Yoroi Kaguya

As of late, Yoroi felt as if his travels and experiences had strengthened him quite a bit. In the last month, he had been traveling through the land of snow and faced the forces of nature, tackling a blizzard and surviving unprepared for such things. After braving the land of snow, he had entered the land of lightning, a place where he had been fighting a large gorilla in hand to hand combat. Other then that, he had seen some people from the land of lightning and a woman from the land of water, someone who was supposedly from the Kaguya clan people tried to tie him in with. Avoiding those from his clan like the black plague, he hated it when people tried to confront him about his heritage, forcing the Kaguya bloodline on him. He enjoyed the body he had been born with, though he was not the kind of person who wanted to follow up on a legacy of barbarians that slaughtered others for the sake of slaughtering, having no reason for the things they did outside of their inbred blood-lust.

When it came down to things like that, Yoroi had truly dodged a bullet when he was born, for he had never really gotten to know his parents, not remembering what those people looked like at all. Ever since he was a mere toddler, he had been left on his own in the vast woodlands of the fire country, having only a circus tiger to take care of him. After a couple of years, he had disappeared too, though by that time he had already turned Yoroi into an efficient predator that fought and killed for the sake of survival, not because he enjoyed spilling blood. Having just recently saved a nest of young rats, he was still looking after the naked babies back in his base camp, lacking the necessary killer instinct to end the life of baby animals. One was not to mistake his unwillingness to kill an animal with being unwilling to end a life if one chose to become a threat to his own.

In the end, the life that mattered the most was his own, for without it, there would be no one to continue his legacy by doing what he did. Walking down the long Roiyaru road, Yoroi had been planning on going to the village to see Viera and Kimiko again for the first time in a month. Even though they had been on his mind the entire time during his travels, he still wanted to pursue what he believed was worth doing, thus he traveled through a handful of countries before coming up with only stories to show for. Getting rather tired from his journey on foot, he started looking for the first best place to set himself down and enjoy some of his rations. Looking around, he stared up into the sky, trying to figure out where Kaien and Shakreido had gone off to. For now, it seemed like he just had to continue walking if he wanted to find a good place where he could

Despite the Konoha rest stop being quite close by, he did not want to go to such a vain place, choosing instead a large rock formation that looked out across both sides of the road, reaching a height of roughly five meters. In a few agile steps, he made his way to the top of the formation by using his natural agility. Sitting down on a rock, the peregrine falcon flew above, keeping a watchful eye on the road and the woodlands as it circled around in the skies above. No one would sneak up on him while Kaien was at his back, unless they came up from the ground itself. Taking out some dried meat from his pockets, he started going at it with his sharp fang like teeth, ripping through it like a shark through clear water. Even though he had never personally seen a shark, that was pretty much what he believed it to be like until proven otherwise.

Life after the event in kumogakure wasnt much of the same, Relations between the two villages have faltered since the great death of the two kages. It would seem that now the talk of war was in the air and few said that if the falmes of this conflict continue to be fanned then mere rumor could become truth. Matsunaka was in his regular shinobi outfit the soft material allowing him to breath eaisly despite the somewhat suffocating heat. Turning he looked back konohagakure far in the distance. He had trained earlier this morning and had decided to go out. He didn't care if anyone tried to stop him he wasn't going to listen to them anyway and besides no one ever gave a single damn whenever he left the village why start now. It was one of the many topics that had plagued his mind in recent times lately. Was it truly good that he wasn't connected with his village or with his people. Did all those years of solitude turn him into a cruel and bitter adult that acted like a small child. He knew he wasn't the only orphan but the fact of the matter is that his father was the one responsible for the death of his mother, his moon, his everything. How could he continue to live knowing that the man responsible for the pain of his life was out in the world alive and wouldn't face justice. How could he live a life of happiness when he couldn't even return to the land of his birth.

