Physical Appearance:
Ka Surogawa has the charastics of a crocodile. His shin tone on certain parts such as his hands, upperback, and face are palish green. His body is parshly scaledwhich provides an extra toughness to all jutsu. His teeth are also long and sharp and resemble that of a crocodile. His fingernails are 1in long and black as the night. Ka wears a long black cloak underneath he has a spandex like shirt with 3 claw marks across the body. His black sweatpants are slightly sagged and reaches jus above his ankles. Through the back of these pants Ka has a tail that is exactly 5ft long that he also tends to use as and offenseive and defensive weapon. This tail is spiky on the tip.
Ka's hair is nothing more than a black mohawk that runs dawn to his spinalcord. His face is crocish with his extended out jawlines and the yellow palish eyes. Hie eyes hae a second pair of lids that comes down when need to protect them from blindness. Although a Croc hybrid Ka walks on two feet as if he were coomplete human. Also Ka is attemendating to others not because of his scary traits, it's because of his muscular body frame. Ka's weapon is weilded on back for it is heavy and a holder is made to carry this weapon for he created it himself.
Personality:
Ka does not do things by halves. He is a very committed individual; always finishing a task he starts. If he knows he cannot complete a task, he will not even begin or attempt it. This attitude also translates into him hard-working attitude when training or on a mission.
As one might expect, Ka has little time for social events. He does have friends – close ones even – though they are admittedly few in number. Those who dislike him tend to stay well clear, his serious personality frightening them enough to keep them from voicing their dislike. His primary hate is boredom; he is always looking for something to do and cannot cope with an empty timetable. To this end, he is often rallying his close friends to go and train or explore.
It would be naïve to say or think that Ka is always a serious individual. As long as he is with company that he is comfortable with, he’ll happily chat, joke around and enjoy himself. That is, if it doesn’t involve anything he would consider ‘childish’.

Clan Name: Surogawa Clan
Clan Location: Kirigakure
Clan Traits: This clan is an animal hybrid clan that has crossed humanity with crocodiles. They are undisputed masters of the swampy marshes outside of Kirigakure, and deadly ninja in their own right. Being possessed of Crocodile traits, they do not appear as human. Though they walk on two legs, all members of this bloodline have thick and scaley skin, claws, and fangs. Their heads are large and extended, possesing a long and dangerous mouth of sharp fangs. Their backs are covered in thick and ridged scales that can resist great attacks, and extend down into their long tails. A surogawa's tail is as long as the clan member is tall, and powerful in it's own right. The clan is possessed of thick, honeycombed bones that can recieve incredible abuse before breaking, and their skulls are twice as thick as a humans. They have thick, knotty muscles, and thinner, but still tough, scales covering the whole of their bodies. The tail can be used for sweeping horizonal attacks, and is capable of dealing massive damage, however they are a little slow on land. Being naturaly at home in the water, this clan moves with an obvious lack of grace on land.
A Surogawa recieves no innate bonus to strength, though it's toughness is unheard of. The thick scales of the clan allow them to endure great blows with little effect, just as if they were wearing thick armor. It takes a weapon or jutsu attack at least one rank higher than the Surogawa to do any damage at all to it's back side. Attacks of any other rank will have their effective damage reduced to just one quarter of their normal power. That's a 50% reduction in power to anything striking the thick scales on the Surogawa's back. This, combined with their powerful tail, makes getting behind a Surogawa and extremely bad idea, and places their vulnerable side in front of them. The thicker scales all around them also provides them with an all around damage bonus that helps give this clan it's notable toughness. Attacks from weapons, and ninjutsu that deal purely phycial damage, of lesser rank than the Surogawa has it's effectivness reduced by 1/4th. This bonus applies whether or not the Surogawa member is wearing armor or not.
While on land a Surogawa is able to move in all respects as a normal human does, however will never be able to recieve a bonus to their speed. Their bodies are not made for sprinting, nor for spinning around quickly. Their impressive jaws are a threatening weapon if a Surogawa is able to get close enough to use it, but difficult to manage while fighting. To bite an opponent the Surogawa must first succeed in grappling attempt. If their opponent is unable to get away, the Surogawa can deliver an almost certainly fatal blow, and crush their victim in their impressively strong jaws. Damage dealt when biting is doubled, and will break any normal bones bitten down on. While they bite with an impressive amount of pressure, a Surogawa's mouth can be held closed with only a pair of fingers. The one way effectivness of their muscles gives them a very weak force of around five pounds to opening their dangerous jaws.
While they are in water, the danger of this clan increases imensly. It's been said by many that the only way to defeat a Surogawa while it's in the water, is to get it out of the water. While their strength and defenses do not increase, their powerful tail becomes a strong propeller for motion. They can move through the water faster than most ninja can run. They recieve a 50% bonus to their speed, and can move in any direction. Their gaping maw becomes much more of a danger and they can assault with their mouth with great ease than on land. At any rank, a Surogawa may remain submerged for up to ten hours at a time, and even go so far as to sleep beneath the surface.

