| Clan Name: Megami Clan Clan Location: Konoha, also wandering Clan Traits:
Unnatural Affinity: Must have Fire as their primary element, and Earth as their secondary. But due to the unique nature of the clan, members cannot utilze any base Katon or Doton techniques. (i.e users can't use Fire or Earth techniques, but they still need the two elemental affinities to create the KKG)
Incarnation of Hell: This is the one of the unique traits of the Megami Clan due to their Kekkei Genkai. This unique trait is some what of a unique heritage of the Megami clan. All members have a complete external resistant to heat, fire, and magma. This not only means that their skin does not burn, but it also means that their clothing does not burn away as well (layer of chakra over entire body). They can completely survive within magma; swimming in it as though it was water. This gives them an extreme advantage given their elemental nature. However, it also comes with the weakness of being weak against acid, as that is the element magma is weakest to. Also, members have a crippling fear of being submerged/surrounded by water, as a result of this ability. But with intensive training users and subdue the fear of water.
Emotion Thermostat: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan due to their Kekkei Genkai. Clan members heat produced within their body is regulated by how they are feeling. This heat regulation is done with how the clan member is feeling, it taps off the users emotions. The heat produced is also affected by the user's temperament. If the user is calm, the heat that is produced is moderately safe. However, if the user is angry in any sort of way, the heat that is produced becomes so dangerously high that the user can melt everything around them. Their physical appearance starts to change as well, showing a slight yellow tinge to the skin and steam starts to flow off their body. If a clan member is partically angry or upset amount of heat that they can produce i.e their power, can double in size (though this can only last a maximum of 2 posts, and comes with unbalanced drawbacks). This can be partically handy in battle but it does come at a cost. There is the posibility over overheating their body internally and it can cause them to die. This is why members of the Megami Clan focus on controlling their emotions, because it can literally mean life or death for them.
Kekkei Genkai:
Hitobito Kazan [Human Volcano]
Stage One: The kekkei Genkai of the Megami clan is a very powerful one which over time different members have honed and pushed the boundries of clan techniques done by members of the past. The Megami clan Kekkei genkai is called Hitobito Kazan [Human Volcano]. It grants members of the Megami clan the ability to produce and control large amounts of heat from their body. The user can use this heat to melt anything they touch. The user is also able to use it to either protect themselves from physical blows or attack opponents with various heat based attacks. Because the user has the ability to regulate their temperature, they are able to withstand varying temperatures of extreme magnitude, from being surrounded by the freezing cold of a winter island to being completely immersed in molten lava. This heat regulation is done with how the clan member is feeling, it taps off the users emotions. The heat produced is also affected by the user's temperament. If the user is calm, the heat that is produced is moderately safe. Depending on the rank of the clan member they can produce a base heat as follows when in the Hitobito Kazan.
C-Rank: 400-500°c B-Rank: 500-600°c A-Rank: 600-700°c S-Rank: 700-800°c
Stage Two: The more advanced part of the Hitobito Kazan and the stage which is most renowned around Konoha is the ability to produce and control magma out of their environment and body. Magma is molten rock, and being such it has extreme temperatures to it. Most magma used, which is to say created from the readily available earth, will possess a range between 700°C and 1400°C. In the rarer cases of the base substance being composed of carbonatite, the melts of magma can reach temperatures as cool as 600°C and still maintain their fluidity. Furthermore, with the melts being composed mainly of komatiite rich rock, the magma created can reach temperatures up to 1600°C-1800°C. Members can also control volcanic ash being associated with molten lava and volcanoes. Volcanic ash consists of tephra, which are small bits of pulverized rock and glass created by volcanic eruptions all of which are less then 2MM in diameter. Volcanic ash can be formed through gas release under decompression causing volcanic eruptions [listed in Maton Technqiues as a result of varies true Magma techniques], thermal contraction form chilling on contact with water causing phreatomagmatic eruptions [when magma hits water ash comes off of it], ejection of entrained particles during stream eruptions causing phreatic eruptions [cooled magma being reduced from volcanic rock into the dust like ash]. Genin can only have a small grasp of this part of the bloodline ability (C-rank techniques and below) and it is usually perfected at late chuunin to Jounin level.

