Cielco stands at five feet exactly. He is pretty skinny for his age, only ninety eight pounds. His left eye is a deep and passionate blue color. He has short dark gray with tints of blue. Over his left eye, he has a black eye patch. He doesn't wear it because it is missing, but because he has something to hide. If deemed necessary, he will remove the eye patch in combat. Revealing his left eye (see the below image). Ceil's skin has no trace of darkening what so ever, so he is very pale. Something out of the ordinary you see for a male is a piercing in both ears. Nothing fancy, just a simple dot on each earlobe. It is almost rare that you will see a smile on his face, perhaps a fake one very now and then. But in all honesty, he claims to of forgotten how to smile like he was having fun.
Another unusual thing about him is his attire. What makes it more strange is his age. Ceil usually wears formal clothing. Consisting of a button down shirt that varies in color between black, dark red, and dark green. Over that is a long black jacket. He also wears a blue ribbon tie, and some black shorts. Some black knee-high socks, followed by black boots on his feet. With his attire consisting of black for the most part, and his straight face, most people consider him to be emo, or goth. Though he doesn't care what people say, and it's nearly impossible for him to care any less. On his thumb, he has ring with a blue emrald on it. He wears it almost 24/7, only taking it off when he goes to sleep. Sometimes, as just an extra accessory, he wears white gloves. As for a headband, he keeps that in his jacket pocket on the inside. For safe keeping.

Personality: Ciel comes across as being a mostly emotionless, cold, intelligent child. He is capable of portraying himself as an engaging, happy, easygoing individual, typically when undercover, but is quick to revert to being callous when he no longer has to hide his true self. Before the loss of his parents, however, he seemed to be a happy and energetic child. He has a habit for slapping and insulting individuals for being too comfortable with touching or speaking to him. Though he does have his times when he could be nice. He is not known for interacting socially with some of the villagers, especially fellow shinobi. More or so if they of higher rank.
There are a lot of things he dislikes, but what he absolutely hates when people call him a "kid." When people call him a child, or anything of the sort he feels that they are judging him by his appearance and not seeing him for who he really is. A smart shinobi. Emphasis on shinobi. Although, because of his rank, he chooses to act the normal type of intelligence that of an average genin. When people decide to tease him about how 'dense' he is, when it is actually an act, he tells them off with his superior intellect. Which usually gets them to shut their mouth. To make things more interesting, he thinks of life as a game of chess. If you mess up just once, it could cost you your king. 'King' in this case, was referring to the kage. Although, if you mess up the kage probably wouldn't be hurt what so ever. You'll just make him look bad for having a fool in his village.

Enhanced Genjutsu Eye
His right eye, which is covered by an eye patch, is actually somewhat of an enhancer. When his eye patch is removed, or he lifts it up, his genjutsu effects increase. Making it seem more real then it actually is. Even though the victim wouldn't be hurt physically, just like an average genjutsu would do, the mind has a more chance of making it seem real. Like everything else, it doesn't last forever. It takes up a lot of chakra for Ceil to use - which is why he rarely uses it. He can only use it for 10 posts until he passes out.

| Background Information
History:
Birth - Early Childhood Arc
Some people would think that Ceilco wasn't born, but indeed he was. It was only a mere twelve years ago, and it was in a nice calm village. It wasn't one of the hidden village, but one completely separate from the world of shinobi. His parents wanted what was best for him, and for him to live in safety. And for five years, he did. He went out with his older brother to the small forest around the house, but he got lost and separated from his brother. The young child got scared and ran through the forest, looking for an exit. Once he found one, he noticed the scent of smoke. Following it where the source was, he saw his house. On fire! Ceilco wanted to run and see if his parents were okay, but was stopped by people who were putting out the fire. Once that was done with, he was allowed in the house. Everything was in ashes, even his parents. The only thing that survived was his fathers ring. Which Ceil has to the day, and he never plans to lose it. Since then, he hasn't smiled truly.
With nowhere else to go, he traveled to parts unknown to him. When just five years old, he was starving when he came across a village, which was known as the village hidden in the sand. He spent a lot of time there and was able to get a house and everything from his inherited ryo, and when he turned seven he decided that this was were he would spend the rest of his life. When wandering one day, he noticed a place that caught his interest. The ninja academy. He noticed something saying that they were taking new students, so he signed up. Not knowing one thing about a ninja, and what it was. Or this "chakra" they talked about. He was going to find out soon enough, though.
Academy Arc
Once in the academy, it confused him. He was failing all his classes, and this concerned his teachers. So they wanted to see his parents. The nine year old had to explain that he didn't have any, what happened, and everything of that sorts. But they didn't believe him. That night, not knowing what to do. When Ceil was just about to fall asleep, there was a knock at the door. He got up to answer it, and when he did he was shocked to see his parents! But they were in horrible shape, burned to the bone. When he reached out his hand, they dropped to the ground. Behind then was his brother, who he had though died after not seeing him for four years. Turns out, he had become a puppeteer and decided he would fill in for their parents place at the academy. And helped his younger brother learn the way of the ninja.
The next day, the two were able to fool the school system into thinking that Ceilco's elder brother was his father. After the academy classes were over for the day, he would return home to his brother where his real learning would begin. This became a routine, and eventually it was time for the genin exams. Surprisingly, he passed. And to make it official, he received a Suna headband. In the mirror, he tried tieing it around his forehead, his arm, his neck, his waist. And no matter where he put it, it didn't look good. So he decided to keep it hidden in his jacket. If obligatory, he would take it out to prove to people that he was official.
Genin Arc
Ceilco's brother decided to keep him off from training for a few days, and performed a forbidden art on the twelve year old's right eye. He put an eye patch over it, and told him to rest for a few days. Once that was done, he wanted him to fight him without taking off the eye patch, or moving it all. And he did. But lost the battle. Next, he was to fight while lifting up the eye patch. He discovered that when he used genjutsu, it did more damage to his brother. But after doing so, he fell unconscious. It took up a lot of chakra, and he wouldn't wake up until the next day. Of course, depending on how long he keeps it open and in use decides how long it would effect him.

