Hmm.........I'd say we've been punked. A creepy voice isn't scary. He certainly isn't a hacker, I think Adam or someone would've banned him and informed forumotion. So it's obviously someone who distorted their voice and has good editing skills on a computer and such. But really, your calling yourself the Joker, it seems less of a threat and more of a punk. Not very well thought out, you can't hear the Joker's voice very well, it's too distorted. The track didn't give me anything to gain, apart from what Ulkira said, and there's going to be an evil organization (custom Akatsuki) with this guy as the leader, I guess. I hope this gets more imaginative as it looks so far.