Name: Oni Atsu Jiten [Demonic Heat Spin] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. The user uses this technique much like a Hyuugan would use the Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin technique. If an attack is near coming in the direction of the user they will realease a large amount of heat around their body within an instant. With this large amount of heat around the outside of the body they will then spin in a 360° direction while still releasing heat at a steady rate. They will begin to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex of heat around themself that can nullify almost any attack (the amount that can be blocked by the technique depends on the users rank). After this is finished a small crater forms around where they have spun. Continuous use of the technique will result in mild dizziness and disorientation, as the heat released can cause mild oxygen deprivation. But the user can train in this technique to better withstand the drawbacks.
Name: Atsu Botukai [Heat Ball] Rank: D-B Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. This is a simple technique which the user utilizes by producing a meduim amount of heat in small regular intervals. With concentrated heat in their hands the clan member quickly makes balls of pure heat. These balls are quite large about the size of your average football. They glow a bright red colour all around and the suer can then quickly release then onto an opponent. With these balls, they can then throw them at an opponent as long ranged projectiles. When they come into contact/or near the opponent the user can set them off, and they explode in a flurry of heat. This produces similar burns and damage to a standard explosive tag. In a single post, depending on the rank of the user, they can create a 'said' heat balls and hurl them at the opponent. D- 3 C- 4 B- 5
Name: Atsu Nami [Heat Wave] Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. This is a basic technique where the user gathers a large amount of heat and then stores it in their body. The heat they store will last for [1 Post] and in that times, with every second more and more heat is building up within the body. Then on the next post the user will release this large, condenced amount of heat in every direction causing a short of heat wave. At first the opponent wont feel anything they will just feel slightly hotter than usual, this is because of the vast area which is covered by the technique. But as the battle goes on they will start to gradually feel worse and worse. What this technique has down is slowly but surely increased the heat which the opponents body is feeling, The result is a rosy-red glow to the opponent caused by inducing rapid thermogenesis in their body, causing a fever. At the C-rank level, this causes much discomfort (110-112 degrees F) and makes the target feel slightly dizzy and blurry visioned. At B-rank the temperature is higher (115-116) and their balance is truly tested as they find it hard to walk, and their vision starts to deteriorate even more. At A-rank, this can be used as an offensive maneuver, giving the target a fever of 130 degrees F (63 degrees C). The target will then go into shivering convulsions, sweat profusely, feel extremely uncomfortable between burning hot and freezing cold, overall sense of disorientation, and physical weakness unable to even stand. Some hallucinations may even occur.
Name: Atsu Geisha [Heat Whirlwind] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. The user first uses a short string of handseals and then expels heat from their body. This heat brings a red glow around their body and a vast amount of heat is produced around them. Using the hot air that they produce with their body, the clan member then creates a whirlwind of hot air which starts to circle around at a very fast pace. With it, they then set it on to an opponent. The heat heat travels at a quick pace and traps the opponent inside the spinning vortex. With this the opponent is essentailly trapped and trying to get out would cause any burns that a normal heat absed attack would (depends on the rank of the user). The longer the enemy stays within this heat whirlwind the more it gets worse for them. The hot air sucks out all of the oxygen within the vortex, for every second they stay inside it they have less and less air to breath. After [1 Post] all the oxygen is gone. This attack an easily be dodged or released by a suiton attack.
