| I've been playing a while, and after Spam Section was added, I think people were skipping what they were supposed to do. People were also getting inactive, I think improvements are needed and while I won't be online, I just don't hope I get banned for saying that. I know the Staffs have been working hard on this and all, but I'm just afraid that this is going to work out for me. And when I got the PM from Todd that the village might be dropped, I was getting a little mad.
So my point is, I'm thinking that people are inactive and the storyline isn't working out.
Well, bye for now then, I'll be dropping by to see the changes. |

| Well, Tahji, you do know that your leaving doesn't benefit the site either, thus making it more inactive. Way to use intelligence and common sense.
Also, stop using the fucking spam section as a damned excuse. Cara said something relating to this, but, apparently, if people are regarding it as one and apparently it is becoming more important, maybe we should get rid of it.
And in regards to cutting the village, I support it 100%. No need to get mad over it. It would cut it to two villages like 1.0 had, thus making either village have more people, and if two villages have more people, that would technically mean, even if half the village went inactive., it would still be quite active. So, common sense goes a long way. Learn to use it. |

| Wow, Chaotic's comment was 100% called for. Oh no, wait, it wasn't called for an the least. Please try to insult people just because they're frustrated. When you call people stupid, they might not want to come back, which also doesn't help the Inactivity, or stop people from leaving
While your explanation is valid, so is Tahji's anger. If I waited for as long as I have, just to have Kiri dropped, I would be down right livid. So yeah, cut the guy some slack and stop acting like he's being a baby. Tahji is completely justified in both his exasperation, as well as his anger. |

| Well, if you look at it, he quite is. Everyone always seems to have an excuse for their leaving, and yes, it is inactive, but this should just make us all strive to make it active once again. And things like this don't help..
And if people fail to see that, they really need to use some intelligence. |

| No, you fail to see that this is a place about fun. If you're not having fun here, you have every reason, and every right to leave. =P |

| Again, good point. But, if you're not having fun, you do have a right to leave, but why leave? if you miss the fun, then you're going to feel like an ass because you did so. |

| Alright, while both of you make valid points, this discussion between the two of you would be best taken to PM; Wind and Initake.
I understand why you might feel annoyed about Kumo being dropped Tahji, so you're anger is justified in that way and you have every right to voice your opinions. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to voice them in General Discussion? Rather than leave over it? Remember, when the going gets tough; the tough get going. |

Uhhh.. Aaron. That could be taken in two different lights. 1) Being you are referring to Tahji as being tough for going/bailing on something that needs him at such an important time. or 2) that the tough get going refers to people actually effectively role-playing, hence 'going' and achieving something. I rather believe you mean the latter (option 2), but I would like this confirmed.
Tahji, you know my relationship with you and all. You're needed and known, you need to hang around; you need to set an example if you want any hope at being recognized significantly. Doing this, is not setting an example. But alas, a decision is a decision - if you leave, you have my greatest thanks and humblest wishes for a good life. |

| I meant option 2, but thanks for publicly pointing out my grammatical flaw and embarressing me publicly. |

| I'm not trying to throw a low blow here Tahji, but you have no right to contradict the spam section considering you are one of the major offenders, I had to PM you to tone it down before losing your Spam privileges, yet where are your recent roleplays? Your fitting the criteria of member you are frustrated with. I hope you stay though, I have known you for quiet a while and it would be said to see you leave.
Wind, your taking a little out on Initake for not acknowledging that Tahji is frustrated? Re-read Ini's posts, clearly there is frustration there too, no? Although I believe if somebody is lacking roleplay motivation, they should have a minor break whether it be from roleplaying while they lurk in the chatbox or just a week or so from the site in a whole. If people aren't having fun, they aren't trying hard enough, if they really aren't having fun, then I suppose they could leave. It's not what you suspect from people that stood by the site for a long time though, through shit like hackings. Wind, you have been a person who has asked me to bring some fun into it. Though not too many members are acknowledging all the different options already set up for you guys. You have the regular ONRPG Forums, where you roleplay in your village, travel out there sometimes to partake in missions and such, all a part of your characters development, this includes plot development. We have the OFFRPG, which means your character can be killed, practically whatever happens, is voided at the end of the fight as if it never happened to your character. We have a vast selection of Missions which are pre-created and even offer you the option to create your own, with custom NPC's too. You can then request to a staff member or even a well known good roleplayer, to play the NPC in the mission to make it even more interesting. You have the Hall of Fame section, which doesn't include roleplaying itself, but was made to push roleplayers to do their best to achieve awards and be praised for their efforts via roleplay.
We as a staff team have set up many alternatives for you and you do ask for more. It's expected, so we are delivering more things, although some haven't gone as appreciated, yet still got the reaction we were looking for. (See banner for hint )
Sorry I did get a little off topic, but I think I verified some options for you Tahji....

Every person has a right to have fun here but it is also common courtesy to help the fun last. Not leave as soon as the fun is gone. Things will not get fixed if people are not trying. There is no need to rely solely on the staff to take care of you like they are your parents, members must contribute as well if they are to expect any changes in activity or fun. |

| Unfortunately that is a long enough absence to be stripped of your character position. |
