How to get villages filled.

For one, there are too many villages for this many people.

For two, if you allow people to have multiple characters, at least double the slots are filled.

We have of course noticed how many villages we have, but removing one is the last thing wanna do. That's only if we must.

Well considering my previous experience on 1.0 and from what I see on Ingoo a bit. People who have two accounts, cannot keep them both active, they usually get so caught up with their new character they ditch the old one. Monty you were an offender of such a crime on 1.0. Also with a plot based around War, having two characters in two villages it what we call split loyalties.

Use the ones with the best ratios:

Apps being made/approved characters.

Use the two most active village.

If we cut down villages, it would only be one. We'd still have three villages. Although the plot has been changed, it has had certain aspects removed from it and had others added in, it still revolves around the themes of War, Conflict and Conquest.

Well, I know of a flood of people coming in and joining Kumo or Konoha... a few of my friends joined up, they all made Kumo.... and many have been being made for Kumo recently...

and it seems the more and more new people coming, the more and more Konoha apps there are...

I think Kiri is in the best shape at the moment. We have all our ranks filled besides Genin and have a few active roleplays going on.

This is true...

Though I do think Kumo and Kiri should be the ones opened. Like the opposite of 1.0. Have the other two Great Villages open, instead of Suna and Konoha.

Create an Uchiha safe zone, allow a set limit to join into it. By set limit i mean bigger then the one you have in place at the moment but confine them to one particular place.. We all know Uchiha are a pain in the ass to fight ^^ once the limit is filled we go on an Uchiha purge! >:3
