| Wind Controle: Still too vague in the sense of what it can do and how much chakra it costs. I suggest removing it and splitting it up into multiple jutsu.
Lightning Blade: For how many posts?
Weapons: I hope by lightning you mean the element of nature because C-rank weapons can't conduct chakra. |
