In Five Years...

...I'll be proud to still be a member here. I don't see this as a waste of my time, since I have learned so much, and grown as a person here. Not just in writing(though this is where I learned that I have potential and now skill in the skill of writing and roleplaying), but also socially and emotionally. The people here helped me when I was at my worst, and even some random person that I don't know talking to me in chat, makes my days a lot of the times. I have, and continue, to struggle with depression and refuse to go in for help, since I don't believe in a society where we drug everyone up(long story, please don't ask for it here), so my only 'treatments' is the few joys I can find in life. I know I'm not the only one, either. You may not know this, and I didn't until someone pointed it out to me a few weeks ago, but just one smile can change someone's day.

I know I'm starting to ramble, so I'll just quit while I'm ahead(assuming I was ever there to begin with TEEHEE

). This topic isn't meant to continue some previous flame war, but just what I wanted to say. The topic was locked, with just cause, so I figured I'd post this here and get it off my chest.*

Honestly, five years is a lot of time. I hope to be animating characters in about five years. I might pop in once in a while, but I highly doubt I'll be rping for that long. Maybe I could start back once I'm all settled in and I'm just going with the flow.

I definitely wont be rping in 5 years. Ill have just gotten out of the army around that time. During this Units 5 year anniversary Ill be in the army in active duty. Right after that Im hitting the books again for a degree in law and then its on to setting up the track for a political seat one day.

Oh BTW Zen, you have my full respects for not getting dopped up just because you have some baggage. I have the same outlook about the matter. Kudos brah. I do wish everyone well who chooses to rp here but my run in the game is about over, maybe over already,

Starting February, Academic Team Season is over. I'll make a character then. I'm doing college classes, along with band and A-Team, so I'm a little busy. I still lurk here and stare at Adam through his bedroom window, though ;D

Saint, will you at least still come on the forums, when not serving? I think that it's pretty awesome of your guys to serve your country, and join the armed forces. I may not agree with the war, but I completely support our troops.

I'n five years, I'll be a proud college freshmen. I won't be text roleplaying such as this, but will continue on DMing and playing D&D as much as I like.

However, as previously states by a few peoplem US has always held a special place in me, for the advice givento me here by the members and some of the writing ideas and inspirations given to me will always be remembered.
