OOC: I am accepted by the way, just colorless.

Akashi is recently new to Kumogakure. He hails from Kirigakure, the land where mist conqueres the land. He now lives in a completely different terrain. Akashi used to love taking morning walks in Kiri, he loved the ocean mist hitting his childish face. The ocean was not very far from where he used to live, the ocean was pretty much his backyard. In Kumo, his backyard were the mountains surrounding him. He always wanted to see the mountains face to face. It wasn't far from his quarters, he woke up early in the morning.. around five o clock to be exact. He got lost along the way since he isn't very familiar with the streets in Kumo. He arrived to the famous Grey Mountain's of Kumogakure. They were now in front of his face and he was astonished of there height.

He has never seen mountains these tall in Kirigakure, there were volcanoes and hills but no mountains. He was amazed at the size of these huge things. History, the first thought he had when he saw these mountains. There has to be a lot of history and myths behind these mountains. Clouds circled the base of the mountains, these mountains seemed to reach the heavens. 'I wonder how many battles were fought on these mountains,' he whispered to himself. He was ready to go up the mountain but he didn't have the gear or experience to up by himself. He left all of his weaponry back at his house so for now, he's going to explore around the mountains without going to high to be lost or in danger.

Akashi slowly walked towards one of the smallest hills around the mountains. He wanted to get a good view of Kumogakure from the top of the hill. He estimated it would take about an hour to get on top of the hill and back down and by looking at the sun, it was about six o clock so he would climb the mountain and he would be back down by seven o clock. He smiled and started climbing the steep hill. He climbed for about five minutes and he was already tiring. He wasn't even seven meters off the ground when he was already exausted and he had to take a break. 'I have no chance.. to climb this hill.. It's to steep..' He closed his eyes and laid on the grass around him, his mind drifted away and he was quickly in slumber. He probably only slept for ten minutes and birds were chirping. He jumped and woke up all of the birds that were getting there breakfast. Akashi got up and started to descend down, he was tired and he knew he couldn't climb any further so he is just going to 'chill' at the bottom of the hill and enjoy the beautiful dawn. If only he has someone to climb this difficult hill. He needed someone to help him, support him and love him. Not a romantic or a family kind of love but friendly human love. He needed a friend.

Miku liked sleeping in. She wasn't always able to, but she enjoyed it none-the-less. However, today was not one of those days. It was last night when she had decided that she would go on a nice walk around Kumogakure no Sato. Specifically, the Grey Mountains. She had been there many times before, sometimes accompanied by her family when she was young, and sometimes simply by herself. The Grey Mountains were beautiful! A masterpiece to behold! This is what she firmly believed in. What made her want to visit them was unsure, but she had decided to anyways. So, she rolled out of bed, hair a mess. Miku yawned and groaned, dragging herself to her dresser. The woman shed off her pajamas and pulled out more decent clothing for the walk. She slipped on a sleeve-less aqua blue shirt, black pants that ended just at her ankles, and black wrist length finger-less gloves. Afterwards, she grabbed her brush and began to comb out her tangles and loose strands of hair. It took at least five minutes, but that was alright with her. Out in front of her then laid a box filled with various hair barrettes.

'Hmm... Which one should I choose?' she questioned herself. She had so many of them, nearly pushing into the two hundreds, it was difficult to decide! She thought of the Grey Mountains. They always had such perfect white fluffy clouds. That pushed her to her decision, picking a hair barrette with a tiny little white cloud. Her bangs were then pushed back and held firmly into place by the barrette. She then rushed out of her bedroom and into the kitchen, pulling out some candies from her candy jar and shoving them in her pant pockets. Hard candies, soft candies, lollipops, and bubblegum. She had them all! Finally, she slipped on some white flip-flops and headed out.

It was early in the morning, nearing six o' clock. The walk from her apartment and to the mountains would take at least fifteen minutes, maybe twenty-five minutes. She hummed to herself, enjoying the walk. A few early bird citizens waved over at her and she returned the gesture. Birds were chirping and the tree's leaves were rustling from the slight breeze. It was just like most days. Some of the children were already up and running around through out the streets and parks of Kumogakure no Sato. They made Miku smile and giggle. Children were so cute! She threw some of her candy at them and walked away, in direction of the mountain. She arrived shortly after, still morning with the sun shining. Miku was at the very bottom of the mountain. It was so tall and majestic! Miku pulled out a piece of bubblegum and began chewing as she took in the scene. Was anyone else here? She looked around. There was a boy, a young one at that. He did seem to have any equipment. Was he here to climb? Did he have trouble? Or was he only walking around and enjoying the mountain's presence. Miku continued to chew her bubble gum as she approached the boy. She reached him and stood in front of him with her hands on her hips. The woman blew a bubble and let it pop. She chewed some more and then stopped. "Hey, kid! You climbing the Big Grey for the first time? Or have you been here before? They're big, alright, but I'm sure you noticed! I mean, how could you not?" she spoke a little loud, but otherwise friendly. She gave a small laugh, "Kuku!"

