Genjutsu Mastery

Genjutsu is the basis of all Dimenshon clan members' training. Starting from as young as one year old they are given mental excercises to do and start learning genjutsu at the age of five. This training not only gives them expert control over genjutsu, which is necessary for their doujutsu, but it also allows them to conserve more chakra when using genjutsu. This effect is only noticeable once the clan member reaches B-rank. Once that rank is achieved, all Genjutsu (Excluding the base Doujutsu) costs 3/4 the normal cost.

Extreme Vision

Dimenshon clan members are born with extremely good vision. Instead of having the average 20/20 vision, they instead have 20/5 vision. This means that clan members are able to see things 20 feet away as if they were 5 feet away, which is an amazing feat for a normal eye.

Halted Aging

This specific characteristic of the clan is not popular among other ninja. At some point in a Dimenshon clan member's life (varying depending on the individual), they're body stops giving the appearance of aging. Every internal part of their body continues to develop but their faces remain the same, as if they are frozen in time. Some speculate it is due to the KKG but no conclusions have been drawn.

Weather Eyes

Yet another odd characteristics that all clan members inherit is that their non-dominant eye (the eye that does not contain the doujutsu) changes colors depending on the weather. These changes are different for each individual but in most cases the eyes get lighter when the weather is more favorable to that person.

The Dimension eye is truly a hidden gem of the ninja world. It is not commonly known about due to the KKG's ability to hide itself while using it's own jutsu. However, if one were to see the doujutsu it would be truly unforgettable. Firstly, the doujutsu only manifests itself in one of the users eyes. This eye is referred to as the dominant eye and the other is the passive eye. The eye that contains it is always a purple shade and has a lighter purple pentagram-like design on it. Since the doujutsu's appearance is always on the eye, clan members all wear bands or patches to cover that eye up. When the doujutsu is activated the pentagram design is illuminated and the illusion begins. The Dimenshon clan have specialized patches that all clan members wear. This Clan eye patch is a one way fabric that allows the user to see through it but restricts any view of what is under the eye patch. However, the illumination of the pentagram is visible through this patch.

When the doujutsu is activated the target is sent into a unique genjutsu that can only be used when the target is within the users sight. This transfer between reality and the genjutsu, named Irixyu-Jon Dimenshon, is instant and the target feels as if the doujutsu was never shown due to the genjutsu blanking out that second of the targets memory. Also, both the user and the target are paralyzed in the position they were in before the illusion was started. Although this initial illusion does nothing but 'move' the target from one place to another, it opens other possibilities for the Dimenshon clan member.

In the illusion everything is the same as reality. Weapons still work and the laws of physics still apply. That is until the Dimenshon clan member begins tinkering with the illusion. While inside the jutsu, the user is able to use genjutsu on the target to confuse and fool them into thinking that the illusion is actually reality. The con of this ability is that genjutsu cost half more than they would normally cost while in the illusion (excluding clan genjutsu which can only be used inside the illusion). When a normal genjutsu is used it affects the target by bringing them into the used genjutsu while they are still in the Dimenshon's illusion. This means that it makes the illusion act as the base for genjutsu used inside it. If the target breaks out of a genjutsu while they are still inside the illusion they are simply brought back to the illusion rather than reality. This means that as long as a genjutsu is active the illusion has a 'second layer'. If the target uses a genjutsu while they are in the illusion it is stopped and absorbed into the Dimenshon's eye. This makes the pentagram light up and be visible. Then, the chakra that was used by the target to use the genjutsu is moved into the Dimenshon's chakra pool. Also, the jutsu is imprinted into the clan member's memory and they are able to learn it when they attain the needed rank by training it.

Dimenshon clan genjutsu, like before stated, can only be used once the KKG is activated. These genjutsu actually take place on the illusion place as if they are part of the illusions reality. This allows clan members to do things that would otherwise be impossible as long as they are in their own world. However, this justs come at a higher than normal cost and are extremely straining on lower rank clan members due to the concentration it takes to maintain the base illusion and then pile onto it. These genjutsu are unable to be dispelled by the target of the illusion because the Dimenshon clan member is actually casting it on themselves as compared to using it on the target.

A little known secret of the Dimenshon clan is that they are actually a hybrid of the Uchiha and the Yamaka clan. Due to this mixture of the two clans, Dimenshon's have a resistance to Uchiha and Yamaka techniques. These counter techniques automatically activate when they cause the Dimenshon's eye to light up.

History

The Dimenshon clan's history is a relatively short one as compared to other clans. This is because the Dimenshon clan has not been anywhere for as long as others and instead relies on the history if its parent clans to substitute the lack of direct bloodline history. The first Dimenshon was born in Konoha and was the son of a Uchiha and a Yamanaka. This breeding of bloodlines produced a odd combination of both that was a generic cross between the two. The Dimenshon inherited the genjutsu affinity and doujutsu use of the the Uchiha and also took the support abilities of the Yamaka clan's mind transfer and combined the two.

That first Dimenshon became a Konoha ninja and eventually retired to live the rest of his days in Moon country. That is where he met the love of his life and it was in that country that the true Dimenshon clan started. For a couple hundred years the Dimenshon clan has lived and thrived in Moon country, often sending those of them that wished to use their bloodline for ninja work off to the various hidden villages. The Dimenshon family, though not considered a family of ninjas, plays a large part in world politics and are more commonly ambassadors than ninja. The main bloodline of the family is referred to as if they are royalty from those within the family and the others are simply branches off of this 'pure' bloodline.