Their eyes are covered with a thin membrane underwater which keeps their vision perfectly clear. They can see through anything but complete darkness, and brackish water is no obsticle. The Surogawa clan has this swamp sight out to a range of 15 meters, or 45 feet, and can move with perfect vision and speed through even the dirtiest swamp water.
Lungs The Surogawa clan lungs are in incedible shape for shinobi. Naturally the Surogawa can hold their breath for longer period of times.(AS: 3 Post) (genin: 5 post) (chunnin: 7 post) (jonin: 10 post) (S-Ranked: 12 post). These lungs also keeps the surogawa clan from tiring out as fast.

Sharp Teeth Much like their kind the Surogawa have extreemly sharp teeth. Those fierce teeth however, are not meant for chewing. They are meant for breaking up trees and rocks, or for crushing bones, even hooves and horns, so that they will fit down the Surogawa's throat. The Surogawa 62 teeth are all exactly 1 inch long and are most durable upon man. These teeth do however fall out with a good strike to the mouth. Over short periods of time they tend to grow back.(A few days or so)

Description This attack can only be used after the Surogawa has caught someone in their jaws, and only while in the water. By twirling their tail, the surogawa is able to send their body into a quick spin, tearing off any flesh caught in their mouths. This attack is impossible to defend against, and deals a large amount of damage. Any flesh in the surogawa's mouth will be removed from the body, be it a chunk of side, an arm, a leg, or a head. This attack deals damage as if it were two ranks higher, and anything damaging over S rank is certainly all but fatal.
History:
Clan History
Before the villages formed, when the world was a more dangerous place, a small tribe of aggressive humans dwelled in the deeper regions of swamp. Their land was one of plants and water, full of fish, insects, and the most dangerous force known to those humans. The crocodile was the most imposing force known to the swamp, before the Surogawa clan, and it's efficint and deadly design inspired the tribe's priests. Using their dark magics, the first members of the surogawa clan summoned forth the great cheif of the crocodiles. The clan dropped before it offerings of hundreds of fish and a thousand rabbits, racoons, and birds. They gave it their praise and their worship, and pleaded for it's protection and help. The Surogawa clan keeps his history secret, and is only passed down through their generations by word or mouth.
The great crocodile consumed the offered feast in one bite, then tore through half the present clan members with the another. It swallowed the great group of people whole, then returned to the swamp, laughing. The great bubbles of it's decending breath stirred up the waters of their swamp, and the clan though for a moment that all was lost. When they returned home to their thatch hut village, they lamented over their situation, but then the great beast struck again. The cheif crocodile was said to be two hundred feet long, and akin to a moving mountain of power and weight. It tore into the center of their small village and tore a great hole into the earth. The swamp waters flooded the village, killing another half of the clain. Their numbers were reduced to a mere handful when the beast turned on them. It spoke in a low and grinding voice, instructing them to tend to it's eggs, if they wanted to survive.
The crocodile laid almost 200 eggs in the hole that it tore, each about a foot and a half long and covered in a slimy, leathery shell. For two full months the eggs remained dormant, and sat in the great mound the croc had burried them in. When they finaly did hatch, the clan found inside something very different than a clutch of large crocodiles. The people the beast had eatten had been changed, taking on the horrific shape of the crocodile, yet also remaining arguably human. The new creations were going to be the masters of their swamp, and had the favor of the great crocodile. They retained all the memories of their human days, however eventually the clan fell apart. Over the course of a few decades the fully human population of this clan died off, and only the hybrids remained.
