Clan Name: Igakubuki or Medical Weapon
Clan Location: The small hidden village or wandering
Clan Traits: The inability to use jutsu, A mostly mechnical body, Secret Presidures: The members of the igakubuki clan have been doing research and experiments on kidnapped civilians from other villages and have learned multiple procedures that are unheard off by other medical ninjas. These special procedures include things like applying robotic limbs and repositioning the chakra circulatory system. Due to the inability to use jutsu they havei nstead rigged up their mechnical limbs to run on chakra having weapons and attacks that could be equal to jutsu that ninjas preform.
Kekkei Genkai: Lack of Nerves: Every ninja in the clan is born without nerves which completely removes their sense of touch however this also allows them to feel no pain as well making their procedures they preform on themselves not have any complication due to pain and allowing them to stay in fights without having to pass out from pain and can continue to fight even with life threatening wounds.

A clan that has been shunned by most. Known as the igakubuki or the medical weapons they are looked down upon by almost all the other ninja. Little is known about the creation of the clan but it is said that it started with a small group of ninja that went rogue from konoha disappearing into the forest most thought that they were dead but in the forest they were creating a village. It took nearly 3 years of the village to actually be completely however after it was created the villagers that lived there began to search for low ranked ninja or high ranked ninjas to attack and kidnap in large groups. The village was filled with only those with vast medical knowledge who wanted to further their knowledge by doing experiments on living beings which could possibly kill them. The village of konoha did not agree with the idea and wouldn't allow them to do it so the ninjas were forced out of the village which is why they created their own village. While also kidnapping people for experiments and procedures they were also finding recruits however one important rule for the village was that anyone who decided not to stay would have to be killed. The village has lived on for nearly a hundred years now and has a reputation to most but only as gruesome heartless monsters willing to do anything to be able to test their experiments. The clan resides in a village hidden deep within the forests of konoha that is nameles and almost completely hidden in the dense forest. Partially underground the village is a place used for both experiments to increase the knowledge of the village and to train the newborns in the ways of the igakubuki so that they can use the secreat procedures to make themselves weapons as well. The undeground is where the villagers take the victoms to prefer the procedures while above ground is when the newcomers are trained to becoem the weapons just like the other members. After making it to the age of 10 an igakubuki is supposed to leave the village however some of the villagers have stayed to increase their knowledge and teach those that are born there to become a weapon like the rest of them. A ninja with igakubuki blood is supposed to return to the village to have their children the igakubuki blood being very dominant completely cancels out any other clans blood if a child were to be born from parents of two different clans.

How does this classify as a Kekkei Genkai? This is just stating a general fact/practise of the clan.

Didn't really know where to put that so i just put it in that section the clan really doesn't have any special abilities since they are just a group of people with secret surgeries that make then into robotic weapons i just didn't want to leave that section blank where do you suggest i move it.

It would most likely be a clan trait, something that is passed down through knowledge teaching one to the other. Make sure you note this.

You will also have to detail how they are mechanical. This isn't really Narutoverse friendly. Advanced technology has been deliberately kept out of the Narutoverse because of the ninja-system and chakra. Who needs that technology when you have "jutsu". So there would need to be some kind of justificationand connection with chakra somehow.
