Shokutei{WIP}(Please Review Now)

((Due to the fact that I'm cutting it close in terms of the custom clan rules on canon related material I would respectfully request this is reviewed before I finish it in order to see if the clan can be plausibly accepted. I've given enough brief history to explain how the clan broke away from the Senju. It is going to have more focus on the Daisei Hijutsu than the Mokuton bloodline. I didn't get to explaining it yet however the seal was stopped prematurely so only the clans vitality was taken away and it was not completed thus allowing his descendants to still rarely possess the Mokuton Style KKG))

Clan Name: 植廷 {Shokutei}
Loose Translation ~ Plants of the Imperial Court
Location: Land of Lightning - Kumogakure
Signature Traits:

Botanists ~ Members of the Shokutei are raised with and around plants. It is part of their basic education to obtain a deep understanding of plant life. A C rank shinobi of the Shokutei clan is capable of identifying most common plants and has a deep understanding of it's uses as a C rank medicine or poison. Upon becoming a shinobi of higher rank and completing an rp of 1200 words or more a Shokutei clan member can increase his knowledge to span rarer plants. This will allow them access to medicinal and poisonous properties of equal rank.

Frail Bodies ~ A curse seal placed on the very genetics of all Shokutei clan memebers as penance for their ancestors crimes and betrayal. It removed the blessings of vitality from the DNA of the clans founder and replaced it with a genetic tendency towards weakness. All Shokutei Clan members have a 10% reduction to physical strength and endurance.

Pale Skin/Sensitive Sight ~ As a result of spending a great many years of their lives underground. The Shokutei typically have pale skin and eyes that are sensitive to light. They usually wear goggles of some kind to shade their vision however were one to venture out into broad day light without protection his sight would be reduced by 50%

Daisei Hijutsu ~ The secret arts of the Shokutei clan culminate in the Daisei, or Great Luxuriant Growth, Hijutsu. It is a technique used in conjunction with specially grown seeds that have been treated with chakra. By infusing ones own chakra with these seeds the user is able to enter into a symbiotic relationship with the plant and stimulate incredible growth even without the Mokuton Kekkei Genkai. A Shokutei member with a handful of seeds can quickly become surrounded by deadly plants of carnivorous and poisonous nature if left unchecked.

Shokutei clan members must be at least a B rank Shinobi and complete a 2000 word rp in order to unlock Mokuton
Wood Release (木遁, Mokuton)
The Senju clan has the ability of the manipulation of the advanced element wood, or "Mokuton". They achieve this by having complete balance with two elements: Earth and Water. By combining these two chakra and implementing them into jutsu they can create wood or manipulate preexisting wood. By converting chakra into the source of life, senju areble to create trees, cause them to grow to great sizes, and manipulate them to diverse shapes and battle uses at will. It was said this ability was used to create the very landscape and foundation that Konoha is built on.

History:

The beginning

Several generations ago there was a Senju clan member named Yoase Senju. Yoase was ambitious and while he had no claim to lead the clan he sought the position out anyways. Yoase was very interested in using the clans Mokuton abilities in conjunction with several new species of plants he had been breeding since childhood and was convinced that this secret training would grant him the edge needed to overthrow the current head of the Senju clan. Yoase spent most of his life between the ages of 15 to 25 trying to gain support for his cause while challenging the current head's authority at every turn he could manage. However the clan head was loved by all and Yoase made himself a pariah among the clan. Enraged by his failures in life Yoase decided to renounce the Senju name and begin his own clan, but first he would kill those whom had stood in the way of accomplishing his life goals. Yoase intended to wipe out the Senju clan.

In a mad attempt to enact his revenge Yoase began an elaborate act. He changed his attitude towards the clan head and began acting kinder having claimed to have turned over a new leaf. In secret he spent the next 10 years planting the seeds of his special plants where ever Senju clan members resided. These seeds were special in that they would not grow without the proper chakra stimuli. Then at age 35 during the turn of a new year Yoase set his plot into motion. With a single jutsu he activated every seed he had planted for the past 10 years unleashing an army of deadly plants upon his clan proudly taking credit for the attack and proclaiming that from that day forward he and all of his descendants would be known as the Shokutei clan.

The Fall

Yoase's plan was wicked however it was not nearly effective as he had hoped. In less than an hour his entire attack was quelled with the Senju clan having received minimal casualties. Yoase's plan was a failure and he was swiftly detained and sealed in a cell while the clan decided what to do with him. All the while Yoase would shout curses and flight through the days and nights until he had to be gagged for the sake of the cell guards sanity. The clan decided that death was too good for this abomination of a man who sought to slaughter even the women and children of the Senju for his own selfish reasons. It was decided that a new seal be created to seal away all the gifts of the Senju clans bloodline and corrupt Yoase's DNA. He would have his clan, however it would not be the glorious clan he had envisioned.

Yoase was sedated and take from his cell to a room where the curse seal was to be placed. The process began smoothly however placing a seal on the very DNA of a shinobi was no simple task and it was going to last at least 4 hours. During that procedure two things would save Yoase from total corruption. The first being that the sedative the Senju used to put him under was made from using plants to which he had built up a resistance to. The second being that Yoase still had one seed left at his disposal. He woke up half way through the sealing and managed to feign sleeping long enough to become coherent enough to activate his final seed. A series of white branches would burst from his own stomach and shoot out to impale all the shinobi who were present save for a female nurse also of the Senju line.

Yoase was bleeding badly from his own technique and injured even further as he ripped the plant and its roots from his own body. He was in no shape to escape on his own however luck was on his side. The sealing was taking place in secret in the dead of night outside the village as it was a forbidden curse seal. Yoase used a genjutsu on the female and had her assist him in vanishing into the night. The woman was weak willed and through an intricate series of genjutsu Yoase broke her mind over the course of the next several weeks turning her into his personal servant. With her help he succeeded in escaping to the Land of Lightning where he went into hiding underground. The Senju clan could not afford to report the tragedy that had occurred as they had attempted to use a forbidden technique and so the entire incident was covered up. According to official records Yoase was executed and all who he had killed during his escape were MIA after "being sent on dangerous missions"

Description: The user plants the chakra for Seimyaku into a seed but does not activate it. The creates a sort of time bomb which can be used for planting traps. A seed effected with Minmyaku will activate 5 turns after casting or sooner if Kimyaku is cast.
Chakra Cost: The cost for Seimyaku plus an additional 5 chakra.

Members are not allowed to belong to one clan with hidden jutsu or KKG, while also being able to access another clans hidden jutsu or KKG. It's referred to as Clan Stacking at times and we strictly forbid it.

The way you've worded this is a little confusing and I looked through the clan related rules unable to find anything about this but if I'm getting you right I basically can't have a KKG and Hijutsu? Or is it just that the KKG linked to this clan is the same as another clan? Because if it is the latter since this is technically a branch of the clan it isn't truly stacking. The Shokutei bloodline IS the Senju bloodline, only cursed and having focused on a specific kind of specialized jutsu for the past several generations. Would this not be somewhat of a loophole? If not let me know and changes will be made accordingly.

I'd recommend this rule/information is added into the clan the clan template to avoid future confusion ^^

For the record, the reason your clan is not viable is because it utilizes a clan Kekkei Genkai that exists already. We do not allow clan copies on the site, it is clearly stated in the clan guidelines themselves. May I suggest just joining the Senju and proceeding to create these alternate jutsu for the clan? You can also incorporate your clan into your character history if necessary.
