Long, time now but since I am moving to Kumogakure, due to the evacuation of Konoha, I am joining Kumogakure as a Jounin with Todd's permission. Edited stuff about Konoha, and changed to Kumogakure.

Hello. ^-^ I would prefer to see the jutsu in your clan details in a spoiler to clean it up some, and you need to fix the code error with centering the words Background Information. Otherwise this is all pretty straight forward and I see no problems with this application.

I do have a concern over the D ranked elemental jutsu which I am bringing up in the staff lounge, but otherwise this seems all in order to me.

I would like to add something.

Reppushou is indeed C-Rank.

Kazekiri is too powerful for a C-Rank, it should be at least B-Rank.

Kazegaeshi - Wind Return is a Kenjutsu technique according to Naruto Wiki, remove it.

Atsugai - Pressure Damage is B-Ranked.

Haisekishou - Burning Ash Accumulation is B-Ranked.

Actually, we've been missing one last thing. Please edit the topic of this thread and change Konoha Jounin to Kumo Jounin. XD Not sure how we missed that up till now.

Over-looking the app it looks more like a chuunin based application to me. Would you be fine with chuunin within the village?

There isn't anything wrong with the application so it would get approval from me now, it is just simple (in a good way). ^^
