Personality: Ino is one of the only things Arashii will show a complete soft side too, this is most likely due to the bond they share and how playful and warming Ino is toward her owner, Arashii. Ino is one very loving and affectionate dog when it comes to people she knows well, such as her owner Arashii or certain other individuals like Ahora, who actually found Ino and gave her to Arashii. To knew people she will appear to be well-guarded and distant but will accept them after a nice scratch to the belly as long as Arashii approves of them. However if danger surfaces, Ino can be an everything viscous dog, barking, snarling and attacking anything to protect Arashii or their house. She is very loyal and trustworthy however and when Arashii takes her out of the house he doesn't put a lead on her because she won't dare run away from her now perfect life. Even if another dog or cat was seen in the street, she would stay by Arashii's side or close to time. Arashii has never had to discipline Ino because she has always been a great dog for the two years Arashii has had her so far and already appears to be house trained.
Background: Although Arashii is not aware of the first three years of Ino's life, the dog itself has quiet the memory, as before Arashii her life was trying to get through every day. Ino was born in a litter on a northern island of Kirigakure, one that was covered in snow and had plenty of her breed of dog as this was supposed to be their true environment. The family that Ino lived with for the first year however eventually traveled onto the main land of Kirigakure just after the first year of the pups life. They were good to Ino but attention was divided in between the five other puppies, Ino and the mother herself. The non-shinobi family stuck north on the main land and built a house as another six months went by. Eventually, a small band of criminal ninja came to the house asking for money. The father of the family payed up not wanting any harm to come to his family. Two days later, another group came to do the same thing, a different group. But the father had already given the money to another group. The Missing Ninja group tied up the family and the newly complete house on fire, taking the only thing they saw valuable, the five pups; excluding Ino who was hiding behind a cabinet watching the entire thing. When the cost cleared, Ino would go to return to loosen the ties of the ropes as the family one by one passed out due to the amount of smoke they inhaled. Ino's mother ran after the criminals to get her puppies back but was easily struck down and killed with a few kunai. Ino followed they tracked as the house burned down, passing her dead mother to find her dead siblings. When she eventually caught up, the Missing Ninja had taken them to a dog fighting arena. Ino was captured shortly after. The group knew the pups weren't old enough to fight yet so they trained they and kept them caged for another year, the dogs were now two and a half and this is when they started fighting. Ino being the only girl of the litter struggled to fight against bigger dogs but somehow would pull of the victories with minimal injuries. A few of her siblings did not have the same luck and passed in the arena. Ino was eventually the last one left, almost at the age of three. The place was eventually raided by a band of Kirigakure ninja who didn't approve of this inhumane act, capturing a few of the Missing Ninja and killing some who attempted to resist. A beautiful young kunoichi found a battered Ino and took her back to Kirigakure where she presented her to Arashii. Where the Mizukage instantly melted. Ino would heal over time and get used to being spoiled and loved by Arashii and Ahora, she finally felt at home and doesn't plan to leave Arashii's side until she dies.
