Kyo's 1st Mission: Unruly Vines Complete

Mission Objective: An elderly women is having trouble with controlling the vines which inhabit her small garden. Over time the vines have grown out of control and have become a large nuisance to the elderly lady. The Vines have taken over her property and are even coming through the windows! At her age she finds it difficult to keep up with the growing vines and cutting them back. Your mission is to cut back the demanding vines using any means necessary. She does not want them destroyed, but controlled.
Mission Time Limit: 2 weeks
Min Post Count: 3 for solo missions, 2 per person for team missions

"Hey Kyo Time to get up I need some help here."

Kyo Ryuzaki woke up to his mentor's voice. It was common to be waken up to something that his mentor needs. Kyo starts to open his eyes as he starts to get up from his bed. He was clothed already as well as he was lie ing down on a bed that was made. Why was it like this? It was because he was taking a nap after hs last help from his mentor. After that help his mentor had to leave and get something. Kyo needed this tme to go on and take a nap since they have been working non stop since 6am. It is 5 pm now and his mentor seems like he was not even phased by the change of time. His mentor started to take out a scroll out of his hands as he then passed it over to Kyo.

"Here now take this I need a favor"

He starts to read the scroll. he noticed quickly that it is a mission scroll. The details include a clean up mission. The mission had to deal with clearing out vines from a local civilian. Kyo started to re read the mission as he raised his head off as he then looked up at his mentor as his mentor was already looking down at him. His mentor waited for a response to him as Kyo then started to shake his head as he then spoken.

"Well Let me ask you something mentor, why do you have a mission scroll. Let alone something D rank like clearing the vines. Is there something you are in need of?"

As Kyo then waited for his answer his mentor started to reach inside his jacket and brought out a vine as he then started to speak his mission objective.

"Yes i got you, your first mission here as a Kumo Genin. We have spent months training you on our own and now you have the chance to make a good of yourself. The training that you have made so far is nothing unless your in the real world. Now this one will deal with some medical aspect as well as some closeness. I need you to help chop down the lady's extra baggage. The things need from there is samples of the vines. The vines she had is one of the vines she could use to help stop stings and rashes from plants. You have 24 hours to complete this all. I suggest you go now. You don't have much time now do you

Kyo Nodded as he brought himself out of bed. He then got the location of the Lady's house and a scroll containing vile, gloves, labels, and a pen so he could be able to get the specimens from the lady's house. Kyo then started to say his goodbyes to his mentor as he then when on to go to the mission. As he started to get out of the house he then started to notice the already cloudy terrain of the village. It was the morning that made it very cloudy but Kyo did not mind. As he was walking to his mission's house as he then took out a headband from his pocket. The headband was not very new, it was used. The headband itself had the symbol cut off, as it seems to have done so by force. It was his father's ninja headband he kept it close as he then spoke to himself as he thought of his family

"I hope your doing alright Blaze. I herd you been doing very well in the sand village. I have to remember to send you a letter next time i have a chance. Heh I will get to visit you soon but i guess I have reached my mission's place."

He then faced himself in front of the lady's house. He could see that the vines were already growing from her garden and rising up from the ground as it was piercing through her windows. He then started to knock on the door as he was waiting for her to enter. The wines seem to take the left side and the right side of the house's windows. When he finished scanning the door open and a small elderly lady started to open her door. She then looked up at him as she then smiled with a sigh of relief she then started to speak to him.

"Ello there dear, your the one who took the mission. Finally, someone here to take the vines out. Please sir i need you to take out of the vines from my house and clear the vines out from the garden. Please sonny do this quickly before the day is over my plants need some sunlight please. when your done come back and take the vines out from the windows. Thank you sonny."

She then closed the door as he then started to look at the vines as he then started to sigh and put on his gloves as he then started to get right to work.
"Alright then this shouldn't take too long. lets get right to it then."

Kyo started to take out his kunai as he then started to look at the vines. The vines were definitely going to be a problem and something like vines would be something that his style would be able to take down. He then started to scan around as he then was about to snap his fingers but then something happened. He stopped and stares at the vines as he remembered something. He was staring at plants that were not even the vines. They were from her real plants of her garden. Kyo then shook his head as he then spoken to himself.

"I forgot about her plants. Using my Fire style would be an easy task for me to do but if i burn her crops with the fire then the mission is just of no use now is it. If i use my kunai its going to take all day and i don't think the kunai here will be much effective to these vines, at least not the major parts of the vines. "
He then started to close his eyes as he then remembered something from the past.

"Kyo there is more you can use then your fire. There is going to be a point in time were your fire is unable to be of help. There was elemental like water that is your to stop you right at your feet and if you don't do anything about it then you are screwed. I know fire s your main element but there is another element inside of you in which i will help you improve in, because i to have that element. And do you want to know what that element is?"

He then opens his eyes as he and his mentor's voice spoken.
"Lightning"
That is right lightning style is Kyo's second element. And the element can be used to help out in this situation. It is able to help cut down the vines and not burn the crops of the elderly down. Now he came up with a plan. now it was time for him to go on and use his plan. he then started to take a breath and start on some hand signs.

As Kyo opens his eyes as he then spoken the word hearing his mentor's words.
"Lightning"
He then started to look at the vines and started to do some hand signs as he then spoke to himself and then spoken. "Rai No Muchi!" As he then spoken there was lightning chakra forming out of his hands as it started to grow 10 feet in lengths and then form itself into a whip. he then looked at his whip and smiled at the end of the completion of the jutsu. He then started to grasp it firmly as he then raised his hand and started to bash away at the vines. The vines were started to drop to the ground over and over to the ground as the plants of the elderly started to bloom out of the surface of were the vines were controlled. The vines were then started to come to the ground as it was not harmful to any of the plants anymore.