She took a longer look at the boy as she waited for him to speak. He was short, something she could relate to. He had spiky and puffy hair, an overbite, and big brown eyes. What a cute little kid! She gave a boy smile to show she was friendly and continued to look at him. Miku noticed a slight bump on his nose. Being a medical ninja, she could easily tell the cause. It had to have been from a broken nose in the past, probably even more than once. However, she did not want to appear rude, and she did not look at his nose for long. The woman blew another bubble and let it pop, before chewing it again. A breeze tumbled around, rustling the grass and leaves, along with her hair.

Akashi was dumbfounded by the clouds surrounding the Grey Mountains. He barely noticed a woman in front of him, he kind of jumped when he saw her. She was pretty short for a grown-up but she was taller than him. She wore a aqua blue sleveless shirt with a pair of black pants. She had beautiful long orange-red.. or maybe pink hip length hair. She wore a barrette, probably to keep her bangs out of her face, it had a cloud design on it.. It's pretty odd to see a grown up with a designed barrette, but he won't judge since he is childish as well. On top of that, she had emerald green eyes as light as chlorophyll.

The lady was chewing bubble gum and she blew a bubble in his face. "Hey, kid! You climbing the Big Grey for the first time? Or have you been here before? They're big, alright, but I'm sure you noticed! I mean, how could you not?" What the fuck,? He thought. The woman then gave a small chuckle and a smile. She isn't a threat.. Just friendly. He noticed the woman looking at his physical features. First thing he noticed was that she was looking at his hair, overbite and short stature. He was getting irritated but he kept it inside, he didn't want to get mad at a woman he didn't even know. He wondered if this lady was coincidence that she came to the Grey Mountain's or if fate brought them together.. A wind came along and blew the scent of the gum to his nose. He kinda wanted bubble gum now.. He stared at the woman's mouth and thought about chewing gum but he didn't want to be rude and not reply to her question. "Yes, mam. This is my first time to the Grey Mountain's, and yes they are pretty big!" He gave her a big cheesy smile, "Akashi by the way.. Koori Akashi. I'm new to Kumogakure, what's your name, stranger?"

His stomach started to growl loudly and he blushed. He hasn't eaten since lunch from yesterday. Akashi is in the mood for eggs and a little bit of tamagoyaki. He hoped that they lady didn't notice his hunger. He kinda hoped that she did notice and offered him some gum. For a minute, he started thinking.. Is this woman a kunoichi? Or just a citizen? He needed a sensei to train him, he wanted to be strong and protect people. He wanted to prove that he is something bigger than just a boy with a bloodline trait. He wanted everyone to know his name and believe in him. He needed a person that believed in his abilities.. That helped him improve his current power.

Everyone in his family unit believed in him, since he was the only sibling that had any motivation to become something greater than just a normal citizen. He was the only one with the Koori KKG. He had the ability to manipulate ice and he thought it was the greatest thing in the world. To be the only 'special' one, his mom actually preferred him over the other two siblings. His mother always loved power, and she gave birth to power. He wanted the village to recognize him like his family does. He want's to fight hard for the right to be named a shinobi, a powerful shinobi. He must hope and dream hard enough, improve his abilities and knoledge. Has fate brought this woman to him, to help him and believe in him? Is she going to be the friend that he always wanted to meet ever since he came to Kumo? He hopes.

