Like Naruto, Jiyo had bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair with the addition of chin-length strands framing both sides of his face. According to to his brother, Jiyo was considered to be very handsome as many women became infatuated with him, But it's usually because of his small and petite body. Jiyo Is very small for his age. That's why kids would always pick on him. It was also for his unusual hair color. He wears a long sleeve blue sweater and blue pants, and a green vest. He has a deep scar and his nose is usually runny.

Personality: Jiyo is an overall friendly guy. He's very easy to talk to when someone has problems, and he always gives a few laughs. No matter what, you will always see him smiling. He loves to joke around and enjoy life as much as he can; however, he still knows when to get serious, like on the battle field. Jiyo has an overall warm heart, and even though some people may absolutely hate him, he does not consider them enemies, but brothers. Jiyo is known as the yellow wolf around school. He got this name because for one he has yellow hair, and also one day on a class field trip to the forest of death, they were attacked by wolves. Jiyo was the only one to man up while the teachers were knocked out and calm down the wolf by staring it in the eyes. Jiyo is also a leader on the battlefield. Even though he does not recognize this, he does in fact show both great leadership and teamwork in battle. Jiyo hates when people doubt or tell him something’s impossible and he always hates excuses. He'll never make an excuse and he always gives himself a reason to work hard. Jiyo loves to think about the future ahead of him, and what could be in store for his life. Jiyo always has a positive attitude, and seeks to do the impossible.

Clan History:The famous wruosio clan was known through out the entire leaf village, they were know for this for have a special technique kinda like the sharingan. This eye was called the Moigi, and it gave the owner a limited amount of time to turn dreams into reality. So they could Have people think their choking when in reality, their actually choking themselves while the owner watches. From the first time a wruosio member used this technique, the village leaders started to get worried. They thought a clan with that type of power should be eliminated quickly. So the called upon the village army to destroy this clan but we were too powerful. So the leaf village elders tried to strike a deal with us, in return for our lives, they would kill every new born baby. Of course our clan leader didn't like this idea one bit, so in the dead of night, their clan leader ordered the clan to slit up and leave this village if they do not want to die. So from then on the wruosio village went into hiding, until now!!!
The pride of the Wruosio clan is compared to none other. They all band together in need like any family should. This family isn’t big, however it is infact very small. Many think of this clan to not even exist anymore but if heard by a member expect trouble. All in all the strict teaching of taijutsu can allow combonations of styles to progress in the future.

The string will connect to the metalic object and then the string retracts, bringing the object into the user's hand. A technique useful for bringing weapons back into the user's hand, or other objects such as keys. The user can also connect the strings to mid-flight shuriken to manipulate their paths, and make it harder for the opponent to dodge. With enough chakra control, the technique doesn't require handsigns.

When thrown, the lightning will jump towards the target if the weapon misses. The bolt has a range of 5 meters. The power of the volt is dependent on several factors, first of all, the size of the weapon determines how powerful the bolt will be. The smaller the weapon, the weaker the bolt and vice-versa. The power can also be increased if several charged weapons are thrown, the bolts will converge upon striking the target multiplying in power for each weapon that comes within the striking distance needed to hit the opponent. The power of one bolt from a kunai is enough to cause a second degree burn upon impact.

History:

Pre Academy
Jiyo's mother (Harukina) and father (Nasuke) were very respected members of their clan for both being Jounin ranked. They were good shinobi that fought for their village honourably, and came back with a lot of recognician for what they achieved. With both of them being in their late twenties, they decided to buy a stable house and settle down to raise some children in order to carry on the family.

When Jiyo was born, he was an only child, but that didn't make him the star of his parents attention. His parents never pampered him and actually spent more time trying to have a new baby then to teach him anything. But when his mother died after two miscarriages, it could definitely never happen. So his father decided to get the best out of his son. He taught him everything he knew, from simple jutsu to weapon training so he would have a head start to the ninja academy. His dad was a kind of strong ex-jounin, so he was expected to become a Jounin at least before thirty. So he tried to get into the academy. And once the day came he would finally get in, he was overjoyed. It was his time to start becoming a ninja.