Name: Atsu Maki [Heat Spiral] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. This move is used directly after the Atsu Geisha [Heat Whirlwind] by the clan member (Similiar to Gaara using Desert Coffin then Desert Funeral). With the opponent encased in the whirlwind created by Atsu Geisha, the user then with a small number of handseals, sends them high up into the air with this technique. The hot air rises quickly and with the opponent trapped inside they in turn rise up into the air as well. After lifting the opponent high up in the air for some time, the clan member then turns off the whirlwind and drops them down to the earth below. This technique can have a deadly effect on the opponents body, by dropping them from such a large height they will have fairly bad external injuries.
Name: Atsu Nagaiude [Heat Tenticles] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is the one of the unique abilities of the Megami Clan utilizng the basic form of their Kekkei Genkai. After a short sting of handseals the user starts to produce a large amount of heat in a specific area of their body, in this case their arms. With this concentrated level of heat in the arms the heat starts to expand out forming long tenticle like arms. These tenticle arms can reach as long as 5-10m from the top of their arms and out. With this skill the user swiftly moves their arms tracking and striking at the enemy. These heat tenticles are very hot around (depends on rank of user) and if they come into contact with any part of the enemy they will suffer large burns to the effect area.

Name: Maton no Jutsu [Magma Release Technique] Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This technique does not require hand-signs when there is already a ready source of magma on which to draw from. However, in the cases where the user needs to create magma to use, a series of hand-signs can precede this technique creating a pool of magma where the user is standing, through not as wide of a pool as in the Ryouiki no Naraku [Field of Hell]. This technique gives the user willful control over magma with their chakra. By channeling chakra through the molten rock, the user can control this magma for nearly endless purposes, such as forming a searing hot tentacle with which to whip the opponent with, or simple causing an upturn of magma to form a wall of molten rock for protection. Only the most skilled chakra controllers and magma users can use this technique effectively. Masters of Magma release are able to ebb and flow the motion of magma with nothing but the motion of their own body. This technique can even be used to suspend magma in the form of igneous rock above the ground as a means of creating a platform in air.
Name: Maton: Suihou Heki no Jutsu [Magma Release: Bubble Burst Technique]Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is a magma technique that takes advantage of the physical breakdown of the melt that magma is composed of. This technique can be performed in one of two ways. If used in combination with another magma technique, the user is able to stack this technique alongside the other technique in order to modify the melt that is being formed for the other technique, allowing the melt to take on the properties of silica gas. However, when not used in direct combination with another technique, this technique merely acts upon existing sources of magma. After performing a few hand-signs and channeling chakra into magma the user is able to give the magma the properties of molten rock that is rick in silica gas. This makes the magma melt slightly hotter, but the real effect of it is to make the magma rather sticky. This sticky form if brought one by the pockets of silica gas being found within the magma, which build up before forming into large bubbles. When these bubbles pop they spew large droplets of magmas across a close area.
Name: Maton: Meruto Ayatsuri no Jutsu [Magma Release: Melt Manipulation Technique] Rank: C-A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: To perform this technique the user must either form several hand-signs, or direct the flow of their chakra through physical motions. This technique shapes molten into the form of various creatures composed of the searing hot volcanic magma. These creatures vary in size and shape depending on what type of creature has been created, but for the most part the creature moves and acts like it normally would, only under the influence of the user. For example, this technique can be used to form magma into a normal sized tiger entirely composed of the molten rock. Any creature formed from this technique carries the same degree of heat the magma itself has, and so contact can cause severe damage. If these creates are not fully destroyed then they can reform out of the magma that composes them, so long as there is nearby magma to replace the parts destroyed. However, this technique has the obvious flaw that the larger or more multiple the creatures are, the more chakra they will take to create. This technique can be used to form disproportionate creatures, such as a phoenix bird capable of flight, through the increase in size compared with the normal size of the creature will require more magma to be present and more chakra. The manipulation of the chakra within the creatures can change the effectiveness of these creatures, either making them more visibly fire-prone, or more solid with small collections of igneous rock forming on their outer surfaces, while their interior side remains molten and hot.