Miku already liked him! She would have returned a wide cheesy grin smile to match the boy's, but she was hit with a sudden recall of memory. "Koori...Koori... Koori? Koori! Holy haiku! I once had a student that was a Koori! Your kekkei genkai is ice, right?" she said, stomping one foot onto the ground while snapping her finger. Her eyes sparkled, proud she had remembered the detail, despite it not actually being all that important. Yes, eighty percent of the time, this was how Miku acted. "Oh, sorry! Kukuku! I'm Miku Tetsumi, Jounin of Kumogakure no Sato." she said with quite the amount of enthusiasm. Both hands were held firmly at her hips, though she moved one to offer the boy a hand to shake. She blew another pink bubble and let it pop. As the kunoichi was doing so, she couldn't help but to here a loud growl. Was it an animal? A stray dog? A rabid evil squirrel? The latter didn't seem logical, but she thought of it anyways, because this is how she was. She briefly glanced around her surroundings. No animal, with the exception of the birds, were in the immediate area. Not in the bushes. Not by the hill. Nowhere.

So, what had it been? Her bright green eyes looked back at the boy to see if he had the same curiosity of whatever made the noise, only to see that he was blushing. Miku tilted her head to the side, wondering what could have caused his reaction. Had she said something? Was he just shy? It wouldn't have been the first time she had met someone like that, but he hadn't seemed very shy when speaking. "Hmm..." The smell of bubble gum was then thrown into the air from the breeze and the kunoichi couldn't help but to take a whiff. It was then that the woman put it together. The growling had been from Akashi's stomach. He was hungry.

Her eyebrows rose, blowing another bubble. The hand that had been settled on her hip reached into her pocket to pull out a bubble gum. She held it out, offering it to the boy. "Ohohoho! I see, I see! You're hungry? Want one? Or would you like some soft candy or hard candy? Sweet or sour? I have a lot in my pocket. I've loved candy since I was a child. I haven't stopped eating it since then!" she said, grinning, eyes practically glowing like a child's. The kunoichi assumed he would take some, but she couldn't actually be sure. After all, not everyone loved candy as much as she did. Her train of thought than centered more on the boy. He was new to Kumogakure no Sato, but being a Koori, she found it very likely that he was a shinobi for Kumogakure. She wondered where his originally home was. More than likely it was Kirigakure no Sato, but she had to wonder for the sake of wondering. Miku's mother had been apart of Konohagakure no Sato but moved to Kumogakure no Sato.

The village was Miku's home despite nearly every single person of her clan being in Konohagakure. She wondered if Akashi felt the same about living in Kumo, despite how he 'should' have been in Kiri. Perhaps he did not like it? Perhaps he felt alone in the big village? It then lead her to wonder if he had any family in Kumo. Miku had never had any siblings, but she was very close with her parents, as well as a few other individuals of the village. She couldn't imagine being alone.

The red haired lady looked like a kind woman, a woman who refuses to act her age just like Akashi. He liked that, he liked her, he likes crazy girls, he thinks thats cool. She is going to make a great mother, he thought. Her siblings must really love her crazy attitude. She had a certain sparkle in her eyes that showed the world that she means no harm that she is kind and is friendly. Without a grin on her mouth, she would still look kind and filled with life. It's rare to see a grown woman with an attitude like her, most of them have a 'mothers' attitude but she had a teenage attitude like him. She would be really cool at school, he thought. The kind of teacher that would let her students do whatever and she would be cool with it. She would teach in a fun way, not like most boring academy teachers now a days. He always hated school but he needed to pay attention to pass. He needed to learn how to be a ninja in the academy.. If only she was a academy school teacher when he was a student. He drifted away from the world and he forgot that he was in a convesation with this woman. "Koori...Koori... Koori? Koori! Holy haiku! I once had a student that was a Koori! Your kekkei genkai is ice, right? Oh, sorry! Kukuku! I'm Miku Tetsumi, Jounin of Kumogakure no Sato."

Miku gestured her hand towards him and he shaked it firm but gentle as well. He laughed, "Your pretty funny!" He gave her a small grin, "Yes, the Koori clan's famous kekkei genkai is Hyouton or Ice Manipulation. They hail from Kirigakure. Hmm.. A student you say? It's pretty rare for Koori's to be out of Kirigakure, most of my family lives over there." He had a sad expression on his face when he said family.. But there are Koori's in Kumo.. So he's not as far from home as he thought. He saw that she started looking around after his stomach was growling.. He was kinda nervous that she was going to find out that it was him who was hungry. She scanned the perimeter for some reason, maybe she was looking for something or someone. He was embarassed because he figured out that she was looking for an animal growling when it was his stomach, he blushed.. again. She looked at him and said, "Ohohoho! I see, I see! You're hungry? Want one? Or would you like some soft candy or hard candy? Sweet or sour? I have a lot in my pocket. I've loved candy since I was a child. I haven't stopped eating it since then!"

