This is nothing major, but I figured that the little things are the ones that make the forum bestestest.
If a link is given in text, such as --->here<---, it is practically impossible to tell that its a link unless you accidentally move your cursor on it. In other forums the link usually makes the text a little bit colored, like this, but not here.
I even tried giving the words a link and coloring the words manually like this:

[ c o l o r = r e d ] [ u r l = linky ] Blah [ / u r l ] [ / c o l o r ]

But it doesn't work. Because apparently, the color the text takes when a link is given to it, is the default color with which we all write our text - black. If I wanted my links to be seen, I should color all of my text like this, so that others would notice the link, but that would be a real pain in the tushy.

So... Would it be possible for you to change the color linked text takes from black to, like, blue or something?

I messed around with it to get what you requested but it would appear if I change those link colors then like "Introductions" and "Away" section - So I tried.

You're doing it in the wrong order, you can code a link to a different color easily.

This is your base code, you tell the forum you want this url code to link into the text you've placed, simple enough, the forum understands that since its only one code being put into place.

Now, here you've tried to tell the forum to color and link, but you've confused it, hence the color hasn't come up. What you've done is that you've told the forum to color ALL of whats there, and since you're trying to color coding, its obviously not going to come up. You haven't told the forum what you want.

THIS is how you tell the forum you want it to color your link. You tell the forum you want the url to link into that text, then you tell the forum you want the words it links into to, and ONLY those words, colored. It understands that and it'll color your link for you.
