down her speed or altering her balance in a harmful way. Secondly, her ears are slightly large than that of either species of parentage. This slight genetic incident allows her a greater range (both in distance and in pitch) of hearing. The final trait that sets Rin apart from other members of her species is her unique coat of fur. Where white, grey, black or shades of brown are most common; Rin's fur is a burnt red. In a lacking description, burnt orange or a burnt brownish/red could be used. However, in a more apt description, Rin's soft fur could be described as a mash of each color making up the sunset and further, it would appear so when the light hits her just right. Personality:When one considers Rin and Magato, they must first realize that the two are equivalent to each side of the same coin. The two have developed such a bond that although they are nearly polar opposites, they are each other’s yin and yang; where he is anger, she is his calm, he’s fire she’s ice. Rin is in every sense, one of Magato’s only and his closest friend. Over the years they have been together, despite the lack of traditional training they have received, they form a close bond like every Inuzuka should form with their partner. Through their years together, Rin has developed a rather motherly attitude towards Magato or more aptly an over protective elder sister type. When he’s weak, she will do her best for care for him in every way possible. Like most of the Inuzuka bred dogs, Rin possesses a level of intelligence rather surpassing that of other canine counterparts. Her intelligence is such that she, like many of the Inuzuka familiars, is seemingly capable of understanding full human speech rather than just specific commands. Much like Magato, Rin possesses and a high level of intelligence, able to learn commands and battle training with ease. In a battle she is able to adapt and input herself into Magato’s fighting style with little difficulty. It is this level of independence that allows the two of them to have a uniquely adaptable fighting style. In terms of other people, Rin possess a attitude similar to the one that Magato hides. Much like the Inuzuka, she only trusts one person and if Rin senses anything she dislikes, it is very common for her to attempt to ward off people from coming close to Magato with a series of threatening growls or barks. That being said, she does tend to have a possessive and jealous side when comes to Magato and if she would feel like someone is imposing on him in that manner, it is doubtful that even Magato could calm her down.