The plants were now able to have the feeling of the sun in its body. it took some time for the plants to all come into sunshine but that was because the whole area was covered with them. Kyo started dispel the jutsu as he then focused on bringing the vines outside of the house. From corner to corner kyo decided to pick up the vines and bring them all to a big bile outside of the house. Soon as that was done Kyo sighed for finishing 80 percent of the work. There was still the windows but the day seemed to drag on and it was almost getting dark for him. Kyo then looked at his pile as then then started to take out a scroll and open the scroll and released two out of the four viles and some labels and a pen. He started to pluck samples from the vines and placed them in the viles. he then placed a label on each and recorded the sample names. He recorded them as Vine1 and Vine2. As he was done he decided to go on and seal the deal of the vile as he then had his sample that he needed. All was left was the ones upstairs and with the completion of that would be the completion of the mission.

Kyo kun felt that he was going to finish in no time. He then started to look at his pile as he then started to clean off his hands and he turned to see the house. it was cleaner, bloomer but as of right now the house needed to clear off it vines. That would not take long. He then walked up to the direction of the house and when he took the steps to reach the front door the old lady opened the door and saw the garden and how clean it was she smiled and her eyes widen.

"Ohh my boy, you did a good job, very good job. There is only a few more on its windows and that will be all. Thank you sonny. I think I am going to explore my garden now while I wait for you to finish."

Kyo looked at her as he smiled and then shook his head. He then started to get to work. e let himself enter the room and walked to the direction of were the vines were from the outside. It did not take to long to find the vines. These vines were weaken from not being so close to the source. His choice of weapon was a kunai to break them apart as they fell down to the ground from the outside. One window did not take to long. As well as the other window. With his kunai he starts to cut down the vines and the window began to reflect the light it has been missing so much. With the last slash of his kunai he saw outside of the window and saw the sun shining, as if this was the only spot the sun was shining on. There Kyo was done, all he had to do is dispose of the waist.

Kyo Started to exit the house as he then got quickly to work on the last bits of the vines. He went to the left side of the house. The left side did not have the lady there. it must of meant that the Lady must of been checking the right side of the house. he smiled and was glad that he got to help her out and clear her house of the mess. He was also glad that the help did not destroy her precious plants and her garden. That would of been the last thing Kyo wanted to do. He picked up all the pieces from the right side that feel from the window and then placed them in the big pile of vines he had outside of her house that was being piled up with everything he was collecting. He then started to go onto the left side as he was the elderly lady touching one of the plants as he then started to look up at him and then spoken.

"So sonny is this last pile you have your last?"
Kyo slowly nods his head and smiled with a simple "Yes ma'am."
She then smiled at him and then began walking back to her door. As she did so she gave another word to him.
"Well sonny you have done a great job today. After the last peices of vines are picked up then you can go on home. Your mission is complete."
She said as she entered her home as she was closing the door the last of her words came out of her lips. "Good day sonny"

Kyo looked at her and waved her good bye. After all that he picked up the last of the vines, holding one large piece of vines that seemed to be the largest one of the whole group. It felt like a medium sized tree branch. As soon as he got to the spot he let them all on the ground as the medium sized tree branch peice of vine rolled out of the pile. Kyo looked at it and shakes his head as he then spoken.
"Well then everything is now done. Just time to clean the pile up."

Kyo looked at his pile. It was a good size pile that seemed to look like an apartment's load of garbage if you have to compare the sizes of the pile of vines. He then started to think of a plan as he then did not take long to think of one as he then spoke to himself.

"Creating everything to ash seems like a good way to dispose of everything. Plus she is not in danger for me to use the jutsu. heh i get to have a chance to use my natural element."

Kyo then raised his hand as he was doing hand signs. In that moment something was looking right at him. hiding in the bushes just nearby of the house. The something had a pair of eyes looking directly at him looking at the hand signs Kyo made and did not keep his eyes off of him. Kyo was finished with his hand signs as he then started to speak out his jutsu.

"Ryuzaki style: Ryuzaki Inferno"
His hands and legs were engulfed in flames. The flames were the true element of Kyo Ryuzaki. He knew what he had to do. He knew his plans he raised his hand and then the flames from his legs and the one of his unused arm came off from its respective body parts and focused on the hand. He then started to release the flame towards the vines as they started to destroy the vines. The sounds of cricking did not take long to do. The flames started to crisp up the vines and started to burn them up so much that they have reached ashes already.

The flames was almost done. The pairs of eyes keep looking at Kyo as its eyes open and then showed the fanges. He was ready to jump. Ready to jump to catch his prey. The flames were now gone from the vines and there seems to be no evidence of the vine being there. Except the one that rolled off. It did not matter to the creature it started to rush out towards Kyo and let out a large Rawr

Kyo Looked over at his work it was all over. The mission was done as he burned all the vines into ashes. He felt uneasy the whole time performing this justsu. As he then heard a loud rawr as he looked over and saw something rush over to him. The fangs showing. Kyo did not had not much choice. he started to switch places with himself and the tree branch size vine.

The creature jumped over and went to tackle him down. but Kyo Poofed into the vine as it started to growl and stared in front of himself. He was staring at Kyo and wanted to know what just happened. Kyo was having his back faced to him. As he then started to look back. The creature could be seen taking the piece of vine and taken it with him while hiding in the shadows. Kyo did not know what the creature was or how it came from but he was glad it had left. He should take his time not to go and leave for him. He then started to disappear from his spot as he made his way home.

Well Done. Other than some minor syntax and grammar errors it is very well written. It seemed as though you had fun with this mission also. Smile