[b]Description:[/b] Deimenshon Style: Irixyu-Jon Dimenshon is the base jutsu of the Dimenshon clan. This jutsu originates from the eye and is used to trap an opponent within view into a unique and complex genjutsu. This genjutsu sends them into an illusion plane that serves as the stage for the rest of the Dimenshon's jutsu. While in the plane both the user and the target enter a state of paralysis. Breaking this genjutsu is somewhat of a complex procedure. Irixyu-Jon Dimenshon can not be dispelled by pain and takes more than just a kai. If the target performs kai while inside the just this illusion (no other genjutsu overlapped), the area begins to waver and the Dimenshon's eye lights up. This makes the target aware but does not break them free. If another ninja is present they can reverse the chakra flow on the target and then with the aid of a kai the illusion can be dispelled. An easier method is to obstruct the line of sight between the Dimenshon and the target.

When a Dimenshon is put inside of a Uchiha genjutsu this ability automatically activates. Once activated, the Dimenshon's eye lights up and it is negated. The ability continues to make the Uchiha's eyes light up with purple pentagrams like the Dimenshon's that disable the doujutsu from being used for 5 posts. However, the Dimenshon's eyes become covered by the Uchiha's tomoe wheel and their doujutsu is also negated for 5 posts.

When they are targeted by such jutsu this technique activates. The Dimenshon's eye lights up and repels the Yamaka's psych from their target's body. This causes the Yamaka to effectively miss the jutsu and therefore be stunned for a couple of seconds.

These clones, although illusion, still have a substance inside of the 'dimension' and are able to physically strike a target and take multiple hits before dispersing. They are identical to the user and even bleed and can be afflicted by poisons or jutsu that would harm a regular person. At C-Rank only one clone can be made and it increases by a one clone capability per rank of the user. These clones do not split the users chakra since they are illusions and therefore do not really 'exist'.

This jutsu is used to prevent the target from moving inside the illusion so that they are unable to avoid other illusion attacks that will cause them harm.

A rank lower isn't specific enough. You will have to give a CP amount (in proportion) or something, as ranked chakra varies between certain numbers.

- Ok. The actually bloodline itself has some worrying aspects. Firstly, would you please be able to elaborate to me what you mean with this section here;

Secondly, the two most important aspects of a genjutsu are that they have both a trigger and a duration. With you "first layer" genjutsu I do not see either of these, thus, it is overly OP. You need to think of a concept which allows both of these aspects to play primary roles. Thirdly, you need to clearly outlay the limitations of this Irixyu-Jon Dimenshon. It seems to just be a world in which you have total control and no one can escape or stop from being caught into. It needs to have weaknesses along with its strengths. Fourthly, there is more than just the Kai method for releasing a genjutsu such as pain, or an external person. Please describe how these methods would be incorporated not just kai.

The chakra cost and limitations on what can and can't be done in the illusion will be apparent in the jutsu. I plan on making them simple or extremely costly in order to avoid it being over powered.

In order for a Genjutsu to activate via eye-contact the target must witness the user's eyes. If your eyes are covered in an eye patch; regardless of whether or not you can see through it, the user cannot activate genjutsu unless they reveal this patch. I simply mention this, because you never state whether or not the eye patch has to be removed. It should be removed if you plan on using its abilities.

This entire paragraph is very vague and complicated to understand. From what I've managed to pick up, you can use genjutsu inside your genjutsu (Which doesn't really make sense, since you control the entire dimension by yourself. You don't really need to follow the laws of physics and reality in an illusion); these genjutsu can stack; you can absorb the genjutsu of another person (I dislike this); and you gain the chakra from the absorbed genjutsu (denied). Please clarify this, and possibly separate the paragraph into multiple sections to further describe each of these abilities; as opposed to stuffing them all into one paragraph. I had to re-read the paragraph several times before I could sort-of begin comprehending the technique. Please be much more clear.

This makes no sense. If you cast a genjutsu on yourself, you're only fooling yourself. You can't fool the enemy if you're casting a genjutsu on itself. By definition; a genjutsu is a trick to throw off the enemy. If you trick yourself, that's not going to do anything to the enemy. Also, remove any mention of it being unable to be dispelled. That's ridiculously over powered. If you can't dispel the genjutsu, then the person trapped inside is immediately f*cked because they can never escape.

No, no, no, no, no. No. First of all; Yamanaka is not a Kekkei Genkai. It is a Hiden. This means, it's not a genetically carried gene, but rather a secret jutsu passed along. Therefore, you may not have immunity to it. Being completely immune to a clan is entirely over powered. Second of all; you cannot be the distant cousin of an Uchiha. I'm pretty sure there's some rule that states you can't be related to a Canon; regardless if it's a clan or not. I can't allow you to be related to the Uchiha clan at all. Finally; to sum it up: you cannot have "Dimenshon Style: Mother of the Mind" and "Dimenshon Style: Father of the Soul". We don't allow people to mix bloodlines; there's a reason for that.
Before I go into detail over your overpowered Genjutsu, you'll need to read the updated Genjutsu Guide and use the provided template for your new jutsu. Therefore, once your Genjutsu are revised as such, I will proceed to look through them.
