He stands at a good five feet and ten inches and weighing in at one hundred five pounds - which a majority of is muscle. His eyes are a blood red color which make him unique from the rest of his clan since they usually have black eyes as a trait. As well as black hair, which he is lacking in as well. Xerxes hair is a grayish white type of color with one back covering up his left eye. He has his reasons to do so, but he chooses not to tell anyone. The reason is because his left eye is missing from its socket. If one were to see the skin under his left eye, it would be almost impossible for there is a bandage that covers up the horrific feature given to him.
His attire consists of a dark purple shirt that bears the uchiha crest on the back. The collar is raised like practically all uchiha shirts are. Jet black pants are used to cover the bottom half of his body. They are perfect for running because they fit loosely around his legs. Two inches below his waist consists of a white bandage over his pants then a blue kunai holster strapped around it. On his backside near his haunches is a small pouch used to carry other projectiles and equipment of his. Arounf his forehead is the official leaf village headband, symbolizing he is a real ninja. Finally, he wears black average shinobi sandals.
Personality: An all around nice guy. He is very happy-go-lucky and defiantly a show off. When with friends he tends to attempt to show how superior he is to them, usually ending with the same result. Failing. Break likes pulling pranks on village civilians and is sometimes called a "bad influence" on the younger generation. Although, he does have his moments when hes cool and caring for his peers. That keeps him out of the ordinary from young men is that he doesn't have a straight sexuality, but a love for both men and women. Which keeps him from ever loving someone because he can't pick one gender.
When in battle, he goes from his regular personality to a serious, lust for blood, need for kill mode. He fights to win since his father taught him as a young child with the saying "Winning isn't everything, its the only thing!" Which inspired him to give one hundred ten percent effort into what he does. When he is enraged from someone harming his friends he will make sure that the one who dared to hurt them, emotionally or physically, will pay the price. Over all, he is a prankster who doesn't wish for him nor his friends to be harmed. Like a regular boy. Kind of...

The Uchiha have a number of traits which set them apart from the normal ninja. First off being that they all seem to have black hair. Also, every one in this clan has a main element of fire. They seem to be very proficient in the three basic jutsu arts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu (This does not mean Uchiha characters can have three specialties), and are usually known as the elite brand of shinobi. Uchiha generally seem to work with their speed rather then raw brute strength and are very agile and quick.

Kekkei Genkai:
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
The Mangekyō Sharingan ( Literally meaning Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, and erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The techniques used by this eye vary from person to person and is limited to one technique per eye. It can be achieved by the killing of someone who is very close to the user as a display of being willing to sacrifice anything for power. This can not be fooled and be a fake friend. It must be a real and true strong connection so it takes a certain kind of individual to be able to get it. It can also be gotten by extremely brutal and long training, taking many many many years to obtain of constant hard work and dedication, though the person can not be aiming for it and it actually just happens at random. Even with the hardest work, it is possible for an Uchiha to never achieve this level of eye mastery.

Description: A Genjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha clan members. They will start this technique by using only one finger on their right hand. The target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, they can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.
History:
The Uchiha clan was descended from the elder of the two boys entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with the power and will of the way of the ninja. The elder believed that might would bring peace. The Sage chose the younger as more fitting to be his successor, causing the elder to be vengeful. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.
Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too little, too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha. Eventually a revolt was attempted by a select few Uchiha members, but this was crushed quickly and they were thrown in jail or put to death based on their role in the uprising. The Uchiha who did not partake in it, were not held accountable and after that the relations between the Uchiha and the rest of the village grew stronger and trust was finally instilled.

