- Dem Eyes:
Ame was born a bastard girl between a common girl in the Land of Lightning and a “great ninja”. However her mother never told her who it was and her looks gave no hint to ties to any clan the only thing she’s told her father gave her is her eyes. However her eyes are rarely what others notice about her first. She has stunning white hair which on most occasions is worn with the back tied up and a tuft of it running along the right side of her face above the eye. However, no matter the occasion she wears an hourglass around her neck with a platinum chain and frame and glass made of crystal.
- Hourglass:
Winter Uniform During the winter months, when Ame is on a mission, training, or doing other official business that could include combat she elects to wear a two piece outfit that is lightweight and mobile but maintains the main purpose of winter clothing in its warmth. It has a tank top that has a three-quarter cloak that covers her left side and back starting at her waist; the top has silver trim. On her legs, she wears flexible hunting tights. On her hands she wears long black gloves that end just before her shoulder and leave her fingers bare. On her feet are long black boots with a small heel that reach just below her knees. Around her neck is a white muffler that she had made to have her forehead protector on just for winter. Often times if her business takes her outside the village or if the night is especially cold she will wear a purposely tattered red hooded cloak that flows hauntingly on a windy night as if she were only a ghost.

Winter Formal Dress During the winter months, when Ame is going to a formal event in the village or if she’s going out and about and wants to look regal she will wear a flowing white and icy blue gown with silver stitching outlining winter roses. For these occasions she puts more effort into her hair making it instead fall across her face in feathery white locks that go down just past her cheek towards the left with the part above the corner of her right eye. In her hair she wears a broach that takes the form of the Kumogakure sigil hanging from the broach are violet feathers that appear to have an electric current running through them when they flow elegantly as she walks. The sleeves droop low in a traditional formal fashion.
- Winter Formal Dress:
Fall Uniform During the Fall months, when Ame is on a mission, training, or doing other official business that could include combat she assumes a multi-layered outfit of well fitted breathable silk and painted leather. For the first layer of her upper body she wears a hooded long-sleeved burnt orange shirt that has vermillion trim. On the second layer of her upper body she wears a black fitted leather corset with midnight blue accents and crystals that shine like stars when light catches them. On her bottom she wears silk pants of matching color and material to her top; covering from her feet to her mid-thigh she wears black leather boots. This is one of her rare regular outfits in which she doesn’t have her hair styled as it would interfere with her hood so she wears her hair down while in this uniform.
- Fall Uniform:
Fall Formal Dress During the fall months, when Ame is going to a formal event in the village or if she’s going out and about and wants to look presentable she will generally be found in a Qipao colored white as snow with gold trim and accents. On her left wrist she wears a gold bracelet with the Kumogakure sigil inlaid with platinum. She generally carries a white wagasa with a cherry blossom design on it to add to the look. On very cold nights she will sometimes where her cloak however she doesn’t like to as it detracts from the flow of her Formal Dress.
- Fall Formal Dress:
Summer Uniform During the Summer months, when Ame is on a mission, training, or doing other official business that could include combat she wears a small tunic made of wispy silk that breathes well so she doesn’t overheat. She has a wide leather belt around her waist; she keeps a brown cloak tied in a large bow above her bottom and around the belt in case of adverse weather. She wears simple brown leather boots and ties her Forehead protector around her left thigh.
- Summer Uniform:
Summer Formal Dress During the summer months when the nights are warm and short and Ame is going to a formal event in the village or if she’s going out and about and wants to dress up she will wear a very tight black dress. Her summer dress is jet black like the night sky. With it she wears black socks with dark gray stripes up to her mid-thigh and high heels. She wears her hair normally but adds a red rose that she sticks in her hair above her right ear. She will commonly wear her red cloak with this if she wants to stand out in the crowd or in the case of a formal event to cover more skin. To show here allegiance to her village she wears silver earrings in the shape of the Kumogakure sigil that have rubies inlaid.
- Summer Formal Dress:
Spring Uniform During the Spring months, when Ame is on a mission, training, or doing other official business that could include combat she dons a yellow halter necked battle robe with white trim. Around the waist she wears a red silk wrap. To keep her legs covered she wears socks that reach her mid-thigh. On her feet are red flats that are kept on with red ribbons that secure on the top of her feet and wrap decoratively up her legs to her knees. She wears half sleeves that start at the base of the wrist and reach just past her elbow as nothing more than an accent. To keep her hair up in its normal fashion it is tied with a wide black ribbon that has the Kumogakure sigil embroidered in white along the length of it.
- Spring Uniform:
Spring Formal Dress For her formal occasions and most day to day activities during the Spring, Ame tries to draw attention with features other than intricate clothing and bright colors; it is a short and low cut white dress with pink ribbon decorations and straps. With it she wears white high heels with lots of straps. Around her wrists she wears very shiny gold bracelets with sparkly gems. Her hair is tied up in its regular fashion however it instead has a large white ribbon bow. Along with her normal hourglass necklace she has a long chain with a charm of the Kumogakure sigil at the end which rests … well they have an excuse to stare at it.
- Spring Formal Dress:
Casual On the occasion that Ame does not have to do any official business, doesn’t care to dress up or on the off chance that she’s caught at home being a hermit, she is seen a variety of different form. There are two constants for such occasions; for one, she generally has done nothing with her hair so it falls to around the height of her bosom at its longest point. The other constant is the glasses that she wears to attempt to disguise her appearance (it doesn’t do much but it works sometimes; some whisper out of earshot that she actually needs glasses but doesn’t wear them usually to hide signs of weakness). Most of the time when she’s in casual attire she will not be wearing a tribute to her village.