Jiyo found himself always training in the forest with his father. Always throwing kunai working on precision and beating up dummy’s like they stole his lunch money. Jiyo ran away at the age of four for about 3 days. He found himself lost in the woods with no where to go. All of a sudden a mysterious image of a wolf appeared in a chakra form. This yellow chakra somehow seemed safe to Jiyo, as if it were calling out to him. The chakra would then form into a ball and mysteriously disappear. This gave Jiyo the idea to go back and train to someday be like his father and feel the chakra flow he did when he encountered this mysterious wolf like figure.

Academy
Each passing day came a new challenge for Jiyo. The academy wasn’t much of a challenge due to the fact of Jiyo’s family and how they train one another. Reaching the age of 5, Jiyo began his journey at where most begin. Kohona’s academy was respected and home to many of the most reknown shinobi out there. This made Jiyo proud to be from Kohona. The drive he had to succeed was unmatched.

Jiyo joined the academy and expected it to be a very tough challenge, but it truly was not. Jiyo went to the academy every day. He went day after day after day, but nothing really happened their.
Jiyo trained nearly all the time. If he wasn’t at school he was training at the home dojo. His specialty is Taijutsu. Jiyo at this stage is learning the elements from the teachings he gains from his father. Lightning seemed to be his element, as told to him by his father. He never understood why even until the present day, but it never bothered him to much.

As time goes on in the academy Jiyo isn’t very well known and keeps to himself. No one seemed to show any interest in Jiyo so he showed the same emotions back. This didn’t effect Jiyo in any way however because of his strong family teaching of self discipline and training. His skill as a shinobi would only increase as time goes on.

RP sample:
It was early in the morning and a loud rasp was heard at Jiyo's door as he slomped towards the door, rubbing his eyes and yawning loudly, he was wearing a pair of pajama pants and no shirt. With his eyes half opened, he slid his door open. When he opened it, a messenger nin, wearing the traditional Jounin uniform was holding a scroll for him. "Are you Jiyo Wruosio?" His voice was husky and strong sounding. It should, this nin was 7ft tall he would guess and his broadness wouldn't fit through Jiyo's door.

Looking up a bit, he yawned loudly again. He shook his head several times to get his hair which had fallen quite considerably from sleeping in his eyes. "Ya, I'm him, whadya need?" Jiyo had no energy in his voice as he rubbed his eye with the back of his hand. The messenger nin jabbed his fist out, in it was the scroll which Jiyo stuck his hands out to catch. He took it and the messenger nin was gone instantly. "Huh, weird messenger..." Jiyo shrugged as he walked over to his bed and plopped down and read the scroll.

'Jiyo Wruosio, This is a letter informing you of the new Hokage, the seventh Hokage will be holding a Ceremony in Crater City and you have been asked by him to be a guard, please be there in headband and vest ASAP.

Jiyo dropped the scroll and let out a loud UGH. He hated guard duty, but the new Hokage had asked him to. So he would. Moving quickly, he washed his face hard to scrape all the crud out of his eye's. Then taking his wet hands, he ran them through his hair, allowing his hair back to its original form. Shaking it quickly, Jiyo's hair glistened softly in the sun that was now peeking through his screen. Grabbing the clothes off his chair, he threw on his blue pants, blue ninja shoes, blue undershirt, and threw his loose blue long sleeve shirt on. Finally he picked up his least favorite part, he put on the vest. He hated it but Hokage orders...

As Jiyo walked out the door, he pulled on his wristbands and held a pair of sunglasses in his hand. Grinning slightly, He threw them on and flipped onto his rooftop and dashed off quickly to Crater City. Arriving ten minutes later, Jiyo was second to arrive. Another ninja, probably a Jounin. Shrugging a bit, he walked nearby and idly waited for instructions.[i]

Right Okaru, I did some looking around and it seems there are a few points i need you to work at. I appreciate your enthusiasm so i'll do my best to help you with everything.

So, for starters i noticed you haven't got your clan posted in the clan creation section? Is this because you'r using an already approved clan on US 2.0? If not then you need to go there and post your clan so, myself and other moderators may review it. HERE IS THE CLAN TEMPLATE LINK.
At what point does Raiton: Dendou Suji not require hand seals?
To my knowledge normal clones can't do damage or use equipment so that would make Shihou Hapou Shuriken no Maki stronger then C rank, i could be wrong about this. It's been awhile since i've seen a jutsu with such a small explanation. If possible could you please try to better explain this jutsu, so myself and others will have a better understanding of how it's performed?
I'm just looking for clarification on this, so you basicly add Raiton element to projectiles that 'burn' targets on contact?