Eeekkkk! He thought. He loved candy but he didn't want to be rude.. He wanted to say no but he would be a freeloader. He didn't know what to do.. "Ummm.. Sure, sweet candy is good? I'm obsessed with candy! It's a passion!!" He hoped that he would get chocolate, because he is in love with chocolate. He loves the smell and taste of it. He likes it when it melts in his mouth and he could taste the creamy milk chocolate go down his throat. Yummm! But candy isn't good in the morning, last time he ate some he had stomach pains throughout the whole morning and it stopped for about an hour until he really.. really had to use the restroom. He didn't come out of there until maybe an hour later. He glanced at the sky and looked at the position of the sun. It was almost seven o'clock in the morning. He could hear people moving around in the village. I guess he would eat candy and then breakfast in the village.

The woman nodded her head while he spoke and laughed, "I've never heard it referred to as a passion, but I suppose it is!"

She replaced the bubble gum that had been laying in her hand with a handful of small candies varying in sweet flavors. "I personally like the green apple, but cherry is good, too." smiling as she placed them in the boy's hand. It was then that out of nowhere her eyebrows furrowed and her chewing completely ceased. Miku was becoming more and more hungry, thinking of candy. "You know, I've only just realized that I haven't eaten anything yet besides this bubble gum. I'm becoming rather hungry... " she said as if she was confused as to why her stomach was empty. Miku hadn't eaten anything when she woke up. She had been far too fixated on getting dressed and walking out the door. Her bright green eyes shifted towards the left and then back to the right, weighing the options in her head. "You can't go on a walk or climb a mountain when you're hungry..." she said aloud, not caring if the boy wanted to hear her go on with her thoughts. A clock felt like it was ticking in her head. What to do, what to do? She had just gotten to the mountain, but it was becoming clear that she would have to leave it in order to go eat.

Her attention went back to Akashi, who was looking up at the sky. The sky was very blue and the sun was already shining fairly bright. People were starting their day and moving around. From elders to children, the village was already becoming busy. Noise built up from all angles and the chirping of birds were drowned out. The woman blew one final bubble and then spat her bubble gum into it's original wrapping, placing it in another pocket to throw away later. She didn't want to be a litter bug. Especially not in front of a child, that would set the wrong example. She was supposed to look like a hero. "Would you like to go out and eat with me? My treat! We can come back afterwards and climb this beast of a mountain! Kukukuku!" she proposed, laughing, and feeling confident that he wouldn't say 'no'. It was true, Miku loved company. She didn't care what age or gender, as long as she could be social, she was satisfied. Though there was times when it put people off, it also had its perks. The woman wasn't picky with her friends. She embraced damn near everyone. Having the desire to be a hero, she was particularly protective and that seemed to drive her further along her line of work. It was then that she actually considered teaching or training with the boy. She wouldn't officially become his sensei, she imagined, but she could show him a trick or two. "Maybe I might teach you a thing or two... We'll see. It'll depend on what you specialize in, you know? We'll just have to see."

Enjoyment flickered in her eyes and she gave him a thumbs up, grinning from ear to ear. The familiar breeze blew by the duo and around them. Thoughts of delicious breakfast food clouded her mind. Pancakes? Eggs? Ham? Biscuits? Tomatoes? It all sounded good. Even non-breakfast foods sounded yummy at the moment. Ramen? Sandwiches? Soup? A quick grumble escaped from her stomach, unlike the boy however, she only laughed at the silly growl rather than blush. She patted her stomach lightly and tilted her head to the side like from before. "See? Let's go eat!" Miku said, turning her body the opposite direction, the one she had came from. The sun shined a little brighter and she could feel the heat increase in the slightest. This was how it always felt in Kumogakure in Miku's opinion. She loved it very much and soon hoped that Akashi and others would love the village.

"Ha, well I am a very weird boy! You should know that by now!" He grinned and laughed quietly. He saw that Miku was handing him candy and put some in his pocket and he put a red cherry candy in his mouth and waited for it to dissolve in his mouth. The woman was hungry as well and asked him to go eat. He didn't know if he should accept the offer but then she said that she might teach him a few tricks. It would be good that he learned how to use his scythe efficiently. It's a dangerous and useful weapon after all, why let it go to waste. He also wanted to improve his KKG abilities but he needed another Koori for that. Unless if he can train himself.. That excited him, "Sure.. Let's go eat!"