| Forehead Protector: Depends on occasion, detailed in the appearance.
Personality:
Ame: At first contact with Ame she shows every politeness and courtesy one would expect from a woman. She’s a little bit awkward and distant when speaking to men due to sorrow caused by them in the past. Although her outer appearance is that of an outgoing person she’d rather not let people get too close so in case she has to make a difficult choice she doesn’t have to sacrifice the ones she loves to save the ones she lives for. This doesn’t mean she won’t be nice to them or go out of her way to help them she just won’t become too attached. Seeing as she didn’t have much in terms of real family she’s made her family the select few that melt the ice on her burning heart and will protect them at whatever cost. She has a soft spot for children and will act as their white knight in many situations.
The Winter Rose: On more serious occasions - generally ones having to do with combat or official business - she ceases being Ame and becomes The Winter Rose. She’s beautiful as a rose and just as friendly, but every rose has its thorn; hers are made of ice. In such situations she is cold, calculating and merciless. She has been known to chastise the mistakes of her comrades sometimes to the point of appearing cruel. She doesn’t forget how to show proper respect to those that command it however, and will generally try to diffuse situations before they explode into violence.
The Living Tempest: Everybody has that one thing that just makes them insane, that one thing that if somebody does too much it makes them want to break a couple of their limbs. Except they’d never do that because it’s wrong and they might get punished; Ame doesn’t care if she gets caught getting revenge on whoever has wronged her over her little pet peeve. It’s a simple thing she asks for too, be nice to her little sister. She’ll tell you once when she introduces you to her sister and she gives one reminder when you cross the line; after that she will snap and more often than not cause severe bodily harm to the poor fool who ignored her. If her sister is hurt in any physical manner, may god have mercy on your soul. Other than that she has the patience of a saint that has been built up by dealing with such an odd sister for most of her life. Those that have seen her wrath gave her the title of The Living Tempest.
Me-Me: For enjoyment she generally takes to reading books by famed writer Robin Uzumaki, if her sister is occupied in a place that Ame deems safe (extremely unlikely) she will take time for herself and go out for a walk and ponder whatever may come to mind. When she’s not at home she will keep a flask on her person at all times when she is at home she keeps a bottle within arm’s reach. It helps keep her patient with her peculiar little sister; more importantly it helps deal with the past. When asked she tells people she drinks so she won’t worry about her sister too much but it doesn’t really help with that.

