Leon is an average looking person, at first glance. Wearing a school uniform on a normal basis, just because its something to wear, he tends to wear fingerless gloves with said uniform, although noone really knows why. Each glove is made of a soft leather, and has a slight bulge on the top of it, a green circle gem surrounded by gold with a giant X under it. The gloves extend down to cover his wrists with a more thick, solid leather, covered with silver thread in a design that looks like teeth.

The school uniform itself is very simple, a pair of dark colored slacks with whatever shoes Leon has decided to wear that day. Normally this consists of black socks and black steel toed boots, as Leon has been known to trip and stub his feet over small and trivial items. These boots prevent that, although Leon will still mutter 'Ow', when hitting an item.

While the slacks are dark colored, they are made of a unique material, which allows free air flow through the pants, and doesnt cause sweating in hot enviroments. Likewise, Leon has a pair of slacks that he wears in colder enviroments, restricting the airflow throught he pants and keeping his legs warmer than normal pants.

A white silk dress shirt, with its sleeves normally rolled up to expose his forearms, and a dark blue vest adorn Leon's torso. The dress shirt either normally has the first two buttons undone, showing off some skin, or a lighter blue tie around his neck. The tie is just an addition that Leon will wear, although there have been hints about the tie signifying something important while Leon goes out on a job, or any activity. The vest itself is one piece, no buttons or zippers adorn the front of it.

Around Leons neck sits a chain, normally one that he keeps hidden from everyone else. On the chain is a pentagram, a star within a circle. While most people who see this religious piece of jewelry automatically assume its intent is for evil, that is not the case for Leon and this necklace. While the origins of the necklace are unknown, Leon did recieve it from his mother who told him it was a very special item. At times a magical glow can be seen coming from the necklace, but no reasonable dealer can ascern the abilities that lie dormant within the necklace, or if there are any other special effects that may be seen while Leon is wearing it.

One of the most notable things about Leon however are his eyes. While his hair catches attention due to its gravity defying nature and its ability to remain spiked under even the most strenuous circumstances, Leons eyes are the real gem in his appearance. A molten gold and reddish colour can be seen from a surpisingly large distance away, making Leon seem to have fiery eyes from said distance. Up closer, his eyes look like molten gold, a rare and valuable mineral, and a very attractive point, something he sometimes uses for harmless flirting. On the occasion, a swirl or brown or blood red comes into view on Leon's iris, a natural effect that Leon has come to deal and live with.

On the occasion Leon needs it, he also carries around a dark blue jacket, one that matches the color of his slacks. This is normally used for formal attire, and for missions, although Leon normally carries this jacket over his shoulder where ever he goes. On the right side of the collar on the jacket is a small pin in the shape of a celtic cross, a design that leon has always favored to no end. Golden cufflinks, much like the color of his eyes, adorn the sleeves, while the buttons of the jacket are made of the same color and material.

When Leon is not wearing the jacket, his forearms are visible, as stated above. When one takes a good luck at his arms, they can notice the design of flames and a dragons head coming down from underneath the sleeves. These tattoos are on both arms, each one containing the head of a chinese dragon, that is visible at least. It is safe to assume that the tattoos continue up Leon's arms and around to his back, but noone has ever seen him shirtless long enough to confrim this suspicion.

The dragons head itself is a very intricate tattoo, blood red and black mixed in with gold makes up the scales that create the dragon itself, while its eyes remain a brilliant emerald green. Under the flames, which reside on the top of the forearm, are kanji. Not many have gotten close enough to see the underside of Leon's forearm, but those who have can attest to their nature. The Kanji symbolize two words, 'Trust', and 'Honor'. The origin of these tattos is unknown to everyone Leon comes in contact with, but it is assumed that they are there to remind him of a past mistake.

Leon's facial expression does, like most humans, change with his mood, however his most constant expression is one of sorrow. One that seems to say 'I wont let you, but I wish it could be different.' Beyond this however, Leon has a smile that could seemingly light up a room, especially when his golden eyes are included in the mix. Coupled with his school uniform, Leon is a very unnerving person to meet smiling, as he throws off all assumptions based upon any report that one may have heard about him.

Based on this description, it is quite obvious Leon is no normal Uchiha. In fact,he rather hates to be called an uchiha due to his extreme and radical looks, since his mothers side turned out to be more prominant. However, the Uchiha genes still came through for his sharingan.

Personality:

Leon is, to be blunt, lazy. Refusing to do more work than necessary, he often tries to skip out of seemingly meaningless chores, and tasks. Normally he does this by assigning the duties to other people, always lower ranking within his class. However, he is very smart, which is part of his laziness. He is also capable of devising means to utilize seemingly non-ninja techniques into combat, giving him an edge in combat.

Leon is also a contundrum. He can be the nicest person alive, but the second someone says the wrong thing, he turns into a sarcastic jackass, allowing no sympathy towards the individual. This often makes people sick of him, as the shift in personalities is too much for them to handle, yet they cant help but be kind to him again when his mood shifts back. It has often been theorized that Leon is bipolar as a side effect of his Kekkai Genkai, but this reasoning remains to be proven.

The Uchiha have a number of traits which set them apart from the normal ninja. First off being that they all seem to have black hair. Also, every one in this clan has a main element of fire. They seem to be very proficient in the three basic jutsu arts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu (This does not mean Uchiha characters can have three specialties), and are usually known as the elite brand of shinobi. Uchiha generally seem to work with their speed rather then raw brute strength and are very agile and quick.