He had become obsessed with power and skill and yet what did he have to show for it. Nothing except for wasted time and effort. His peers had long surpased him and were now chunin and jounin in their own right. Was it truly his father fault for his failure in his quest for power or was it his own wayward path that created this life of pain and regret. Kicking up a rock he noticed in the distance a large rock. Upon the rock was a person his features hidden by the shinning sun. Looking ahead he continued his leisurely stroll. As he neared the stone monolith the sight of an old conversation partner sent a moment of anger inside. He knew that this was yoroi the young man from the mountain bone graveyard. He left the graveyard after deciding that fighting the young man would bring nothing but dishonor to him and he wouldnt waste his stamina fighting him. Looking up at him with slanted eyes he noticed that the young was eating savagely much like a beast. Keeping his hand in his pockets he raised his head toward the younger individual he knew that he had been immature and stupid it was taking alot to swallow his pride at the momnt but he knew that cockiness would do nothing more than upset his fellow ninja and he wasn't in the mood for a battle. Taking a deep breath Matsunaka lifted his head and spoke to the young man.

"I apologize. I was wrong to come an antagonize you in your home. I deeoly regret my actions. If you accept this apology or not the choice is yours. I would rather do a deed of kindness in this time of distress." SItting at the bottom of the rock Matsunaka grabbed a toothpick from his jacket pouch and placed it in his mouth. Swishing it around he let the air of the afternoon roll across him. Looking up into the sky he could feel the presence of his mother it woudl seem she was pleased with his recent deed. Placing his head back down he closed his eyes and waited on a response from the young ninja.

Yoroi Kaguya

Yoroi had been on the road for a long time, having lived outside of the villages his entire life too. As such, he had never really gotten word of any of the Kage’s dying or any talk of war, for he had only just come back from the lightning country. If he had been caught up in the war, people would most certainly have come after him in an attempt to subdue or kill him, not being able to think of anything else they could really want from someone like him. He was but a hermit that had no knowledge on things going on inside of the village of Konoha at all, knowing only what people told him and what got his interest going. It was for this reason that Yoroi could be so calm and care free in a world that might soon be torn assunder by war and conflict if the villages did not handle things in an appropriate fashion. Biting into his meat rations again, he could not help but wonder what Kimiko would say when she saw just how much he had grown in the last month. The very thought of it made his bones itch, almost as if they were telling him to get back on the road so he would reach her sooner. Maybe he would be able to touch Kimiko in combat now, having been blatantly incapable of doing even so much when he had faced the woman in a spar. Yoroi had always believed that his body and wits made him into the perfect fighting machine, though Kimiko had so easily been playing with him, making him feel like an inferior person.

Not being entirely sure as to why he felt so strongly about traveling, maybe it had been him just needing to get away from her and the village in order to see new places and gain new forms of strength. He would not get the chance to do so, for someone he had hoped not to see in a long time had managed to intercept him on his way to the village. At first, he had trouble recognizing the guy, though that did not take very long at all. With the arrival of the guy that had once barged into his camp and demanded to speak to him, in turn causing a bit of bad blood between the two of them, Yoroi’s serene state was disturbed quite a bit. Despite not really caring for the guy much, he could tell that he had changed since the last time they met, a good thing really. Had he not, the two of them would probably have gone back to killing one another by now, for that was what had almost happened last time. Standing at the foot of the stone formation, the man started talking to him, though most words were wasted on him. Yoroi did not know anything about any time of distress, nor did he really care much about the other words that surrounded his apology. All he heard was an apology, and that was more then enough for him, not having the time to listen to an entire monologue.

“It’s fine...”