- Combat Style:
In her early years as a shinobi Ame learned quickly that Ninjutsu wasn’t her spiel however she found that Genjutsu came quite easily to her so she honed a skill for it. Learning that breaking an enemy’s mind is much more effective than breaking their body. Of course after she had their mind in her snare she could easily break the body. She prefers not to fatally or even critically injure her opponent, however if that is what is necessary for her to protect herself or those under protection so be it.
The second skill that Ame developed was one for Eijutsu which to many including her means she can heal people. What many forget that medical knowledge not only teaches one to save lives but to take them. In most cases she will use Eijutsu for its traditional purpose of healing those in need of it. However if things don’t go as Ame likes them and her opponent gets a little too close for comfort and stays there, she will use poisons or other sinister medical practices to attempt to subdue her foe.
Due to her highly specialized training and her poor eyesight Ame hates fighting at long ranges when an opponent is beyond twenty-one meters she generally has a hard time reading their actions and intentions. Should someone send a very long range attack at her she most likely wouldn’t be able to notice and react to it until it was within eighteen meters assuming she even sees it. To counteract a long-ranged opponent she will attempt to throw off their aim using clones or image displacement genjutsu all while making every attempt to close the distance into a range she is more comfortable in.

Name: Yin Release. Rank: D-S. Type: Chakra Based. Physical Requirements: Must have Genjutsu specialty. Training Requirements: 700. Description: Genjutsu is a notably skillful specialization that requires great intelligence and chakra control in order to perform. Those who have attained this special characteristic have met those criteria which has allowed them to take their illusions to the next plane. Genjutsu fittingly falls under the broad category of Yin Release and it has been revealed that those with superior talent in Genjutsu likewise have greater mastery in Yin Release. This type of mastery allows them to more accurately manipulate the victim's chakra flow to their brain and stimulate more powerful illusions, making you're illusions more realistic and bypassing a persons perception. Because of your more powerful illusions, it now takes double the chakra cost to perform a Kai Release than it normally would for targets.
Name: Advanced Chakra Control. Rank: D-S. Type: Chakra Based. Physical Requirements: Must specialize in Medical Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, and must not have an Increased Chakra Capacity or Bijuu. Training Requirements: 700. Description: An exceptional attribution that one is innately born with and further invokes during the course of their training. Chakra Control is key to preserving your stamina which will increase your vitality and enable you to use techniques to it's fullest capacity. It is essential for nearly all specialties of Ninjutsu but is heavily coveted in the areas of Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu which require good chakra in order to perform their techniques proficiently. Those with Advanced Chakra Control however are able to take it to the next step and preserve more noticeable chakra from their standard pool. Depending on the rank of the technique, a small quantity of chakra is preserved within the body when executed the Jutsu, which ultimately lowers the cost of your techniques. Furthermore because your Chakra Control is so flawless and exceptional, your Surface Walking and Water Walking techniques no longer cost chakra because you can now perform them effortlessly. This technique does not lower the cost chakra points going towards maintaining a jutsu, only creating them. D Rank Jutsu - Costs are reduced by 1 CP. C Rank Jutsu - Costs are reduced by 2 CP. Description: The ninja trains their ability in more advanced evasive maneuvers which serves the purpose of avoiding enemy attacks. The survivability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips and dodging basic forms of physical attacks by reading an enemies movement.
Name: Minor Poison Immunity Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must Specialize in Medical or Puppetry Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: This skill is trained by those who have more extensive knowledge of toxicology such as medical ninja or those who specialize in puppets. Being trained in the art of utilizing poison in either medication of assassination, a ninja uses that knowledge to heighten their own immune system if ever faced with a poison or pathogen. Those with this characteristic are now immune to C-Ranked poisons.
THE BACKGROUND.
- History:
- Born a bastard to a mother from a family of little note and a father she knows nothing about.
- What little Ame’s mother had to leave to Unmei to live off of is depleted so she begins to steal to support them. (Almost 7 years old)
- A mysterious man finds Ame and Unmei, puts Unmei in protective care and sends Ame to the ninja academy. (7 years old)
- Ame finds that for some reason the ninja arts come easy, quickly finds skill for Genjutsu.
- Unmei (her sister) is born. Ame’s mother dies in childbirth. (8 years old)
- Ame is put up for graduation consideration at age eleven and passes convincingly. (11 years old)
- Wanting to round out her skills Ame seeks guidance, she finds she has a touch for Eijutsu.
- Ame is assigned to a team, both of her teammates are older boys and she has a hard time talking to them at first. (12 years old)