Kekkei Genkai:

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.

Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals.

The Mangekyō Sharingan ( Literally meaning Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, and erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The techniques used by this eye vary from person to person and is limited to one technique per eye. It can be achieved by the killing of someone who is very close to the user as a display of being willing to sacrifice anything for power. This can not be fooled and be a fake friend. It must be a real and true strong connection so it takes a certain kind of individual to be able to get it. It can also be gotten by extremely brutal and long training, taking many years to obtain of constant hard work and dedication, though the person can not be aiming for it and it actually just happens at random. Even with the hardest work, it is possible for an Uchiha to never achieve this level of eye mastery.

The target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, they can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Requires third tomoe to use.

History:

The Uchiha clan was descended from the elder of the two boys entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with the power and will of the way of the ninja. The elder believed that might would bring peace. The Sage chose the younger as more fitting to be his successor, causing the elder to be vengeful. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.

Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too little, too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha. Eventually a revolt was attempted by a select few Uchiha members, but this was crushed quickly and they were thrown in jail or put to death based on their role in the uprising. The Uchiha who did not partake in it, were not held accountable and after that the relations between the Uchiha and the rest of the village grew stronger and trust was finally instilled.

One Tomoe: Enables the vision of the chakra system in a very generally manner, able to see the internal chakra of other ninja and able to detect disturbances in it. Other than that it cannot detect or otherwise see chakra, such as in other objects, or the chakra points as Hyuuga can.

Two Tomoe: Enables the piercing of Genjutsu by detecting changes in chakra that reveal the presence of Genjutsu. The eye must be activated at this stage before the Genjutsu is used for this to take effect. This can only be used to see through Genjustu of the user's rank or lower.

Mental Processing: This character has a high brain capacity and processing speed, not only allowing for a photographic or Eiditic Memory, but also allowing him to process massive amounts of information at once. This is a brain trait developed from the activation of the Sharingan to allow the Uchihas to not have their brain explode during usage.

Muscle Composition: This characters muscle composition is a very delicate balance between red and white muscles, allowing him to not only have great strength but also great stamina due to the nature of both muscles. This allows a mere 5% increase in strength, stamina, and speed, enough to outlast most average Genin, but not by much.

God Speed: Due to the alteration of the brain, not only does this Uchiha have increased mental processing, but a very very very high impulse time, meaning his brain processes the information and sends it to the muscles so quickly that he can move not even a 1/10th of a second after he sees something. However, if his body is in poor condition or he isnt paying attention, it is quite easy to injure himself or tear muscles/ligaments.

Natural Abilities: The wire is on a coil, about 50meters total in length. If cut as the correct angle with a Kunai, it is quite easy to detach from the roll, making it a useful tool to tie opponents up with. Also, since Leon is an Uchiha, he is capable of learning specific jutsu that require the Sharingan to utilize this wire to catch and burn his opponents.

Natural Abilities: Unique earplugs, only D-Rank due to their effect. They cost an E-Rank amount of chakra to activate. By applying the chakra to the small plugs always in Leons ears, he can cause them to expland in size large enough to become true earplugs and block out noise. This was a unique device Leon found in the Academy, and used it to sleep quite easily during boring lectures.

Background Information

History:
From birth, leons parents believed he would be special. He came out of his mothers womb quiet, with eyes full of wonder as he looked around the hospital innocently. The strong stare he gave when he was an infant, the searching look, only intensified as he grew older and more mature. He advanced quickly through the basic teachings of a preschool child, and was soon reading at the tender age of 4. His love for books, scrolls, and knowledge in general grew also with age.

At the age of 10 he began studying for the Academy, his father taking him to the training grounds and working on his physical attributes. It was an old trick he had learned from his previous village of Konohagakure and the Uchiha schools, both things that were destroyed before he was born. The duplicate scrolls at least, his father had the originals with him now in Kiri, planning to give them to Leon when he unlocked his Sharingan so he could learn from them.

He began the academy at the age of 12, his parents putting him in there at the same age as the other children in order to allow him to make friends. More often than not though, Leon was a loner. He slept through class and still got the highest marks, a testament to his developed and altered brain capacity his body had taken on in order to handle the Sharingan when it was unlocked. That incident happened one day when Leon was sparring a classmate, Onui, for a practical exam. They were supposed to just use the basic academy jutsu, but Leon and his father had been practicing them for so long that Leon wanted to see how some one else did it. This need, want to see in the middle of a spar led to burning eyes, and a faint glow around Onui. Leon collapsed shortly there after and was admitted to the hospital. When Leon awoke, his father was there holding the Uchiha scrolls, and said nothing, handing them to Leon. It was at this point Leon realized what had actually happened, and only smiled in return. He was admitted back to the Academy later that day.

Onui, afraid it was his fault, was relieved when Leon returned, and they became better friends because of it, striving to unlock more of the sharingan before the Academy test. That didnt happen, not as planned. The second tomoe unlocked during the Academy test, Leon striving to see a difference in the henge, little bits and pieces that he could do better, and instead he saw right through it. The burning in his eyes let him know what happened, and he was amazed. Thinking back on the scrolls, he realized that the intense stress from everyone else to pass the test had carried over to him, and that stress had helped unlock the second tomoe. Leon proceeded to graduate the exam with flying colors and was certified as a Genin of Kirigakure, a stepping stone in his dream.
