I'd like to see people allowed a single, non-custom, jutsu that is 1 rank higher than their level. In the show, all the genin have their special "Omg, they shouldn't be able to do that!" moves that win them exams and what not.

I actually agree with this. It would be one thing which could personalize each specific genin. But I believe the jutsu would have to be custom, no rasengan or chidori. Also, the jutsu would have to have a lot of training for it. Smile

I dunno, I think it should have to be a non-custom jutsu. In the show, all the genin learned through tricks from their sensei, except NAruto. He stole his. However, each and everyone one of them had a recognizable higher ranked jutsu, not one of their own creation.

Yeah, pretty cool. So the Jounin sensei creates a custom jutsu for each member of his team based on their fighting/roleplaying style, and trains it them?

Well, TECHNICALLY Genin have enough chakra to preform atleast 3 B-Ranks, but lack of chakra control at that rank might knock it down to one It bears bringing up at the least

I think a bit more allowance for creativity would be nice... so much is banned or restricted that it is difficult to do even simple things. or people view a simple thing as "out of line because there is this"... as it stands there is very little you can do to have your char stand out as a unique idea

*Clans with combined elements, even if there are restrictions

*Teaching the the jutsu for the student, the Jutsu should be a custom jutsu that both student and master created, maybe even a double team jutsu

I personally think combined elements should be allowed without KKG, though they have to be achieved with correct training via someone who already possesses said element.