- Ame becomes close to Kagayaki, one of the boys on her team, it develops into a fairly innocent (but no less serious) romance. (13 years old)
- Chuunin exams are announced. Ame and Kagayaki decide to put their relationship on hold to make room for more training. (15 years old)
- Kagayaki is seriously injured during the Chuunin exam, they make it to the tournament portion but Kagayaki is forced to withdraw before his contest.
- Although distracted with concern for Kagayaki she still manages to defeat her first opponent.
- Matchups are drawn up for the final contests, the genin are given time to rest and train.
- Ame finally having time, visits Kagayaki in the hospital; his life as a shinobi is finished and he will most likely need to have someone take care of him for the rest of his life. Ame promises she will be that person.
- Kagayaki commits suicide leaving a note explaining he’d rather die than have the end of his career cause hers to end as well. Ame is first filled with sorrow but realizes that in mourning she’d be disrespecting his memory.
- Ame adopts the attitude in her training that would later result in her title of the Winter Rose in her training. (16 years old by training end)
- The final tournament begins Ame easily makes her way to a spot in the final contest she avoided unnecessarily injuring her foes along the way. The two finalists are given a night to rest and prepare with the contest taking place the following evening.
- Ame learns that her opponent is the one who injured Kagayaki. She spends the entire night training.
- Ame enters the site of the final contest of this exam as Ame Kioku, bastard. The sorrow and despair that Ame had been fighting to keep from surfacing is unleashed as pure rage. After brutally killing her opponent she leaves the arena as Ame Kioku, The Living Tempest, Chuunin of Kumogakure.
- After the proper traditions and the like have finished Ame excuses herself to her home. While there she does what she’s wished to do for almost a year now: cry. That night she is visited by the same mysterious man that appeared to her 9 years ago. He says nothing only embraces her while she sobs uncontrollably for 3 hours before falling asleep. She wakes up late the next day there is a bottle of alcohol and a note next to her bed. All it says is: “Sorry I couldn’t talk to you maybe when you’re older…. PS: Drink it, it helps.
- Ame begins expanding her skill in Eijutsu under the direction of some of the more experienced Medical Ninja in the village.
- Ame is assigned as a new member to a team that sees regular combat and had recently lost a member to the embrace of death. Her distant and cold attitude while talking to them earns her the nickname of The Winter Rose. Eventually they break the ice and she embraces the name as well as her new friends. (17 years old at time of assignment)
- Ame serves with the team without any noteworthy happenings for 3 years.
- When returning from a mission abroad the path they took home lead them through the Rain Country. In the night when they made camp in the Rain Country they were set upon by a group of five Rain Ninja their initial surprise attack killed their commander and the man who was tasked with the watch at the time was incapacitated. Ame along with the sole other team member able to fight stood against the force that outnumbered them. Taking advantage of the darkness and the inexperience of the younger members of the opposing force she killed two of them with well-placed senbon. Two of the remaining opponents set upon her she handles them with little difficulty she turns around in time to see her comrade fall at the hands of the last remaining enemy. She charges him thinking him as easy a foe as the rest only to find herself outmatched by this man. Ame is able to fend off his attacks however she is becoming exhausted and her chakra is a bit low from the recent mission and failed attempts at catching him in genjutsu. The fight turns to close quarters with him using a sword and her a kunai after barely parrying a particularly hard blow sparks are sent flying for the first time the two combatants can see eachother’s eyes clearly. The man she is fighting had a look of surprise on his face after seeing Ame’s eyes. To her own surprise he begins to speak, “What’s your name child?” Shocked speechless she didn’t know how to react other than to answer “I am Ame Kioku.” The man regarded her for a moment then bursts out in laughter before composing himself and reaching into his cloak. From within he removed an hourglass on a chain and threw it to Ame, “This is yours more than it will ever be mine.” As he walked away he could just barely be heard saying “Who thought I’d run into the Spirit of the Past here. Of all places it could’ve been it just had to be here.” His laughter was loud and trailed into the night. Confused, Ame put on the hourglass and started off home leaving her dead team behind. (20 years old at time of mission)
