Is it possible to change SCs. Because I really want to change one handed seals to improved perception. In theory could be possible as it would be possible for someone to forget how to mould chakra with one hand, right?

It is possible to drop one SC for another. You don't necessarily need to justify it IC either, just make the appropriate topic. Smile
