Personality:
Kirashi is outgoing at times, but when in a situation under pressure, or when he is nervous, he sometime gets shy. He has a hard time making friends, because he sometimes seems "too outgoing" or "too shy". But he fights for what is important to him, and protects the people he loves. He is very intelligent, and loves to read. He also is a tech-whiz, so he carries all the technology he can get his hands on. He will sometimes just go to his secret cove and read, meditate, or train for up to days at a time.
Kirashi also has ADHD Combined, so he is looking for a doctor to get some medication for it. He likes lateral thinking puzzles and riddles. He loves to read and write, and likes soccer, swimming, basketball, and he is very hardworking. He has written three full length trilogies, two 5-book series, and a few stand alone books.

This is a potent advanced element in which the Shingouki clan members can access; a combination of both Lightning and Wind. Those with the pulse element can use a variety of electromagnetic pulses to trigger neurological supplementary effects on ones self and the opponent. In many cases, these are genjutsu reminiscent effects established through ninjutsu. The length in which these effects can be granted depends on the skill of the user, by rank as expressed in the chart bellow. These apply to all pProxy-Connection: keep-alive

The pulse elements abilities can be defined in two 'types'; either inhibitors or exciters. Inhibitors reduce or constrict certain functions on a neurological level, slowing or stopping processes that can help or hurt ones performance. Exciters increase or promote the function of some neurological processes, increasing ones abilities or senses; however can also be used as weapon, as hypersensitivity can cause damage to the bodies processes. However, all of these effects aren't necessarily active in that they aren't attacking techniques, rather status afflicting techniques. Most of these effects end should something come between the user and the target to break the signal.

Each technique is by default linear; in other words, it can only effect and target one individual at a time. There may be exceptions but only on a jutsu by jutsu basis. The effect of the signals can stack, as in one can be hindered by multiple afflictions at a time, however all techniques that require pulse signal are broken simultaneously when something interrupts the feed.

Because of the affinity of the Clans element, they have the sensory capability to sense living things by their heart beat; one of the steady and constant neurological processes of the body. In this way, they can track living things at close distances (equal to the rank to signal range above) with easy. Also, those in the clan have a built in compass of sorts that is in tune with the electromagnetic pull of the world itself. They will thus, be able to tell their north, south, east and west, at any time, from anywhere.

Most techniques require that the user form a number of hand signs that shape the effect and then release a signal that the targets body picks up on. These signals are chakra based and are hardly visible to the naked eye, however those with chakra sensory abilities can notice them as a wave of chakra. Though they are hard to stop these waves cannot pass through physical (solid) object. Thus while it can travel through water and air, any sort of physical defense will stop the advance of pulse element waves. Thus while it is hard to recognize, it is easy to defend against. For instances where the techniques are used on the self; no hand signs are required.

However, one will, for that post, lack that sense. For example, if a genjutsu effected site, they would have to blind themselves for a posts to remove the genjutsu.

Description: The user forcibly increases heart rate by increasing the electrical pulse of the heart itself with pulse element chakra. The blood vessels in the body are widen and strained allowing increased physical performance and increased oxygen flow to the body producing a 10% boost in speed and strength that lasts for three posts; however as a result of being strained, the blood vessels will then go into resections; where movement is restricted. Thus decreasing ones speed and strength by 10% for a single post after use. One can also use this technique on an external target by forming the needed hand signs.

Description: The user will form three hand signs before releasing an electromagnetic pulse at the target. This is a technique in which the user can perfectly copy the movement of their opponent by temporarily syncing with the opponent on a neurological level. This can only be done within a 15meter range of the opponent, and while it allows them to mimic movement temporarily, it doesn't allow them to copy physical attributes. Because of the copy requiring a signal connection, the signal can be broken if an object is placed between the user and the target, and a slight lag exists. (almost like the shadow mimic technique, but instead of your opponent copying you, you copy your opponent). Can be used at C-rank with hand signs, or at B-rank without.

Description: This is a pulse element technique in which the user can control metallic objects of D-rank or lower. Should the objects already be air born, the user can clap their hands together, releasing a pulse. All metallic objects in that pulse will be captured in the users dominion. They can then, by holding their hands together from the original clap, control the movement of the metallic object. One can also form a one handed hand sign with one hand and throw a metallic object with the right; controlling that single object while in flight. As soon as the hand sign/palm hold is release, the remote control effect ends. This technique becomes B-ranked if more then 10 objects are manipulated in this way.