- On return she was offered the lead of her own squad and was told to give her decision the next day. At home she found a note left on her door that said “Try giving it a turn.” The note confused her at first and she set it back in her mind while she rested. She began having a repeating dream of the man who spared her tossing the hourglass to her. Ame jolted up in the middle of night and picked up the hourglass, she turned it over so the sand would start flowing. The sand did indeed flow but not until after it emitted a flash of light. The light momentarily blinded Ame when her vision returned her she wasn’t in her room she was in the house that she lived in when she was young. She saw a man who’s likeness was blurred by shadow arguing with her mother. It became apparent that the man was most likely Ame’s father and was confirmed by his eyes. Ame’s mother was clearly with child however what she was saying wasn’t completely discernible. It was clear her mother was telling her father to leave. While she couldn’t see anything of her father’s face but his eyes it was all she needed to know he wasn’t angry; he was filled with nothing but sadness. He walked out the door and as he passed the threshold, he weakly asked, “Will… w-will you make sure she knows I love her?” Her mother screamed back “I won’t even tell her who you are, what makes you think I’d tell her you love her?” Her father looks destroyed as he walks out into the rainy night. Once his footsteps can no longer be heard the scene fades and she’s back in her room exactly as she was before except for the fact that she’s crying. Ame crawled back into bed and cried herself to sleep for the first time since Kagayaki died.
- Ame turned down the leadership position offered and instead takes leave in search of answers and possibly training. Although not thrilled with her choice the Raikage still saw it fit to promote her to Jōnin and give her leave to seek what she needed.
- Ame returned to the rain country in search of the man that gave her the hourglass necklace. After gaining entrance to Amegakure (under very watchful eyes) she eventually tracked down the man and requested an audience with him. The man would reveal himself to be Nōmu he was a veteran Jōnin of the village. “You’re quite bold coming before the man who spared your life after you finished killing two of his nephews.” Ame showed no sign of emotion in reaction to his subtle threat and rude greeting “I did what I needed to do just as you did.” Nōmu laughed heartily at her response, “You really remind me of him you know that?” Caught off guard Ame stumbled over her words, “D-did you know m-my d-da-father?” Smiling like a man regarding a child who said something incredibly foolish he replied “You know the answer to that question Ame. However as much as I’d like to I can’t talk to you about him, he said he’ll contact you when the time is right. What I can do is help you on the path to that time.” Ame quickly realized he meant to train her and she gladly accepted his offer.
- Nōmu helps Ame learn to use the hourglass as a focus for genjutsu using his own peculiar however very similar tool. When Nōmu sparks his lighter the flame causes an illusion to start every time the illusion seems to be different and it takes them to various places she’s never seen and may never actually see. Nōmu gives her two gifts when she leaves: the technique he used to train her, and book that storied various cataclysmic or significant events and detailed various fantastical places. Her purpose in Amegakure and the Rain Country having been finished she returned home to Kumogakure. (23 years old)
Roleplay Sample:
Kaigara was pleased to know that the location of her introduction to her team and one of the Ryokukage was nearby her home. As she walked out of one of her lavish homes in the "rich" district of Ryokugakure, she looked around for anything out of the ordinary. Noticing nothing she frowned and began to wander towards the location of her meeting. In the distance she noticed a boy with two cat-like tails this immediately hit a note in her head and activated her thoughts, they are racing with excitement, due to the sight of this boy. Half cat, half boy ... a catboy! I must know how this was done, my dream of hybrids may be possible. Science is about to get it's greatest gift the knowledge on how to create armies of hybrid creatures. Screw this meeting! I need to follow this boy.
Kaigara decides to watch the boy from a fair distance and follow him until he makes a wrong turn or the like where she will snatch him up for testing. Odd he seems to be heading in the same direction as my original destination... She continues tailing the boy, she notices that it appears the boy is alone. This just keeps getting better and better, he's heading where I need to go and he's alone. Ughhh I wish we could skip this following business and go straight to the torture. [color=purple]People don't take kindly to people who snatch children. Whatever, just hurry it up. With all this arguing with her second spirit she momentarily lost the boy, Kaigara panicked for a brief moment while she canned for the catboy, she finally caught sight of him again just before he turned another corner. As Kaigara went around the corner she noticed that he wasn't just heading towards her destination she was heading to the same building as her. The boy entered the kage tower and Kaigara followed him in. Deciding it was too late for her to kidnap this boy she simply headed towards the room she was instructed to meet with her team at. Teams... why did I sign up for a team. I should be leading this team! You signed up to find people to torture and to discover a way to create things like the catboy. While clearly you are superior to whoever might be placed before us for this "team" you need to be smart, don't get us killed. Interesting ploy, you mean I should try to "listen" to my leader and my "peers"? Kaigara's time for talking to herself was up as she reached the door of her room.
Kaigara opens the door and she couldn't believe what she saw already sitting in it. The catboy was there Why do I have such luck? "Hello there little ... cat ... boy ... thing. How did you come to be mixed with another creature like that? I am Kaigara, Kaigara Dōkutsu, if that is too much for your feeble child mind; you can call me Imo. Did you get lost on your way to the ... cat park? No matter ... say how would you like to get some candy and some yarn in exchange for some completely safe and completely humane test volunteering?"

