Accounting Error

Redid the math on my characters account.

He's short 54 xp, 3 MP, and over-budgeted 19 available funds based on what is in the account alone. So unless you've once again not informed the players of a change in the rules could someone kindly fix what the account says to match what the math does?

Oh and STILL waiting on one of you staffers to do the simple task of changing my characters tag to sennin. Been 30 days since I put in the request in the proper thread...

Last I knew, Heida and Kyo were working on checking the accounts, a task made complicated by the fact that some of the mp doesn't count towards your funds, given they elected to not let MP earned prior to that rule change count towards funds.

As for the rank, only Adamn, Darius, and Zackass can change that, so good luck.

When in Rome as the saying goes. Maybe if more than a handful of staff actually earned respect instead of demanding it while screwing off until things blow up in their faces and the site starts dieing I would have some. And maybe I wouldn't have to get nasty before someone actually does what they volunteered to do.

And I did the math based on that assumption. Assuming that the staff didn't screw up previous listings it should be fine. Though the fact that this isn't a one-off apparently and no warning was given to check our accounts says a lot. That someone can't admit to a mistake.

It's not that we were looking for errors or expecting errors, simply going over in CASE there were errors. Razz

We'll take a look at your account, no worries.

And yes if there had been problems with accounts we would have PM'd the people in question and if there would be many errors then we would most likely state that we have to change many account numbers, just before you ask if we are going to be changing things and letting 'the people' stay in the dark.

After doing the math I came to the conclusion that your numbers should be:

= 412 EXP
= 152 funds
= 251 MP

So you are missing 71 EXP points and 3 Available Funds but the MP numbers match up correctly.

Another person did the math as well and got the same numbers, so I am pretty confident they should be right. However I am completely fine with waiting with edits until you can do the math again just to be sure if you'd want.

You're the one who should know if they can make changes or not to the account. Her numbers are close enough to mine that I could care less.

I have handled it, just didn't want to jump on his account and make the edits if he'd have a problem with the numbers I got.

I was of the belief moderators could edit accounts, or else what would be the point of our Evaluations set up. This is why I was confused as to what Travis was going on about.

He was talking about changing the rank image to Sennin. I took care of that cause yeah it takes like two seconds lol.