Spoken in a way that seemed free of any kind of emotion, he did not really know how to respond to an apology like that. This was even more so the case when he considered that the guy was a Kaguya, someone who was supposedly just killing without tact or care for their fellow human beings. Chugging down the last bite of meat, he placed his rations back into his pockets and got up from his seated position. In one agile step, he swooped down the rocks and landed on the road, his bones absorbing the hit caused by gravity, allowing him to keep on going as if nothing had happened at all. From the sky above, Kaien’s watchful eyes were looking over the two humans that sat among the rocks, Shakreido watching them from the shadows cast by the tall trees. Yoroi was never truly alone, though he did not have any humans around him either, which was why he had gotten so attached to the two Konoha girls. If the other Kaguya wanted to come back with him to the village, he would not stop him, not really minding whether or not he would walk alone or with a third traveling partner.

The atomsphere seem to change for the better as Matsunaka heard the words it's fine. His objective complete it would seem that there would be no use continuing to stay in the same place. He wasn't one for conversation much let alone talking to a human being yet there was unatural attraction he had to this young man. He could see the solitary life was all this kid had and sooner or later he was going to run into an adversary that he couldn't take down with his bones or his skill he was going to need another person help to achieve the goal. Matsunaka chuckled at the thought of his battle against the mountain of a man who easily took him out with single strikes. Luckily for him his rage proved efficent to pull him through along with the chunin and genin teammate he had. Looking up in the sky he thought about the days of his youth and the path of ruin he had taken with his solitary lifestyle. He knew that he may never shake the hatred or the darkness in his heart towards his father but if there was one thing he knew it was that if he was going to start trying to change it would start with moments like this.

"Tch, Kid wait up." Standing to his feet he quickly got into stride with the younger male. Spacing himself far enough to where there was a good five feet between them. Looking at the youth he could see the effects of solitude living. yet it would seem he had grown accoustmed to the life style. Taking a look at him he could see that the hard elements of mother nature had turn his feature's  rough yet he seem to retain the perfect porcelain skin of the clan. Looking him up and down the wild life of living had turned his body into a hard knot of muscle. Facing foward he looked ahead and after waiting a few minutes he spoke. "Where are your parents. " It was a simple question if this kid was an orphan like him then he might be able to reason with him but he needed to know this important question first.

Yoroi Kaguya

Even though the guy seemed to be trying to be the solitary type, it seemed to be quite obvious that this was not the case when he followed Yoroi and called him a kid. Yoroi was quite certain that he could crush this guy quite easily if he wanted to, not liking it when people called him kid at all. He hadn't been a kid since he was five years old, so being called that now brought some aggression to the surface. He did not respond to the initial comment, though the next thing that got brought up was what pulled him in to say something about the subject. Family was a bit of a touchy subject, for it was something he had never had. His parents died when he was but a mere toddler, having absolutely zero memory of what they were like or even looked like. He was raised by a circus tiger that taught him how he had to hunt and stalk his prey, something that eventually helped him become a stronger Shinobi by knowing exactly how he had to stalk his targets.

"I don't have any parents. I have Kimiko-Chan, she is my sister, she is a Jounin in Konohagakure, so she is pretty strong. Also, I don't like it when people call me kid, it's degrading. I may be younger then you, though I have been a Chuunin for quite some time now, so you might want to keep the downgrading insights to yourself and stick to using my name. It's Yoroi...."

He said, explaining that he had no parents and lived with his sister Kimi in the village hidden in leaves. He had managed to keep his hostility in regards of being called a kid out of the conversation, even though it was still very much present. Yoroi did however explain that he did not like being called a kid and that he was a good bit stronger then this guy, having trained his use of Ninjutsu, his physical prowess and his Shikotsumyaku beyond what this guy could push out at the time. The guy that had claimed to be a Kaguya clan member seemed a good bit older then he was, even though he was but a Genin, something Yoroi had surpassed at a much younger age then this guy, proving that Yoroi was a much more capable fighter then he was while having the skilled young mind to go along with it. It was hard to believe that this guy was a Kaguya, always having believed that his kind was known for their natural fighting abilities and blood lust in battle, things this guy seemed to lack for the most part. It didn't matter, the guy was none of his concern.