However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. After performing the required handseals and the opponent has maintained eye contact with the users body, the user will be able to call upon a flock of eagles that appear from a cloud surrounding the user within a two metre radius. The group of five average sized bald eagles will fly out of the cloud and at the opponent, to then attack them with their vicious claws or with the use of their sharp beaks. The dark coloured clouds will pour down rain and also zap down three lightning strikes per post, the user cannot control where the lightning strikes land though. The Genjutsu will cause the area around the target to be enveloped by darkness. Once inside the black space, the target will see grotesque figures said to be tortured criminals, the previous victims of the technique. These grotesqueries will reach out and grab a hold of the target. They will then be thrown into the void to the mercy of a spectral dragon. The horrifying oni can even extend from the targets own body to attack them. Though it is horrifying, the user cannot move while using this Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: 23 (5 per post)

Name: Sands of Time: Ludus Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Medium: Focus (Hourglass worn around Ame’s neck) Range: Sight (0 ~ 10m) Element: N/A Description: Ame developed this jutsu to train people in an all-out fashion, allowing for those involved to pull no punches if they so desired and to ensure the danger of death was not there for her or her students. Focus: Ame turns the hourglass around her neck coursing chakra through the sands causing them to emit a flash. The flash is simply to draw attention the actual focus is her necklace. While under the effects of this technique Ame can create a training scenario tailored to her needs, during which all of those under its spell are immobile in the real world, including herself. Inside the illusion jutsu can be used and the pool will feel as though it has been drained to the user however in the real world they will use no chakra. They will still feel the effects of exhaustion from chakra usage but won’t have the full danger of death if they were to run out. (NOTE: This is to be used purely for story/training and would not work in a combat situation. She plants the seed when they make eye contact. The Trigger goes off when the target says their name. After the Trigger is pulled a copy of Ame appears in front of the target and remains in front of them regardless of where they move to. Ame’s copy holds out a paper with a strange pen on it and requests the target to sign the page with promise of a “very special gift”. Should the target sign the page it will feel as though what they are writing is being carved into their flesh on the arm of their writing hand. When someone is affected by this jutsu, all five senses are affected. They find themselves trapped in an illusionary coffin, and smell the strong scent of death, they see the coffin, they feel the coffin around them, and they begin to find it difficult to breathe, as though it was air tight. They cannot hear anything outside the coffin, and all they can taste is the same thing they smell, death. Outside their mind, it will often look like the person is miming being trapped in a box, screaming. The target can use any method to escape this genjutsu the easiest of which would be for an ally to release them, or for them to injure themselves while struggling. Within the confines of the illusion which covers three meters, targets will find their senses skewed and reversed. Sounds will appear to originate from the opposite direction, the caster will appear to be to their left instead of right, their attempts to move left will seem to move right. This applies even to attacks. However this flip is only left and right it has no effect on forward and backward directions. Though it is possible to dispel with kai, doing so is difficult without extreme concentration, as the one attempting to dispel will find their hands moving in the opposite directions of how they intend, like trying to position them based on a mirror. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. Name: Seiryou Nami - Cool Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. The user will charge chakra into their hands and will release it on the enemy’s skin upon touch. The technique will send out a wave of chakra, the damage of which depends on the user’s skill. At C Rank, the wave can cause minor cuts of a twenty centimeter radius on the target’s body. At B Rank, the victim will suffer more serious cuts and wounds (such wounds would cause no serious damage, merely require a minor case of stitches to repair) over 40 cm area of contact of their body. At A Rank, the wave is able to inflict severe cuts and flesh wounds (these wounds are serious if not treated within 10 posts and with a great deal of accuracy can damage internal organs) at a 60cm area of contact on the victim’s body, or even nearly amputate an arm through extremely deep cuts. Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. Upon exhaling, the toxin is transformed into a gaseous state, and expelled into the air to create a 5 meter radial cloud resembling the characteristics of the poison used, in its gas state. The cloud diffuses through the air into a harmless chemical combination after five posts. The poison must be inhaled for a minimum of 2 posts total to take effect, unless stated otherwise in the poison description itself. The poison used must exist in the user's arsenal and be readily available. The properties of the poison must be stated in conjunction with this jutsu. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required. The acid boasts such high density and concentration it dilutes even stone, vaporizing it. There are no prerequisite moves to do before this jutsu's activation. Thanks to this, the user can easily strike quickly and catch an enemy off-guard with the attack. The acid can easily be removed with water, and can be neutralized by applying 25 chakra to the location struck. Chakra Cost: 25

Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the user can use the field to disrupt her/his targets ability to move. What results are commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body. In order to inflict this on an enemy they must be touched. At C-rank, the enemy's jutsu cost will be increased by 2 CP per jutsu for 1 post. At B-rank, cost will be increased by 4 CP per jutsu for 2 posts. A-rank, 6CP per jutsu for 3 posts. S-rank, 10CP per jutsu for3 posts. Name:Visser Clone Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close Element: - Description: The Visser Clone is one of the many clone techniques but the only one known to utilize medical chakra. The copy is visually represented as a virtually two dimensional, green spectral cast of the user. It is transparent and holds no real detail what so ever. The only capabilities of this clone is to perform eijutsu techniques that would otherwise be impossible otherwise with their own, singular body. Examples of this include complex procedures that would require two medics where only one is present or during war when mass healing is necessary. These clones can travel a great distance from the user, up to 50m away. If there are multiple clones, they can chain link off of each other, increasing the range by 50m per clone, so long as there is one set in 50m increments from the user at every applicable distance. The clones can are also useful in the difficult application of offensive medical techniques as the vast majority of them require direct contact with the target. They allow the user to attack in numbers, increasing the odds of success. Each clone can be pumped with as much chakra as the user wants and their numbers can be as great as the user wants, the only limit being their amount of chakra. When the clone dips to or below 5 cp they disperse, taking with them, returning anywhere between 1-5cp to the user. A normally lethal attack will disperse the clone. If a clone is prematurely dispersed, it returns whatever chakra remains to the user. Furthermore, they can be dispersed at any time given the users will. Chakra Cost: 22+

Poison Name: Kilgore’s Redux Rank: A Poison Description: This poison causes severe chemical burns should one of various reactions be initiated. It can cause blindness should it get in one’s eyes. The fumes resulting from the burning of this poison if inhaled make one feel as though their insides are on fire. This Poison is extremely flammable. Solid State: This poison only exists in its solid state at extreme low temperatures and is inert at such temperatures. Liquid State: At room temperature this poison is in the liquid state; it is initially dormant however soon after being exposed to air or immediately after being mixed with water it will begin to cause severe burning on any exposed skin the poison is in contact with it will corrode any clothing and will soon move on to the skin. - Skin is severely scarred and disfigured due to chemical burning. Chakra Pathways in affected areas are damaged but not destroyed.
- Poison is ignited by a D rank heat source that comes within 34 cm of the poison. (this can happen at any point before the poison dissipates and the effects of the ignition will run their full course no matter when it was ignited)
- Post 1: Ignition the area that the poison covers is engulfed in a fireball whose heat is equal to that of a B rank fire ninjutsu, the explosive force is very minimal but the heat is extreme. The Gas expands outward in every direction at the rate of 27 m/s the effective area where the poison is concentrated enough to cause harm is 5 meters.