Name: Maton: Ryouiki no Naraku [Magma Release: Field of Hell] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This technique is used to turn the ground of the battlefield into a smoldering field of molten rock. In cases where this techniques is being used localized, such as to create only a small field of magma which covers an area of about 8 meters, this technique does not require hand-signs. However, if this technique is being used to the fullest extend then it will require a series of hand-signs in order to spread this field of fiery molten rock. This field begins at the users feet and quickly spreads out turning the very earth into a dangerous field of fire, ash, and of coarse searing hot magma. As this technique spreads, plant life such as trees will be set ablaze before sinking into the pit and being completely destroyed as the magma spreads both outward and downward, even endangering Doton users that may be beneath the earth. If the opponent is submerged within this magma it is almost certain that they will die. Furthermore, being magma, this fluid surface cannot be walked upon, and even attempting to apply the Walk on Water technique will result a massive increase of chakra needed to keep themselves on top of the flowing molten rock.
Name: Maton: Kazan Nami [Magma Release: Volcanic Wave] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is a technique which requires a already large and existing form of magma to perform. With this technique the user will produce a large amount of handsigns, before they slam both of their hands simultaneously on the ground. With this, their chakra is channelled deep within the surrounding magma, and with this a giant wave of Magma will rise infront of the user. This wave can reach heights of 20 meters and is completely made from fiery molten rock which on contact will burn the target into ash. The wave moves at a general, and slow speed compared to most wave techniques by a suiton user. But the raw power and pain that the wave can cause, more than makes up for the reletively slow pace at which it moves at. This is because it is not completely fluid, it is not only made up of liquid magma but also ignious rock as well.

Name: Kazanbai Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Volcanic Ash Summoning Technique] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This technique allows the user to summon 'Ash' through a special item/or weapon of their choice. It must have the mark of the kanji for "Ash" which serves as the primary mode for acquiring the versatile substance. By channeling chakra into the item/weapon, the kanji on which acting in the form of a seal, the user is able to create clouds of volcanic ash as they utilize their weapon. This type of summoning provides for the quick creation of a smokescreen along with spreading the ash across the area swiftly.
Name: Kazanbai no Shahei [Screen of Volcanic Ash] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: By dispersing tephra particles thinner then when they are used as a shied, the user is able to create a black cloud to act as a smoke screen. The cloud, when breathed in by the opponent, can be damaging to the lungs, lowering the stamina of the opponent. However, the main goal of this technique is simply to impair the opponent's visibility. This technique uses volcanic as already in the area, and the ash is dispersed through the user's motions, mainly controlling it with the direction of her hands. While the user cannot see through this screen, they can feel disruptions within the ash to give them some understanding of where the opponent’s is at, though this is not a very effective means of gauging what the opponent is up to.
Name: Kazanbai Kyuu [Volcanic Ash Coffin] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: To perform this technique the user will need to form several hand-signs while channeling Saton nature chakra into nearby sand. This technique will cause sand to rise up from the ground and wrap around the target, restraining them in place. To control this ash-sand the user will have to extent their hand in the direction of the manipulated ash-sand. With this technique the user can either aim to limitedly restrain the target, such as wrapping around the legs or the arms, or aim at fully restricting the movement of the target, by causing the sand to rise up the to fully encase the target in sand. To fully incase the target is a skill that can only be performed by a Chuunin or higher shinobi. This sand can apply enormous pressure on the target, enough to break bones when used by anyone Chuunin or higher.
Name: Kazanbai Fuyuu [Volcanic Ash Floating] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: KKG Description: This is an effective ash technique. To perform this technique the user will have to form several hand-signs before channeling Maton natured chakra into nearby ash-sand. The user can also perform this technique without hand-signs, requiring from them a movement of their hands into a crushing motion of the palms. This technique will compress the ash beneath the user into a solid chunk of ash that is then levitated by the user's control over their magma chakra. With this technique it is possible to create a platform above the ground on which the user can stand. It is also possible to use this technique to create a platform under a target, and through this would not be an effective means of combat it would serve well at levitating an ally alongside the user.