Background Information
History:
Birth Arc
Xerxes B. Uchiha was born fourteen years ago in the Hidden Leaf Village. While he was in the whom, his parents couldn't decide what his last name was going to be. His father was Uchiha, and his mother was Break. After a week of thinking they came to a conclusion. Break would be the middle name and Uchiha would be the surname. The way the did it worked out perfectly since when the baby was born, its bloodline was the Uchiha. Xerxes was a lonely child, not having any siblings. His only friend was the kunai that his father gave him for training before entering the academy. He trained his accuracy and handseals at the age of eleven, entering the ninja academy two months later.
Academy Arc
Life in the academy he found boring. He already knew most of the material, but the Uchiha were supposed to be geniuses, no? He made little friends in the academy since a good percentage of students in her class envied him. Most of the students were around nine and eleven, while he was close to being twelve. On the days off from the academy, he would use the time to train. One day, his father brought him to a pier in order to show him the signature Uchiha jutsu. Great fireball Jutsu. Of course, not everyone is perfect, so after several tries pf preforming the technique, he managed to do it perfectly. Now he just needed to learn how to use it on a moving target.
After the required time in the ninja academy, he graduated with top marks. He wears his Konoha hiate-ate proudly over his forehead.
Genin Arc
Shortly after graduating the academy his father gave him some equipment to add on to his arsenal he received from passing the academy. After that, Break wished to spar his father. Now his father was a retired ANBU, and he thought that since his dad was "out of shape" it would be an easy win. He was wrong. His father was much stronger than he expected, and he was using his sharingan. Which Xerxes hadn't unlocked so he didn't really stand a chance. His father got crazy since he didn't even know he was this strong, he stabbed a kunai straight into his sons left eye. When the kunai was removed, so was the eye. A neighbor, who happened to be watching, got the ANBU Black Ops that arrested his father. Break was brought under the neighbors care, but he didn't really grow attached to them until he was thirteen.
Just recently, when he was out training, they were assassinated. Fortunately, he was able to make his feelings of anger and sadness into happiness. That is why he is usually so happy when he seen around the village and other places.

The bender peacefully walked into the Earth Kingdom capitol known as Ba Sing Se. People littered the streets, even at this dark hour. The moon shone little pools of light down on the city, making it possible to see. “Awfully dark. Right, Emily?” She whispered to her doll that sat upon her shoulder. ‘You said it, Break!’ The doll shouted. “Shh!! Do you want to be spotted?” She whispered with anger in her tone at her doll. Emily, the doll, just frowned and looked down. Break didn't like yelling at her, and the doll wasn't so thrilled about it either. Unfortunately, someone had heard her and was making their way to warn a guard. Ah crap! She thought to herself and shot a small fireball and captured the civilians clothing causing them to drop to the ground in order to preform the stop, drop, and roll technique.
Xerxes made her way over to the man who had just put out the fire and tried to get up and make a run for it. She grabbed hold of the man and held him by his shirt collar. “You know my secret. Now, I can't have that, can I, Emily.” The doll gave a nod as the mans eyes grew wide with fear. He made several attempts to squirm away, all in vain. Break cupped her hands of the mans neck and suffocated him of all air, leaving a dead body on the ground. After the deed was done, she ran away from that scene immediately so she wouldn't get caught and blamed for the act of murder.
The girl walked down the street, and spoke to her doll. “If anybody asks, we did nothing. Got it, Emily?” The doll responded by a nod as the two made their way down the street.

Just what seemed to be a few hours prior from when she met a mysterious man in the hidden mist villages woods, when in reality it was years. They were attacked, and she felt helpless when the young man had to save her life. Although, if it weren't for him, she really wouldn't be here now anyway. She had received a note from the man asking her if she wished to visit is home. Of course, she gradually accepted the invite that led her to the Kuro house. She had heard the name before, but she couldn't remember wear it was heard. Haran just probably overheard some civilians talking about it. She stood there at the doorstep, for quite awhile. She didn't know what to do, how to approach him. It was all new to her. She had been one to follow the laws of being a shinobi, the minor to the major. If one were not to follow them, who knows what would happen? The girl mainly chose to follow the rules because she would get distracted easily because of her ADHD. If she were to fall in love, the simplest harm to him would distract her emotionally, and most likely result in death. Then again, she wouldn't know until she tried, now would she. She slowly enclosed her open hand into a fist and tapped on the door with her knuckles. The impact between her knuckle and the door resulted in a noise that could be heard on both sides of the closed door. She stepped back a little bit with several small sweat drops running down her face. Haran was very nervous about this. She released her tension and tried to calm down as she awaited for the door to open.

Anyways, being Genin, you are only allowed 1 Element, and I suggest it be Katon, due to most Uchiha's having the Katon Element |