The clan was born a new, and from that day on became the masters of their own fates. Though they fought amongst them selves, no other force dared to challange them in their natural domain. The clan began to perfect their new shapes, and learned to use their new forms to great effect. They took over the swamps, and formed their own territory. The clan has little use for buildings, and lives exclusivly in the swamps near present day Kirigakure. Their city is unrecognisable by almost anyone, just a brackish swamp stretching to the ocean, full of grass, reeds and mounds of dirt. Crocodiles thrive in this area, and even most explorers dare not enter this dangerous territory, known as the Drowned Swamp.
After Kirigakure was founded, the elders were quick to make peace with this clan, and activly seek out new recruits from it's line. They are known to be the best force for protecting the wet lands around Kiri from invasion. As ninjas the Surogawa are only grudgingly accepted within Kiri city limits, as their monsterous appearance often frieghtens children, and grown men a like. They look like predators made to kill, and their great claws and teeth do nothing to help. Only because of their legendary toughness and great loyalty to Kiri do they remain an accepted and hesitantly welcomed force for Kiri. The Surogawa themselves have reamained loyal to Kiri since it's inception, agreeing to protect the swamps so long as their domain is left alone. Their secret place is mostly built of underwater chambers and hollowed out meeting places. For hours on end a group of Surogawa can meet beneath the waves, and talk to eachother undetected.

Special Characteristics: Ka is Physically fit among others in is clan. Through his many years of hard work and dedication he new one of the clan's weakness is that they didn't stay in shape. Ka put forth the effort 3x as hard as anyone else just to equally physical fit and the normal shinobi. Also Ka's stealth is unimaginable. He creeps and crawls into any place and is harldy ever noticed. Ka' has the stealt capabilities of ninja with many years os experience above him.

When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Ka spring forth from beneath water at extreem speed to deliver a devestating strike with his sword. There is little chance of escape.

Description: The user sheaths their sword, and takes a customary stance with their shoulder turned toward the opponent and the sword/sheath on the back side facing away from the opponent. This technique is an instant sword draw. The user waits in the stance and then draws their sword at extreme speed with a twist of the waist. This attack is done with extreme speed, and as such, has alot of power and is hard to block. Description: This jutsu is a justu created by Ka himself. When the opponent is within 9m range of Ka, he extends out his blade wrapping it around his opponent and himself(all but 1 arm) clamping the together as 1. When together Ka bites down on his opponent ensuring they don't get away. With his loose arm Ka jurks his sword like a winding pin and drops on the ground to futher ensure his oponent doesn't escape. Ka starts to roll his body the opposite direction in which he jerk his sword causing the blade to tear into him and his opponents backside. This jutsu causes damage to both shinobi but since Ka has thick armored scales on his backside the jutsu isn't nearly as effective. While on the other hand can put the opponent in a critical state.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: Ka's weapon is an altered version of the Ivy Blade. The blades of this sword are dangersouly sharp. They will cut through anything that is of D Rank and below. This blade is extremely dense causing it to resist more damage than a normal sword.
Origin: The sword has an unknown origin but there are many legends about it, one particular legend would say that this sword curses whoever wields it, particularly the Water country ANBU wielders since this blade is made from the finest steel, though most ANBU's die a horrific death, the blade itself passing to another ANBU user, and so, it was passed on to Otomichi when he has become an ANBU, serving him well since it was wielded by him in every single missions he carried out as an ANBU, always stained in blood when Otomichi would return to his village, bringing along the new legend about it. "Whoever wields the horrid blade will be successful in his journey of bloodshed lest he becomes this accursed blade's victim.", implying that in order to get keep the "supposed" curse in bay, Otomichi will have to kill, kill and kill, having to stain it in the blood of his victims.
Some speculate that Ka was the reason Otomichi betrayed his village and become a Missing nin, others speculate further that Otomichi reason of becoming a Missing nin is to kill people without a limit he had when he used to be an ANBU.