Even so, you could use it "before combat started" and they'd just be there... frozen... for enemies to attack. What I am seeing is a paralysis genjutsu that is almost impossible to avoid and creates an illusion that you can control completely without any real restrictions in place. Also, this genjutsu looks very familiar <.<
- Name: What’s your name? -- Trigger is not an appropriate medium for a genjutsu. Is this a "focus" genjutsu? Also, the trigger cannot be someone else saying anything, seeing as that makes no sense. Lastly, voice activated genjutsu are limited to a clan and therefore cannot be used by those not of that clan. How long does this genjutsu last?
- Name: Go to Sleep Darling -- Genjutsu cannot be voice activated. What is more, they could still use pain or "kai" in order to get out of this genjutsu. I dont know how someone would actually open the coffin that does not exist. Lastly, once the genjutsu is broken, it is broken. That means that there would be no paralysis; that would mean that the genjutsu is still affecting them.
- Name: Sands of Time: Sandstorm -- There is a lot that needs to be explained in this genjutsu. Basically, once they're caught in the genjutsu, they see some sand swirl around them? And that is supposed to hide an entire sand storm? Also, this genjutsu is not going to be able to kill people, regardless of the rational explanation. I had/have a similar genjutsu, but it was ruled that it's unable to kill. Instead, it can possibly knock someone out due to being unable to breathe awhile, but you're not going to kill people. And even with knocking someone out, it's going to have to last (the genjutsu) for at least a good two posts before it knocks them out; and they cannot stay knocked out for more than a post, seeing as that gives you enough time to do basically anything.

As for the B rank, it does not matter if you're saying that you're only going to use it for character development. I still need to mod it for what it is at face value; that is my job as a moderator. As for the inability to use it in combat, what does that mean exactly? Why is that? Is it that it does not have the ability to stick to those that do not want to be caught within the genjutsu? They can dispell it? They know about it? What makes it unable to be used in combat. Just stating that you cant use it in combat doesnt work, since that provides many loopholes still. And while I trust that you may not exploit those loopholes, I would not be doing my job if I didn't figure out those problems and iron them out.

My bad the version on combat style here was a really rough draft I made here and I forgot to revise it. It will be fixed.

It's not a clone it's an illusion so if they hit the clone their attack would go right through it. if they hit me my focus would be broken and the technique would end.

I know I addressed this briefly however would it be acceptable if I made the Kai cost free and also made it so that anybody caught inside would know it's an illusion? I mean I don't care what I need to do for it to be approved.

I suggest you reread the trigger rules as well as the technique as it is laid out exactly how a trigger should be.

Being knocked out makes more sense; Done. The sand swirl is for show and the sandstorm doesn't appear until the sand clears I can remove it if you want but the sand is part of the illusion so I don't see why it matters.

Then please put that in the jutsu so that people can know that by reading its description. Don't just tell me. I am asking these questions because they were unclear to me while reading the jutsu, and therefore I need them to be put in there.

If you specifically put in there that the people will KNOW that it's a genjutsu, through some kind of genjutsu activated brain impulse that you cant hide, and the kai cost is free and instant to get out of, then that would be fine with me. Another mod may not like it still. Basically, what you have here is a jutsu that you can do anything in; jutsu are graded based on what's fair, and we cant know if it's fair if you can do anything in it - in fact, by default, that's not fair. So put that information in there and I'll read it over to see if I like it. I am going to talk to some others about this jutsu, also.

It sounded more like a focus to me, and regardless, you cannot use voice activated genjutsu without being a part of the clan that uses that as their jutsu and ability.

| Alright, after a long time of skype moderation, I think I have finally come to the point where I feel comfortable approving this. That said, to the next mod that looks over this app, please keep in mind that there are a couple things I want you to look into specifically and use your best judgement on, seeing as I think they're okay, but I am looking forward to seeing second opinions on them. Those things are as follows:
Name: What’s your name? -- This relies ona voice activated trigger (although said by the target not the user), which is not really allowed, seeing as there is a clan whose ability revolves around being able to use voice activated triggers for their genjutsu.
That's all. Other than that, I give the 1/2 on this app. Have fun.

Now, 2 posts and the opponent passes out because he didn't breath. That's fast, too fast even. In battle, 2 posts may mean 2 seconds or maybe more. But in the one's I've been, and the ones I've seen, they don't last longer than let's say 10 second. So for a ninja to pass out after not being able to breath after 2 battle posts is highly unlikely. I can hold my breath for a minute easily. Now sure, you can say that it will pass more time when this technique is activated but I would still want 3 posts to get out of this jutsu. 1 is for getting caught, 1 is for trying to get out and the last he will either get out or pass out. That would be it actually. |
