Mission Objective: Catch the taggers defacing local property and find out why their doing it. Is it just for kicks or is there some other purpose behind it? Make sure they aren't too roughed up, since their only vandals.

Description: Kei is the taller of the two and much more muscular. He is still only around the age of thirteen though so he's not all that tall. He uses a kinabo as his main weapon. Po is smaller, but carries many pouches filled with tools the paint they use to tag areas. Both have black hair, brown eyes, and wear dark cloaks. Kei has a scar above his right eye and Po has large incisors and ears making him look kinda like a rat.