Background Information
History:
Pre-Academy
Ka was born in the Village of Iwagakure. There, he learned everything he knew, and still is. He has sworn to protect his village even though if it meant risking his life. That seemed to be a tradition in the Surogawa family. During the birth of Ka, his Parents had promised to raise him up to be a great Shinobi, one that knew the laws of a Shinobi, and would never think to break them. One that would never betray his village, and hopefully the next kage; Ka Surogawa
At a tender age, (3) Ka was taken to his Father's training grounds by his Mother to watch. Ka was just a child, and knew nothing of what his Father was always doing there. All what his Father did at that time never seemed to gain his interest. Nothing but his Father's vicious techniques. The stab, pummblle, and puncture and so on. It seemed Ka was often interested in swords. Why he was interested in this harmful substance was unknown to those around him, but would soon be revealed later in his future.
Academy
Today, was the day Ka was to be enrolled in the Shinobi academy. Where he would learn the rules, and ways of the Shinobi. Today, Ka turned Seven years old, and his Father thought now was a good time for him to be enrolled in the Academy. After all, he was already Talented, and could defeat most of the students who were already enrolled in the Academy thanks to the teachings of his Father.
Ka was beaming with joy. Today, would be the day he would prove to everyone in the village that he had what it took to become a great leader, and the next Mizukage; a powerful Shinobi. He took his first step into the classroom, sat down, and listened to what the Teacher had to teach him. He was intrigued by all the teachings. It seemed his Father had been holding back on a lot, but that didn't matter, that was what he was here for. If his Father had told him all he knew about being a Shinobi, then there would be no need of going to the Academy. It would just be a repetition of all what he had been thought at home, and he was glad his Father had held back.
Ka was a good listener. He listened very well to all what the Teacher had to say. He took notes down, and practiced all what he had been thought at school at home, and even learned more about what he had been thought at home whenever he asked his Father. He was now ready for the next step of becoming a great shinobi; The Genin Exams.
Genin
The Genin Exams was an Exam, as already known as. It was the time when an academy student matured into an even great Shinobi. A Genin, the second least rank in the Shinobi rankings. Ka participated in it, and passed with flying colors. His Father, mother, and relatives were proud of him. He was the first in the line of the Ka family to pass the Genin exams in one try, already making him a prodigy in his family. He was going to be the one that would surpass his Father, the strongest Family member at the time.
After obtaining the rank as a Genin at the age of Eleven, Ka's Father knew it was time for Ka to be given training. Prepare him for the next big step of completing his (Ka's) dream to become the next Mizukage. The Chuunin exams. Now, was also the time when his Father, Mother, relatives would find out why Maraku was interested in the substance fire, and more. Ka was taking the Elemental test. The Elemental test was when a Shinobi was to find out which Element, out of the five; Wind, Fire, Water, Earth, and Lightning, the Shinobi held within him. The Shinobi could also hold two of the five elements within him, and ONLY two if Lucky. Those who held one at Genin were of no difference. It just meant they would find out their second element at a higher rank; Jounin. Ka found out he held only one element within him. Water element. A destructive combination. This element could destroy an entire village if the shinobi who held them weren't careful with it. Ka's Father was happy his son had this same element as he did, and thus proceeded to teach Ka all the techniques he knew for his rank. (Maraku's rank.)
Role-Play Sample:
Xylo had passed the first two tests beautifalily and his next test would be his hardest. His opponent would be one of the more talented genin in the exam. Yuki is the genins name, and Xylo expected the ninja to fight her best. The injuries from the last exam had slowly healed but the scars and the pain would never leave. The rest had been good for Xylo, the hype had not affected his sleep after spending his days day in Konoha.
On his entrance into the exam battle field he felt an all too familiar chill down his spine, Xylo had done his research on the battle field and the history of it was enough to unnerve any man. Any man who didnt know how to steal his mind from fear. The rusted metal parts lying around the the field froom a previous fight and the suspecious walls that are supposed to have spikes inside them, Konoha had been incredible in the exams so far and he didnt expect to crap out now. Whatever happened in this test, Xylo knew that he had to make sure his emotions and frustration didnt get ahold of him and make him lose control.
It's was then when a sudden chill ran down his spine and his knees buckled. The world suddenly went defeningly quiet. Each step was measured and carried a sense of purpose. Each echo ripped mercilessly across the virgin void of the silent world like a spiteful demon from the darkest depths of hell. The crowd was so intense the wall of the arena were shaking as if it was an earthquake.
The young genin calmly scanned the area with no haste. There wasn't much to see really and it was obvious what the holes in the walls were for. He then stopped, his view rested in the eyes of his opponent. Time stopped. Xylo and Yuki were in a world of their own now. Round two of the chunnin fighting exams. One person had to win, but neither were looking to lose. Both eargly wanted to be chunnin and prove to their new kage they were worthy shinobi and had even the possibilities to become Jonin.
Xylo broke eye contact for a moment and then put his hands in his pockets. In them he held some kunai, a few scrolls, and explosive tag. Then their eyes met again. Xylo would then try to sent images of Yuki's brutal death into her mind, which would only serve to further fuel the mindbulging terror and intensify the fight even more.
He would then pull out a scroll and prepair it just in case of any soon incoming danger. One of his puppets were on his back already to go, but Xylo decided to start the match with out it. Holding one scroll within his hand he raised the other to solute his opponent. Congradulations on making it to the second round. I wish you the best. Xylo infromed this to his opponent considering they were both from Suna. He then would hold a single handsign and prepair for the worst. I know we're from the same village but I still must try to advance to the next round. Therefore I'm not going to take it easy and I must defeat you Xylo then waited holding his handsign. He was waiting for his opponent to retaliate.