- "Horrible" Quality:
The way he looked at her, she already had an idea what he was thinking. Of how weird she was, and how she stood out from the crowd. Most people find it okay to be different, but Kouu took it to the extreme. She cracked the knuckles of her bandaged hand and layed back on the rooftop. It was quite peaceful today, and the only thing she could do was lay back and enjoy it. She moved her bandaged hand it front of her face and sighed. The male had asked her a question, and she was ignoring it seeing it as he hadn't answered her. The cold wind blew, and it was as if it had no effect of Kouu, as she did not shiver or anything. Her white hair swayed in the wind, as well as her loose jacket. She glanced at the boy next to her, and saw that he wasn't paying attention. She stared, blankly, at him. Amazing... He asks a question, then devotes his attention away... She thought to herself. How strange... She finished in her mind and put on a small smirk. "How can... you help me...?" She rephrased and repeated his question. "You can start by answering my question..." She added. Kouu looked at him again, her hazel eyes were shining from the light that peered through the clouds. Although it was very little, it was enough. "Now then... how are you today?" She repeated for him. Just encase he didn't hear the genin the first time.

What's your name? He asked her. Kouu simply stared at him, while she was deep in thought. Her name? Now that she knew the truth about everything... What was her name? For fourteen years, it had been assumed she was "Kouu Venenum." But who was she, really? Whoever she wanted to be. She smiled at that thought, but it wasn't a normal smile. It was... a somewhat evil one. “My name is...” She started, looking into his eyes. That was the worst mistake she could of made. It was impossible for her to look someone in the eye and lie. “Kouu, I think...” She didn't know for sure if she was "Kouu." She wasn't to sure about anything in her life anymore. In fact, she wasn't so sure if she even existed anymore.
Looking at the way he was positioned, he seemed rather laid-back. “Hmph, look at how calm you are...” She said to him, her evil grin not showing any sign of leaving her face anytime soon. “What if, I was to attack you right now? And because of your hands being up like that, you couldn't move fast enough. Then what would happen?” Her tone was serious, which meant... she was being serious! She didn't mean to try and make him think that she was going to intend harm. Cause she wasn't. She could already tell that she was outmatched, outclassed. If they were to fight, especially in Konoha's lovely scenery, and them being two fellow shinobi of the same village... It would be a bad image. It gave Kouu the chills just thinking about it. But not with fear, with eagerness. Yet, she fought that urge. It was to soon for her to die. Especially since... Bah, forget it!

The bright yellow sun was completely up now, and Kouu had gotten no sleep. Again. Ever since meeting Suimaru, she hadn't been able to sleep. That bell of his was still echoing inside her head, and every time it did she saw that horrible vision again. It really annoyed her. As she made her way to her usual spot, shoe couldn't help but notice the torn down tree. She smiled at the memories it gave her of Sho, and how they met. It was nice meeting him, and it would make her very happy if she could see him again. There was something she found... unique about him. But what was it? Forget it, I have training to attend to! She thought to herself, and just dropped everything her mind. Focusing only on training.
She sat under a tree, leaning back against it. Looking up at the light blue sky. “I've never seen... A sky so blue...” She said out loud, followed by the closing of her eyes. It was all so... peaceful. She could just go to sleep right now. And she did. - Quote :

“Then Kill Me” A mans voice echoed in her mind, followed by an image of his face. She recognized it, all to well. It was a demon that had killed Kouu's actual parents, and now had just recently killed his own wife. Any victims after that, was unknown to her. To be frank, she didn't really want to know. Whoever they were, as long as they didn't concern her, she didn't care. “You...? Attack me” This time, it was Suimaru's voice and face. At just the thought of his name, scenes from that genjutsu pulsed in her mind. It all seemed so real. Well, it was supposed to, otherwise it would be pretty useless against the enemy. But she wasn't the enemy, was she? No. Not yet, anyway.
The Dream
“My name is Sho.” His voice said, and a face of him, too. This made her smile. She hadn't seen him such a long time, and now he was here. Or at least, she thought he was, until his picture faded away. She was alone in her mind now, just like she was in reality. And Kouu was starting to feel that it would stay that. Forever and always. Slowly, her eyes opened. “I must of dozed off...” She said to herself as she looked left and right. Nobody was here still. She was alone. Like how she was in her dream. With a small yawn, she stood up and turned around. Facing the tree she was just resting on. With a tightly clenched fist, she punched the tree. Once the punch had connected, the fist was released. Leaving an open palm on the bark. Kouu let her hand slide down. Perfect. She thought to herself. She took a few steps back until she was about eight feet away from the tree. She broke into a run, then when she was close enough to the tree she jumped - grabbing hold onto a branch. With one hand holding on the branch, she stretched out the other to grab onto a higher up branch. Almost... She thought to herself. But she spoke to soon, as the branch she was holding onto broke, causing her to fall down to the ground. It was still in her hand, so she tossed it aside. “Tree climbing...” She started, and looked up at the tree that towered over her. “Is harder then I excepted.”

To me it sounds more like a Clan ability, so I am not quite sure about it. |

And in history, it explains that his brother performed a forbidden art technique on it to make it like that, so wouldn't it be more of special characteristic?

But, check the description for Water Clone Jutsu, something is missing.
I guess its fine then, unless some Admin/Mod thinks otherwise. |