History:
The Megami Clan is a long standing clan from Konoha which has produced some of the most talented ninja in the village. Due to the skills of their kekkei Genkai they are widely respected by ninja from and citizens from the village and other village. They have been a long standing clan in Konoha and their leader is on the Konoha Ninja Counsil Board so they have a large about of ‘pull’ in the village when it comes to what goes on. The megami Clan are by far the most wealthy clan in the village, and maybe the country. Riku’s father being the leader of the clan means that their faily in particular are incredibly wealthy. Their clan is situated near the mountain in Konoha and it is very large. The clan area is very old but beautiful and elegant. It is very nice and Riku lives in a large mansion within the clan.
The Megami Clan has been known to produce very skilled and talented ninja and this is due to their Kekkei Genkai. Their bloodline ability is very powerful and is widely known around the fire country. They live by the saying “The Will Of Fire” and teach it too all clan members. Most ninja within the clan are male and on the exception a talented female comes along, and Riku being the leaders daughter is seen as that female. The clan is quite a long standing one in Konoha and originated their. They usually like to stay out of all political situations in the village, but on that exception they have been known to clash with the Hyuugan clan in the past. Though, now most of those issues and the tension between them has passed, members of these clans tend to not like one another and usually stay away.
The clan hold a strong focus on reputation and doesn’t like it’s members putting it in disripute. If so they can be punished quite serverly, this being one of the ancient practices of the clan. Also another ancient practice is meditation which they value strongly as a training practice. He believe in calming their minds and emotions, as they know their emotions trigure the power of their Kekkei Genkai. They learn to control and tap into this so they don't lose control of their body and die.

| Heat Wave: Temperatures for the effects you are talking about are quite low. A mere 106 degrees emitted in a wave isnt going to be high enough to cause the effects stated, as people in Texas, or the Middle East live and move around in temperatures easily 100+ degrees. My own personal experience in engine rooms on submarines requried us operating in 120 degree temperatures for hours on end.
Field of Hell: Put a range on this, as the entire battle field varies greatly depending on the area of the fight.
Volcanic Ash Coffin: This states it needs sand to work? Would this make the technique only effective in Suna then? Or could earth and grains of dirt also be used?
Melt Manipulation: Id prefer this be a C-A ranked technique or whatever, this way the higher the users rank, the more chakra expended to make better looking creations, etc. But thats my opinion.
Heat tentacles: I feel the range should be lowered, as a heat technique, whose only way of noticing the attack are heat waves, 10-15m is quite a distance.
Demonic Heat Spin: Bump up to C-Rank technique. Also state that the amount that can be blocked by the technique depends on the users rank. It doesnt need to be changed to C-A and can stay at C though.
Also, I think that the more that technique is used, the more damage is done to the usersbody, due to the same principle of the heat whirlwind. WHile the user can comfortably survive in the heat generated, the heat will be sucking out the oxygen the longer the spin requires, which would cause light headedness, etc. |

The word sand is just referring to the volcanic ash (which is very similar to sand) which can/is created from the magma release. It is like a side range of techniques.

| Is the layer of chakra that covers the user body something they must preform and focus on almost like a jutsu? Or is it more of an automatic thing like blinking?
Also, I couldn't help but to think that if the Megami have such a crippling fear of being surrounded or submerged in water, does that mean they are terrified of bathing? I wouldn't think bathing in magma would be very... Sanitary. Do they attempt to get away with not bathing for as long as they can before it's noticeable? |

It is just something that is passive, as so when they use their magma techniques, there clothes dont' burn away and things don't become PG13+ all of a sudden. ^^

It was just a drawback against suiton based techniques, I didn't really think of bathing lol. I suppose taking an actual bath would be out of the question, but a shower would be alright. I added that his 'fear' is something that can be worked on and trained out of. |
