Rai stands at 5'8 and weighs about 130 pounds, he has slightly tan skin and has a red bandana where his eyes are, the bandana is see through from his point of view and under it he has blood red eyes. He has blonde hair with a tan jacket with red on the trim of it, on his back is the uchiha symbol. He wears a white under shirt with a necklace with a pair of hand cuffs on it, he wears black jeans and blue sneakers. His weapon pouch is on his right leg and has a hidden pocket size notebook and pencil in his jacket. He has a small scroll with him at all times that is on his right hip. The handcuffs have the konoha symbol on them and they are silver as well. They can be used against someone though since the chain is broken off and replaced with a wire it is useless. He leaves his jacket unbuttoned at all times and sometimes sticks his important things into the two side pockets on said jacket. The jacket also has a hidden pocket inside of it where he keeps his notebook and pencil.
Personality:
Rai is a laid back person and enjoyable to be around when he is with his friends, though when alone he becomes closed off, he won't talk to many people and will usually stay away from crowds. When he is with his friends though he will have his notebook out making small notes about things and a few lyrics here and there, he loves animals and he has been known to sometimes speak in rhyms or say something that doesn't match the moment. When in battle though he becomes a very reliable person and will protect his teammates the best he can. His main hobbies are either making rhymes or listening to the music that will play in his head making him dance at random if he feels like it. He will sometimes play with animals or attempt to teach them how to dance even though it sounds ridiculous he finds it amusing. Though he usually is anti voilence he will fight when necessary and tends to wing most things when he hasn't had the time to make a plan. When he feels that he doesn't understand something he will try to figure it our while doing something else, most importantly though is that if he doesn't understand something a ninja does he will shrug it off or ask them if it seems extremly weird to him.

Origin: Rai was walking around town one day when he noticed a sword shop selling those two swords, the price was hefty and it would cost him most of his money he got from the will of his parents since they hardly had anything. When the man looked at him he decide not to sell them to rai yet. He said to rai "go work around town and get more money and i'll reduce the price." Rai smiled and spent three weeks working till he went to the man again and managed to buy the swords. He never lets them leave his sight for too long.

Background Information
History:
Rai was born May 15 at 3:14 pm, Rai had two other siblings born two years later after he was born, he was always taking care of them when his parents asked for help. Rai's child hood was normal until the worst happened to him when he turned six. Robbers broke into the house and killed his parents in their sleep, they took his siblings hostage and told him to find something valuable around the house to give them. For every ten minutes he didn't they would kill one of his siblings. He ran around the house checking every place, he found nothing but a vase. He picked it up but it was too heavy for him but he carried it down the stairs, till he tripped and hit the floor breaking the vase. Ten minutes were up and he saw a kunai on the floor, he grabbed it and saw one of the men slice his younger brother, He started to cry as he freaked out. He closed his eyes shut then reopened them and saw that his last sibling, his younger sister was under a genjutsu that made her unaware of her surroundings. He charged the men and killed the one who murdered his younger brother. The other two men backed up and saw what he didn't, he had the appearance of a devil holding, his looked as if he would spit fire any moment. He was covered in the mans blood as he was still crying, he pointed the kunai at the other two men as he threw the kunia at one of them and grabbed the other kunai the man used. They deflected it and ran up to him and his sister, they put a kunai to her throat and threatened to kill her if he moved. He didn't move as they tied him up, one left to search the house and the other stayed behind to watch him. The man left to go to the bath room as he began to cut through his ropes with a piece of the vase. The man returned as rai tackled him to the ground and began to stab him repeatedly, even after he was long dead he kept stabbing until the other man came and saw the blood everywhere from rai's non stop stabbing. He took a step back shocked on how a kid was this violent and deadly. Rai looked him in the eyes as he got up and ran towards him, the two ran through out the house until the man was backed up against a window as rai came closer and closer. The man jumped through the window and killed himself by accident, the neighbors had just came outside to see what was going on next door and saw rai looking out the window looking at the man's corpse. The konoha police came and took him and his sister away from that house as they cleaned up, when they found him he was covered in blood and passed out as he had his sister's roped on the floor. They put them both in an orphanage though his sister commited sucided after her first year not being able to live without her parents or her other brother. Rai was enrolled in the academy as he stayed at the orphanage, he ended up buying two swords he held dear to him and never left his side.
Academy Arc
Through out his time in the academy he was the top student in his studies, though he mainly focused on keeping his swordsmanship in top form. Everyday his friends would ask him where he was yesterday and he would just say training, he never said he was trying to master his kenjutsu. He was never the one in the academy who would attempt to skip a day, though he did it everyonce and a while when he was too tired or didn't feel like going. He prefered people not know though his teachers all knew and tried to give him extra homework so he would stop pushing himself so far. He never stopped, he could finish the homework easily and he always would try to master it and at the same time hang out with his friends. He never could though and slowly stop spending so much time around them, he always would make it up once a week though an always explain to them how he wants to become the best. They would just say they understood and let that topic rest. He would slowly start spending more time in the forest training and playing with the animals. Many people who saw him usually didn't say high or anything because it was weird to try to make animals dance. He would sometimes just have the birds and other ones just lay down beside him as he would right new ryhmes. The days would pass even though they were peaceful they just didn't do much other than relax him. He would feel empty inside as he craved to make his kenjutsu fully devolped, he had no one else. This village was nothing but just a small bond he shared with people and animals. If he wished he could have left and no one would have really noticed it at all, he could have gone away and joined a different village. Make a new life for no one but him and slowly gain much more power than he ever could. But he stayed none the less shaking such thoughts out of his head, he couldn't leave or else he would be considered a missing ninja and he didn't want that. When he gradutated he was happy, and continued on with his life he still trained with his swords though as much as possible.
Genin Arc
He had just gradutated from the academy as he and his friends went their seprate ways, he still trains as much as he can and still uses those to swords as often. He still smiles though and attempts to keep a good attitude. When he would get depressed he would listen to the beat that plays in his head for some reason, then he would begin to cheer up.
Role-Play Sample:
"Yo! Keep on Dancing!" Rai said as he would walk around the village, he would be talking to the birds as they spun in a circle acting like a ballerina. It amused him at the thought as he keep listening to that beat in his head, it never went off, it was like he was a Dj in a club with that beat always going. It would change but never go away, he smiled as he decided he should stopped and rest, he walked over to a tree and climbed up it till he was at the top seeing everything. He smiled and stood up completly as he just kept smiling at everything he saw, he was listening to the beat and let it take over as he began to dance on top of the tree. He was caught up in the beat he wouldn't notice anything around him unless it affected him personally. He was just smiling the whole time enjoying himself as he was acting as if the world was truely care free.

there is no kenjutsu specialty, it falls under weaponry With weaponry you get a main and sub weapon.

Try to add some more detail about the appearance of your sword. Like, how many pounds they weigh, how many feet in height and width are they, do they have an special trinkets hanging off them?
For Origin's, try to add more onto it. Like, how did your character stumble upon the sword in the shop? Did he have to save up money to finally buy it? Be creative.  |

Sorry been edited for about a day forgot to say something.
Also its like body flicker technique. You go from one spot to another almost instantly but instead this move has you not just go from one to another in a blink of an eye instead you slowly disappear to a new spot. |