| | I noted that you have that your main specialty is Kenjutsu while your sub is Ninjutsu, but it appears to be the other way around. You have a lot more Ninjutsu than Kenjutsu. |

| With your sword, it makes no sense. It can extend up to 5m at Genin rank, and becme sharper and dense. That makes sense. The following doesnt.
The more dense the sword gets, and the longer it gets, the heavier it gets. By the time you reach 15 ft (5m), with how dense im assuming you plan on making the sword, just because you added that little tid bit in there, the Genin, even with your enhnaced strength, would not be able to lift the sword. Or if you could, you would not be able to swing the sword, as it would be too unbalanced.
As for S-Rank, no. 25 meters is 75 feet. Chakra enhanced, super strength, whatever you wanna throw, noone will be able to cntrol that sword.
Since its going to be brought up, Tsunade only picked up Gamabunta's sword and brought it down. No swinging or normal swordplay involved. |

| ok ok I shortened the blade for all ranks
also i took out the dense part for that was a complete mistake. I didn't even know it was there.
Btw my blade isn't as heavy as the normal blade because it's not solid all the way through.
(look at the link you can see what i'm talking about.) So lifting it wouldn't be as much of a problem as you make it seem.

| | Well, Density isn't the issue here... you see, that gap in it, where it's hallow is going to cause some pressural damage to the blade. If you hit something really really hard with it, the blade would probably crack in half. Beyond that, something of such high density is going to weigh an aweful lot, hallow or not. |

If water is added to a weapon, it shouldnt get sharper. Thats a wind attribute. |
