I don’t know if we fully allow more than one summoning at a time. There has been a acceptance for multiple summoning if there is history telling that the shinobi can call on multiple summoning. If this is the section where you want multiple summoning then I have to ask an admin if it’s alright to use four at a time max. I personally don’t like the four at one time idea. I believe that you can go on and summon two at a time. That seems fair to whatever shinobi you might be facing, but as of right now this would have to be an Admin’s decision.

“If summoning is special ability that is clan related i.e a clan that your character is a part of and they specialize summoning then you are allowed 2 more creatures than normal (within your given/available ranks at it's maximum). You must have [Ninjutsu] as one of your two main specialities and you have a special characteristic outlining your proficiency with summoning/clan relation.”

If this Creature Summoning, the Neeva Brothers, is only obtainable at S rank, does this mean you are not allowed to call on the other summoning unless you can actual summon this one first. Since your personal information has it as this summoning was the first one to be granted you actually cannot you your other summoning unless your shinobi is of S rank Level. Also this also brings me to the fact that I do not see any character app with your username on it. I am guess this is because you want to make sure your clan is checked out before hand.

This is small, you say twins, do you mean that they are Quadruplets just askng.

I just wanted to know, and hopefully you can describe it better. Are the lightning from each rhino are a beam of lightning like so

I wanted to know because if its just coming from their tusks I want to know if its just a horizontal type of stream., or does it take shape vertically, beam that like a Pillar, or an “I” shape. If the jutsu comes from its name I believe it is a Vertical type of stream. Also

Also from the Same Jutsu, When you say charge around can you explain that better? Does that mean they can charge left, right, or forwards? Also if they are to move, is one supposed to move and the other has to move following its same pattern? . Does it disrupt the jutsu is one rhino is forced to move from its position? Also is there a cost for a continued use of the jutsu. This jutsu continues to draw chakra from the rhino each turn, if still used. Does that mean they take a B rank amount every time? It is going to need a cost to stay active? Personally I believe so.

The lightning both when creating the dome and when spiderwebbed across the ground is just enough to cause paralysis for a single post. however if they were to be hit bye the pillar of lightning that shoots upward, it would overload their body with electricity and surely kill them.

Something is defiantly iffy about this jutsu. Lets see here. After rereading this a few times I get the basis of the jutsu I just want to know.
1) When the circle of lightning reaches its target, or the middle is this when it forms into a pillar of lightning reaching 10 meters in hight?
2) When it reaches ts hight does it automatically rushes to the ground to create the dome?
3) When you mean electrical speaks and spiderwebbed, does this mean the dome is filled with electricity.
4) How can a target be paralyzed by the hit and also be killed at the same time due to an overload. I can agree of the paralyze part of the jutsu but since it is a B rank, and it involves all four Rhinos, I can suggest the paralyze count should be greater. It is chakra after all and B ranks are suppose to severely injure the body not to kill it
5) This brings me to the next point. What are the drawbacks? How long does it need to be prepared? Will the jutsu stop if an opposing force stops a section of the circle? What happens if a portion of the circle is countered by an enemy jutsu or attack?

Does this jutsu need to be prepared beforehand before it can be used. Judging by the active posting count, this jutsu needs to be prepared ahead of time.

The hide of Senod is much different then that of most other rhinos. The main difference being that it is flame resistant (not immune). It is also chakra conductive, but only to Katon based chakra.

How long can this resistant last? How many level of jutsu/power can the hide take until the ability is gone? Or is this just a constant percent reduction of flames?

- To be fair in all of this, and I know the manga rules dont exactly apply on this site at all times but just for a reference point, Kakashi had a summon with nine at a time. The nature of the summoning is for them to work as a team, notice how typically their attacks require multiple of the rhinos to be used, alone their rather, well just like normal animals for the most part aside from a few small details. Thats why the numbers. Alltogether they are equivelent of a B rank summon. just one of them, as i have it set up now, would be maybe C or D at best. However I get the numbers issue, so I went ahead an added a note that when they are summoned, no other summons can be brought forth by the user, to balance this out. And yes I plan to have a summoning SC in my character app when I create it

They start it off with nothing in between them, and then move forth. Also, it states in the description "Can only be maintained for three posts." Obviously continued use after this would need a repeat of the jutsu's use and a re-spending of charka, just like with any other jutsu.

-Yes it goes to the ten meters high in the center, as that is obviously when the four waves would meet and connect. As soon as it hits max height, ten meters, it will branch out creating the dome. Spiderweb = upon the ground, before the pillar is made, and is non existant after that. Paralyze = hit by the spiderwebing part of the first half of the jutsu. The kill was if hit by the pillar which was a combo of the power of all four. However, reduced this to a longer paralysis count and sever burns. Ya if one was knocked out out and his portion of the jutsu interrupted, the pillar would fail to materialize, stopping the jutsu after the other spider webbings met in the middle.

- Yes it must be prepared

-It specifically says "withstand flames that ARENT directed at him through a jutsu" This means jutsu would still affect him the same. It is merely a way for him to pass through walls of flame with out to much worry, while a human might say, obtain a blister etc depending on the amount of flames.

- Ok this one, its says again "ALL C RANK suiton and katon jutsu. Anything more and it wont protect him. As it only lasts four posts, and anyone with even half a brain of intelligence wont be spamming jutsu out the ass like that, at least not C rank ones, so I think its a pretty small protection, especially for a B rank summon. About the futon, its as it was explained in the magna as to why naruto shouldnt use his wind againt sauskes fire. wind will cause the flames to increase. What this means is the flames, if hit by a wind jutsu, will eat up the wind out of the jutsu, but in turn will make the flames more intense on Sendos body, causing them to burn him.

-The water evaporating thing is described quite clearly, its his own version of water walking, allowing him to walk upon it only and he must maintain a decent run/gallop to do so, otherwise he sinks, this was already explained in the jutsu.

Alright then. With that cleared up the second summoning is approved.

About your four Rhinos. Even if you have a SC of summoning you can only summon three of the rhinos. Also if they are grouped together to a B rank Summoning. Then add the fact the summonings are D or C rank Rhinos. I will ask an Admin to look at the first summoning to see if it is acceptable to summon all four of them.

The last sentence, is this does not move in a straight path does this mean the Rhino can control its path? Just add in a small sentence or continue the last sentence that is is able to control the arrow to its target.
