Mission Objective: A minor mission for the owner of the Yugakure bath-house. Having asked Yoroi to look for several herbs that grow outside of Yugakure, he is to retrieve it so the owner can make more shampoo's and water freshening liquids from the leaf dripping's.

Yoroi Kaguya

The request he had been given by the owner of the bath-house had been rather simple, to get a certain kind of plants from the rural area surrounding the village hidden in hot springs. The reason as to why the village had this name was rather clear, having a lot of natural hot springs and geysers around. Yoroi was supposed to find the plants close to a geyser field, growing where the area super heated in an instant and then died down to normal temperatures again, apparently being what this plant needed in order to stimulate it's own growth. It was strange how one plant could live in a harsh environment where another would die in mere moments. To Yoroi, plants were a lot like humans, for he too had done the kind of thing that most people thought would be impossible. Impossible was just a word, for something like that did not exist in the Shinobi world they were living in.

Being the one known for the fact that he had been raised by animals in the woods without any kind of modern tools to aid him, most children too would have died, though Yoroi had persevered. Not just that, but he had managed to become the kind of person that looked after his friends and loved ones, something even he had once thought to be impossible for someone like him. Like him, so did these plants adapt to their surroundings, doing whatever they could in order to survive. Saying this, he remembered that there were also some kind of weeds growing in the natural hot springs that needed fetching as well. The thing about natural hot springs was that no one really knew just how hot these things could get. Yoroi did, however, figure that if people from the village of Yugakure had been doing this kind of thing before, it was probably save to reach in and grab what it was that he needed without burning himself

The only problematic thing he had encountered so far were the geysers, trying to figure out how much time was between each blast of water, having no intention of scalding off even more skin. The wounds he already had had been looked after by Ophelia, though that did not mean that he was looking forward to burning himself more then twice in one week. No, things would work out for him this time around, he had a lot of things running on this. If things went well here in Yugakure, then maybe he could return home with some pride after what had happened between him and Kimiko. He did not like leaving her alone with Toshiro for too long, believing that the liar should not be given to much space. If he could not even be fully honest with his own fiance, then that meant that he was nothing more then a liability by the time war came, and no one wanted that kind of person around the village's strongest Shinobi.

Yoroi Kaguya

Without Yoroi to keep an eye on things, there was no way of knowing what would happen to Kimiko in this time. Not just that, but there was no way for him to keep track of any developments of the war, which was all the more reason for him to return home as soon as possible. With that thought in mind, he picked up the pace and made sure that he would get back to Yugakure as soon as possible. Arriving at the hot springs, he could see that the geysers were only a mere fifty meters away, making the collection of the herbs all the more easy. Sitting down on his knees, he stared down into the water, trying to see whether the white tipped plants were in this pool or not. Touching the surface of the water with his hand first, it seemed that it was more then okay to reach down into it. The water was warm, though it was no warmer or colder then the water in the bath-house, something that made quite a bit of sense to him. It was all coming from the same natural source, so it made sense that they all shared the same temperature.

Still, this assumption would not work with the water from the Geysers, knowing that this kind of water came from much deeper in the earth, which was why it shot up at such insane speeds. This kind of water was boiling, though the cold dripping coming back down created a heat difference, thus launching it all up. Without further ado, Yoroi reached into the pool, scouting through the weeds until he found the kind with the white tips. He found a cluster of them hidden beneath some common algae, using them as cover. Once again, it proved the adaptability of things such as plants. Making sure to get as much as possible while leaving the roots intact, Yoroi made sure that the contractor would have enough samples while the plants themselves would be able to keep growing in peace, at least until the next collector came by to get more samples. With the plants secured inside of a plastic bin, he moved on towards the geysers. Every couple of seconds, a large blast of hot water shot up, causing mist to come up and momentarily rise above the land.

Crawling closer to the Geyser, he still kept a couple of meters between him and it, allowing him to accurately count the time between each blast. From this range, he could actually feel the water as it burst up from the ground while still being hidden below the earth for added accuracy. When a blast came up, he counted up the seconds until it would start to blow again. Noticing that there was roughly a three minute interval between each blast, he started looking for the red flowers with the yellow leaves that grew around the hole the water was spat out of. Opening the bin, Yoroi waited for one last time as the water shot out of the hole before dashing in, getting as many of the flowers while leaving as much as possible intact for the next gatherer. Taking the bin with him and away from the blast zone, he felt a rush in his body that he normally felt when fighting, a welcome change of feelings.

Yoroi Kaguya

Returning to Yugakure's medical facility with the weeds and herbs, he knocked on the earthen door, waiting for someone to figure out that he had come back. For safety reasons, no one actually came to check up on him for several minutes. Rather then getting angry or awaiting a response that just might not come, he sat himself down against the earthen structure, resting himself for a bit. Even though he had spent the night in a hotel room that had been given to him by Ophelia, he had been troubled by one hell of a nightmare, bordering on an actual night terror. He had seen his family die, something that no man should ever live to see, which was why he had been up at such an ungodly hour to swim and work on the completion of his mission, or better said, missions.

After a while of laying back and resting, the earth finally opened up, creating a path for Yoroi to enter through. Remembering exactly where he had to go, he passed through the institute like a spectre, quickly reaching the lab of his contractor. Upon entry, he placed the plastic bin on the table for the man to inspect them and check if they were the right ones. Taking a seat in one of the chairs that had been set out for him, he just waited around for the man to sort through them and approve of what Yoroi brought him. Receiving a handful of cash for his help, the man seemed all to eager to get Yoroi out of his facility. After all the things he had done for him, he was still as paranoid as first when around the Konoha Shinobi. It did not matter, Yoroi had done what he had promised anyway.

Taking the package he had earned with him, he would not allow the man to stop him a second time. Looking over his shoulder, it seemed that the guy was more then busy with the new samples he had gotten, not even noticing that Yoroi got the package and was walking towards the door. Looking back a last time, he could tell that there was a smile on the face of his contractor, proving to him that he had done a good job. Getting the package and his payment was all fine and dandy, though what truly made him happy was that he had been able to help the people of this place in getting one step closer towards figuring out new medical procedures, antidotes and cures for illnesses, that being his real payment.