It can also hold a small amount of chakra to revive Kirashi when he is passed out only, but it can only be used (look at this chart here)

Origin: This weapon was found in the ruins of Kirashi's grandfather's room, with a Aizuton chakra seal on the trapdoor that held it. It was crafted by Xenzu Shingouki, the Great-Great-Great-Great-Great Grandfather of Kirashi. It was made with a special material that cannot be named (as in no one knows what it is made out of), and no one has found anything like it. It was rumored that a member of an apposing village stole it for his own clan for quite some time, but it was re-acquired after confronting a shinobi that had used it. It was passed along for generations, with no one outside the clan knowing of its existence. Kirashi found out about it first as a child, when his parents were killed by two renegade shinobi. He remembered it later in his life, and found it later.

The trapdoor that contained the blade, was found with the symbol of Kumogakure in the middle, and surrounding it was:

Please note that this cannot save Kirashi, or any user, from death. It can only help them regain consciousness from lack of chakra (unfortunately, Kirashi has a habit of overworking himself, so it comes in handy after a while).

Background Information

History:
Birth and Toddler Years (Up to age 5)
Kirashi was born on July 14, in a hospital in Kumogakure. He was born with green-blue hair, extremely rare, but it had been passed along the bloodline of his family. Every 13 generations or so, someone would get the hair. His eyes matched the color of his hair, and he cried for 10 hours straight after his birth. He went home a few days after his birth, and slept most of the time up to 6 months old. At 6 months Kirashi began to talk. By his first birthday he could speak fluent English. He began to walk at 9 months as well. By the age of two Kirashi could read and write. He loved to read, and he still does to this day. A few days after his fifth birthday, Kirashi's parents were killed in an attack by renegade shinobi, getting revenge for killing their older brother. Kirashi wandered to Kumogakure, hoping to find some food and shelter.

Child Years
Kirashi stayed in an inn in Kirigakure owned by an elder woman named Sunaki. She took him in when she found him crying on a park bench. He did not trust the woman at first, and he was still shaken by his parent’s death. He did not speak for about 4 months, only eating what she gave him, sleeping, and reading. After a while he started softening up and she learned some things about him.
He told her about his parents, and how they died. He told them that he traveled a reasonable distance from their small home not far off from Kiri. He said that he was extremely sad and was starving, tired, and feeling like he had some broken or fractured bones. He also said how he started reading and writing at a young age, and loved to learn new things.
After learning about Kirashi’s passion to read and to gain knowledge, she took time out of her day to take him to the Library to read. After a few months, she would walk him there, then go run some errands or go back to the inn for a few hours before picking him up again. This was his daily routine up to when he started going to the ninja academy at age 8.
On Kirashi’s 6th birthday he got what he wanted to have, and what he thought he could never have enough of. Books. On his 6th birthday Sunaki gave him a huge vacant room on the top floor of the building that had been empty for years. In it: everything from his old room downstairs next to Sunaki’s, and a reasonable sized bookshelf filled with books. He sat in his room and read all day, all night, and eventually Sunaki had to tell him to go to sleep. Which of course, failed. Soon after, Sunaki discovered that Kirashi had ADHD (combined), which explained his sometime hyperactiveness.
He did not go to school, however, he did get a private tutor that was in fact a shinobi. He taught him the basic things of education, which he already knew. After the first month the shinobi had to start teaching him advanced things such as extremely high-level reading and essay writing, and advanced math such as Trigonometry and Calculus. Eventually his tutor asked him if he would join the Ninja Academy. He convinced him to start right after his 8th birthday.
Kirashi joined the ninja academy at age 8, and graduated at age 10. He was still striving to learn more, and to help others, so he stayed back to help tutor the kids that had attention and hyperactivity problems like Kirashi learn things. He, in favor, learned some more things. Eventually on his 13th birthday he applied to be a Genin and be placed in a team.

Genin Arc:
Once Kirashi became a Genin, he started looking for a house or an area to build a house in the Snowy Village. He has been training at the Academy still, with permission from the Senseis there, out back by himself, training his physical and jutsu skills.

