Firstly I'd like to welcome you to Ultimate Shinobi, I'm not too sure how you found yourself in the Creature Registration area just for future reference if you have any questions you can PM a staff member (which you can obviously not do at the moment since you lack the 10 post minimum) or utilize our Forum Assistance board.

To get started here on US you need to submit a completed character application in the Character Registration board using our Character Template It is pretty straight forward to fill out but if this is your first time doing so you might find it more difficult than most and would be smart to read over our Character Creation Guide as it runs you through what you need for each category. If this still isn't helpful enough for you have a look at some applications of users users than have already been Approved. Have a look at mine.
