 | Built into the sides of cliffs overlooking a foaming, mad ocean, Kirigakure's prisons are home to some of the darkest and most disturbed minds from the Water Country. Kept along the villages's outskirts, actually built outside of the wall entirely, the prison is a practice ground for some of the most harsh, strict, and effective methods of keeping prisoners "in check." Amongst Kirigakure no Sato's younger generations, it is not uncommon to hear horror stories about the thought-to-be haunted grounds. There is only one public entrance, which also functions as the only exit. At all hours, the prison is under maximum security.