Role-Play Sample:
"Mother! Father! Please don't die!" yelled the young boy. He had green-blue hair, his eyes bloodshot with tears that were rolling down his face, falling to the floor in a small, microscopic splash, silent even to the most powerful shinobi. He was wearing pajamas, torn by the rubble that had fallen only moments before, crashing down on him, crushing everything, except him. The cloud of dust had cloaked his vision, knowing making him blind to his parents slaughtering by two rouge shinobi, getting revenge after killing their older brother, who was terrorizing the town.

His pajamas were blue, with an assortment of small kunais, shurikens, senbons, katanas, and other shinbobi tools. On the shirt, right in the middle was the symbol of Kirigakure, his parent's town that they would venture off to only a short (to them) walk to the town, where they would go shopping, to get their assignments, and to do who knows what. The young boy's skin was pale, his hands shaking, they could not stop, and his voice just squeaking through his uncontrollable sobs of sadness and scariness. He wanted to get to them...

He started sprinting to them, but they would just keep moving away from him at the same pace he was going. After 10 minutes, he stopped to pant, and to let out more sobs. Right after he started up again, it went dark. No sound, no movement, no wind, no nothing. It lasted no more then a second, and everything went back to normal. He looked over to where his parents were, but they had disappeared. He sprinted to the spot, finally moving, and investigated the spot where they laid, but nothing was there. He fell to his knees, sobbing, bawling, until he could no more. He was about to black out, when he heard a voice behind him, soothing and peaceful. He took all the effort he could to not black out. The voice spoke once more, "Kirashi... sweetie..."
He knew that voice. That voice that sang him to sleep every night. He whirled around to find two figures walking towards him, only their silhouettes showing.
"Mom!?", shouted the boy in disbelief, "Is it really you!?"
"Yes sweetie... It is me..." said one of the silhouettes, not stopping. He was about to run towards them, but right before he was going to run to them, they stepped into the light. It was his parents, but they were almost dead, blood dripping from them, their faces almost green with the stench of death reeking from them.
"AAAHHH!!!!", yelled the child
"Do not worry, son," said the boy's father, "We are hear for you..."
"Good! But we need to get help!"
"No sweetie..."
"I don't think we do..." (father)
"But YOU!" as his parents said in unison, as they pulled out knives.
"NO!" the boy shouted as the knives were coming down on him. Here it was, at his face.
"No! Pleeaa-"

The boy shot up. He was still hurt, but his parents were lying there once more. He ran towards them, flipped them over to see them on the verge of death. He started crying once again.
"Do not worry, remember us always." said the mother
"Become a shinobi, fulfill your destiny!" said the father
"No! Not without you!"
"Your gr-gr-grandfather's room... the famil-", but she died before she could finish.
"Remember ussssssssssssssss----" and his father died right there on the spot too.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO-"

Kirashi shot up. He was panting hard, his face red, his eyes bloodshot. He focused his eyes and tears filled his eyes. He started to softly cry, a single tear shed, down his face, into his comforter, and then more tears started falling. He started to cry harder, sobs coming on.
"Mother... Father... Grandpa..."
"Purrrr-rrr-rrrr" purred an animal.
"Gen-Genera!" said Kirashi as he looked up.
"Reeowr!" she meowed.
"Good girl," he said, fighting back the tears, wiping the rest off his face and out of his eyes, "I'm sorry I woke you up..." He started to pet her, the baby snow leopard's fur soft as silk, her eyes a silver-ish light blue eyes glistened.
"Uhhh... I think I might just lounge around today, what do you say girl?"

Genera is snow white with black sort-of-stripes in her back and spots on the rest of her. Her teeth are white as Kirashi brushes them every week. She is in perfect condition, perfect weight (about 60 lbs). She has pure silver eyes, lined with gold. This is very uncommon. They usually have grey or pale eyes.
Personality: Genera is a bit like Kirashi. She is shy at times, but once she feels comfortable she is very outgoing. She is extremely loyal and almost never leaves his side. She is also very intelligent. She will wake him up and gets help when Kirashi overworks himself (again) and fetch his Wing Blade.
Background: Kirashi met Genera when he was walking to Kumogakure after his parents were murdered by renegade shinobi. She was found by another snow leopard, dead. Assuming that this was her mother, he went over cautiously and whispered to her. She turned around, hissed, and got ready to pounce. But right before she had the chance, she stopped. She looked deep into his eyes and started to move very slowly towards him. He befriended her and made a home for her in the attic of the inn that his adoptive grandmother owned.
