Description: This is a very unique and rare Jutsu that only a select few members the entire generation Yamazaru clan members are able to access. Some say you have to be personally touched by Hijana, the Animal God at birth in order to use this technique. Unlike most other clan Jutsu, this sacred art utilizes full sync of a desired animal rather then a partial transformation. It doesn't require a substantial amount of chakra, but it does require moderate chakra control in order to use. After using three consecutive hand-signs, the user is able to transform perfectly into a desired animal of their liking. When transformed, the seal of the clansman stomach becomes green and presumes the form of a Horned God. Also this is a perfect transformation, meaning attacks and other mechanism that would normally disperse a transformation does not apply to this technique. When transformed the user gains the abilities and mind of that desired animal, but at the cost of not being able to utilize any Jutsus. But unlike regular animals, the transformed animal is able to speak and communicate like a human. The size of the animal that they wish to transform into depends on the amount of chakra used when transformed. This transformation is primarily used for spying although it has its other uses, and can last until canceled.
D Rank - Can transform into tiny animals; bugs, bees, roaches etc.
C Rank - Can transform into small animals; cats, dogs, birds etc.
B Rank - Can transform into medium size animals; deer, fox, wolf etc.
A Rank - Can transform into large animals; crocodiles, rhino, tiger etc.
S Rank - Can transform into immense animals; Small whales, elephants, giraffes etc.

I have a single question concerning about this technique.

D Rank - Transformed animal cannot exceed 3ft and 60lbs.
C Rank - Transformed animal cannot exceed 9ft and 140lbs
B Rank - Transformed animal cannot exceed 15ft and 250lbs
A Rank - Transformed animal cannot exceed 21ft and 375lbs.
S Rank - Transformed animal cannot exceed 30ft and 500lbs.

I do not get this part.

At S Rank, does it allow you to transform into an actual animal which cannot exceed 30ft and 500lbs, such as a Elephant. Or, can you use it transform into a 30ft tall bee?

Yes indeedy. I cannot exceed a elephant 30ft tall and 1000 pounds. So I'll be a pretty small elephant eh?

And the bee idea is correct as-well, but I'll doubt I'll do that.

Edit; Oh also, I can only do something that is obviously physically possible. Meaning I cannot transform into a 1ft cat that weights weights 900 pounds. It'll have to average out with the weight.

Elephant thing is fine.

But, the bee part I do not like. Please fix it so that it can not happen.

Even thought its S rank? At S rank many people can do some over the top things, are you positive in your decision to not to allow me to transform into a 30ft bee? Even thought it sounds weird it is a S class transformation.

About the OFFRPG Fight, take as long as you need to =)
