Seen as how this has been an on going issue:

Adam, dont butt in to something like this if you have no information or commented pertaining to the situation. As the jutsu are Hages, and he has been asked by not only Z and Hage to remove them at least 3 times, this is justified.

Gabe: THey shouldnt have been readded, since I know you removed them, supposedly, atleast once, nor should they have been taken or used without Hage's permission in the first place. We both know he logs on daily to check his PMs, and you can reach him via Z. It isnt that hard.

Now. Stone shard impact must go. We both know its not your jutsu, weve been over this... 4 times now? Remove it and you can be approved. If it stays, or I see it being used in character after this despite it BEING removed, the app will promptly be unapproved and remain so until the situation is resolved.

Enough of this, it is not my job or anybody elses job to go through everything on the site to see who owns what, when this situation occurs, things are removed. Maybe next time, don't go through James; as he is having a break from applications. Take it to an admin so it can be dealt with accordingly, Caranore posting on applications is a staff members job, it is not allowed to be done by members. No excuses, so when you continue to try to contradict me on trying to point out a higher authority; moderator or admin, they are who post on applications. Everybody else receives an official warning. Richard, since you posted on here a second time. This is your second warning. Gabe, as suggested in the chatbox; just remove those jutsu so approval can be granted.

I had his permission on a old charater. However I recycle everything and his jutsus. After I removed them I made new ones. Completely differnt jutsu. His old one fueled the idea. Any way I took em down to save his complaining. Ill just train em later.. now approve this already.
